Just went and got my daily cups of ice and I was in such a hurry to take my lunch I forgot my wallet and one of the workers Matthew covered it for me that's one of the sweetest things that's happened in a long time so thank you Matthew you are awesome
Jack in the box was too backed up to take my order although 2 people were in line. Instead I come to sonic and service is right on time and perfect!!

Found a new drink I love, It's Dr. Pepper with vanilla and Blue Coconut may It's awesome. Taste like the Cream Coconut Dr. Pepper that Dr. Pepper had out for a limited time. This is my go to drink.
Every time I go the food is great and fresh plus their drinks are always good as well as their ice cream . The carhops are always friendly. I've never had a problem here .
I ordered 6 plain hotdogs and a Number 7 through the Drive thru. When I got home I had been shorted 4 of the 6 hotdogs. I called to complain because I do not live close to this Sonic and would you believe that the Manager agreed to correct my order and Drive it to me. We agreed to meet at the Bank right down the street from me and sure enough she came with the remainder of the order plus a few extras. Wow amazing service!!! I Highly recommend this Sonic in Mineral Wells and I for one will definitely be back to support it with my business. Thank you very much for caring and doing the right thing.
The best place in town!!! Order a grilled cheese with bacon!!! You do and you'll go home and throw rocks at your wife for making that old casserole once again!!! Note: Please don't engage in domestic abuse. (She really needs to stop making that old casserole)
Always love the consistent, quality food from Sonic. This is a go to take out for our family. One of the few places that all the kids get excited about. Which is rare.
We have been going here for years I have my kids & nieces hooked on the orange cool breeze .. Sprite/orange with pineapples or strawberries .. It's sooooo Good .. Happy Hour 2-4 .. It's our daily stop no matter where we are !

Got food a couple of times for my kiddo, as well as an energy drink for myself. Mostly went for our sodas while visiting the area. Sonic isn't quite what it was when I was an employee in the early 2000s. Now we have to ask for mints apparently. But overall A+
We had 999 calorie reeses blasts. We ordered minis buy they brought out mediums...an honest mistake. These fat kids are not complaining exactly, but dang. Where's the gym around here? Thanks sonic!

Ok, there's some good sonics, and not so good sonics... this one is definitely a GOOD Sonic! Everyone is always nice and polite, and usually in a good mood. The food is fresh and correct, and they even label the drinks if they are different! So far nothing I can say other than, bravo. Nice to have a sonic that I can enjoy again. P.S. the last few years it's been hard to find a good one from where we moved from. 👌
This Sonic always makes the best Blasts! Food is prepared correctly and always hot. Only have had trouble with slushes missing flavoring syrup, but they were very quick to fix it and apologized. Great service from team members.

I love their ice. It may only keep a drink cold for a stellar 5-1/2 seconds once it exits the kitchen in mid August in Texas, but it was by God cold, then!

This sonic has great service. It was packed in a Sunday afternoon, and we still got our drinks in less than 5 minutes. My coke zero with lime was prefecture carbonated and had the right amount of ice.
Late night. We got 3 number 1's and they all came out correct. It looked like they brought someone elses meal. We got a 4th burger. 4 stars for great quality, but chance of inconvenience for someone else.
There are pull-in slots where you can park your car to order, you order when you are ready so no pressure of a line behind you. There is also a drive thru. There is a screen where you can check your order as it's being put in, and they have a little time line of when it's being prepped and when they are coming your way with your order. Also lots of different types of drinks that you can customize (:
Typical Sonic with the usual burgers, fries and such. Their specialty drinks are fabulous. Love the slushes on a hot Texas summer day. The service here is usually good. I've been here many times and have only had a minor problem on a couple visits. Once when the card reader in my stall wasn't working, and the time they didn't give me the special price advertised on social media. And, as with all Sonics, they sometimes forget to include catsup with fries or tots for some reason. No big thing. It's nothing that will keep me from coming back. This Sonic seems to keep their parking area a little cleaner than some others too.
Food is good. Staff is always friendly. But, the service is the morning is slow even just for a drink. That's when it needs to be the fastest because most people are trying to get in and out to get to work. I think they are understaffed during this time.
The food is good here they seem to always get our order right, and the staff is very friendly. They always come around asking if you need something, which I think is a very good thing period but the big thing as I have elaborated is that they get your order correct. Lots of good locals hanging around so there's always somebody to yell at or wave at. Not a bad place
For a Sonic, they have surprisingly good service. I always do the drive thru because I think it's faster at this location. I'm convinced that the cherry limeade slush is the best thing on the menu.
This place is lightening, wish a few other places in town knew their equation for speedy service. Don't get the onion rings. Really bad, but they're consistently bad at every location across the country. Everything else, spot on for a national fast food chain. But the service here is best I've ever seen at any sonic, and I've been to alot across the country. Food... pretty good Service... management here should right a book Overall...great service and decent food goes a long way.
Ok, so honestly, I have a love-hate relationship with Sonic. I love the app for savings hate I can't get it to work over 1/2 the time. Love the food but it be slacking lately. But I decided to give a review because the young man at the drive thru closing last night. I wish I would have asked his name. That young man was attentive, he was kind, he has great customer service qualities. I wish I knew his name because he is great and I will write another with his name when I may see him next. So, kind young man who helped me out because the stupid app never works, sometimes the smallest kindness or courtesy can mean more to a person than the act may seem. Thank you and they need to give you a raise
I go here often for the happy hour drinks and it's really hit or miss with the service. Mostly high school kids running the place and most of them are not friendly... (a few are, in all fairness)...but the drinks are always good and delivered quickly. I also order through the app and it's always ready when I get here.
UPDATE: SO SORRY! I MADE A MISTAKE! THE, NOT SO CLEAN LOOKING, EMPLOYEES WERE AT BRECKENRIDGE SONIC. NOT MINERAL WELLS!! MINERAL WELLS WAS ALL GOOD!!..........My favorite place for Milk shakes, Chili Cheese Fry's and Hot Dogs!! A lot of other good choices when I'm in the mood for something different also. The only reason I did not give a 5, is because the last few times I have been there, I have noticed a couple of employees that did not look real clean. Plus, the last time I went they got my order wrong 3 times! However, once it was right, it was delicious! That is the only time that has happened and everyone has a bad day once in a while. So, if they would make sure a couple of their employees look a little more like they have good hygiene, they would deserve a 5!
It took over 5 minutes to place my order and,after being asked about the need for Picante sauce, they did not include it.
Food was decent, however I asked for a lime-aid slush and got a Sprite with a lime in it, normal ice.
Food wasn't as fresh as I had hoped but the carhop we had was very sweet. They did get our food out rather quickly
Sonic is Sonic, this location has speedy service. They need to work on consistency, either the meat is overcooked\burnt or the fries are old and cold.
Make sure if you order ranch packets you always check. Not sure why but every time I go I have to ask for the ranch I order. ( When I order using the app). Also do not get cheese sticks here. While I love sonics fried cheese here it's always coldish and old. It's like it's been sitting all day.
As we all know that if you fail to check your order then it's your own fault. When I gave my order it was placed first, then a friend in the car gave his order. The order taker removed the first order as she assumed it was different in size. We all fully understand of how stupid some people are. Enough said, will probably be another 5 years before I return again to this eatery.
I order fries with no salt. Not only was there salt but it was greasy like it sat in the bottom of the pan of fries.... I also ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich, that had wilted lettuce and over cooked. I have never had a problem with this location so I rejected the receipt. We'll I won't be ordering there anymore.
They came to our window with our order and said our card didn't go through. Then gave me a milkshake when I ordered a hot fudge sundae. When she came back with my sundae. She said they canceled the order and reran the card, meaning it went through originally. Didnt offer to give the sundae free or any discount for messing up the order and almost charging us twice. This is the second time they got my order wrong. My sundae was very good though. The fries were soggy.
I used the drive-through to purchase Cheddar Bites. This was a bad product. I don't recommend this dish.
The girl on the speaker when you order needs to slow down and let you finish ordering plus they need to come around with condiments sooner and more often
Slooooooooow, slooooooooooow, how come it takes 15 minutes to get a shake. I was 2nd in line in the drive thru and no the person in front of me was not a bus. Also why do you always walk to the back with my credit card. Owner doe sc not know how to setup an efficient work space or staff is coping my card🤔
Love Sonic resturants but our order today was definitely different than normal. The cheese was like a spreadable quality to it on both my burger and my spouses hotdog.
We ordered the footlong chili cheese hot dog that was on special. Toughest hot dog. Had to cut it with a knife. Tasted like it had been cooked to death.
We went there a couple of nights ago and yes it was late but that's no excuse I got a double cheeseburger meal combo I asked for mustard and I got a lot of mayo instead very disappointed ☹️
Sorry, I have to edit my past post. I eat here a lot ( its the only drive threw that can accommodate the hight of my work vehicle. I have never had a real issue. But I was just there and after 10 minutes and with two vehicles that drove off i finally got my food. I was in a hurry so I didn't check the bag. When I got to where I was going I opened said bag and not only was it rock hard it was not even how I ordered it. I got two crispy chicken sandwiches with no lettuce add pickles and they are both dry, just chicken and bread. One has a tomato on it. I would add a photo here but you can't add a photo to an edit.
I think the people at the Mineral Wells sonic needs hearing aids. I went one day and ordered a sm chicken bites, a sm chz tater tots, and a med Dr Pepper. They brought me out chz sticks instead of tots. They charged me for the chz sticks and I was told that they would correct my total because the stickes were more. Im still waiting, not that it's that big if deal, it's the principle of the matter. So, I go back today and ordered the same thing minus the drink and asked for BBQ Sauce and got Honey Mustard. Im done with these folks. I will add that both times, I had great service and yes I tipped them. It wasn't their fault the person on the speaker couldn't hear.
I tried the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. It looked nothing like the advertised picture and had so much pepper on it that it was inedible. Since I took it home to eat, I threw it away. If I had been still there when I opened it, I would have asked for something else pr my money back. Their hamburgers have always been alright, so this was a big disappointment.
We spent a good about of money and they got pretty much everything in the order and when we called they were rude and didn't care this isn't the first time they have messed up the order and have been very rude about it no work ethic what so ever
Ordered a number 1 with mustard no onions got the no onions right but got dressing fries was cold as hell reminded me of McDonald's sad if i wanted a Bigmac i would've went to McDonald's tired of paying for nasty food
Onion rings burnt sent back got another order they were burnt also. Call manger she said the put to much flour in batter. If they know that why serve to people.
They are sooooo rude. They have no customer service and even whom I assume is the manager doesn't acknowledge anyone. They act like they are too busy to assist. They are slow also.
Ordered a double cheese burger with bacon and jalapenos....no bacon and large extreme tots.... got small and charged for large. Mischa was more worried about what was in her car than taking our order. Mineral Wells Sonic is as bad as McDonald's
I ordered a diet cherry limeade. Instead of telling me their Sprite zero wasn't working the person taking my order range up a limeade plus diet cherry flavor and told me it was the same thing. It's not the same. It's made with sugar which as a diabetic I can't have plus it cost more.
The past 4 times we've been the orders have been wrong. I pay extra for things I don't get, wrong drinks, cold grease logged food, etc. One time I got the complete wrong order and when I went in and told them I got stared at blankly before they took my food without a word and left me standing there with no explanation. I got my food about 20 minutes later (it was wrong) and never even got so much as an apology for my wasted time. It's a shame because Sonic is my favorite fast food restaurant, but I won't be going there for a very long time, if ever again.
20 plus minutes wait time and then the waitress asked if I want my change when I have her a 20 on an 8 dollar order and acted offended when I said yes I want my change.
It was Saturday night. The tree lighting. parade, crazy water , singing at the community center all these activities and not enough staff. We had to leave before we got our order after 20 minutes of waiting. I had to get my granddaughter to the center so she could perform. Next year maybe consider extra staffers. I been in food and beverage over 40 years and on Holidays we always put on extra personal. I worked at Iron Skillet for 32 years believe me we had extra personal ,that's how you make revenue and your customers HAPPY. Disgruntled customer SHARON
I spent almost 50.00 and the only thing right on my order was one footlong chili cheese coney. My drinks were blue coconut n cream slush, and two 44 dr peppers w vanilla ice cream filling half of the cup and real chopped banannas i recieved a diet coke regular. Coke and a ocean water. My bacon cheese burgers had mustard all over them i asked for mayo. And i neder goty onion rings or fries. Never again am i going to sonic
My burger tasted like someone dumped half the bottle of ketchup and half the bottle of salt on it. They person who took my order was yelling at co-workers while I was trying to order and acted like I was bothering her. Service took why longer than expected.
So, it's half price burger day right. I roll up and start with double checking its half price burger day. I get an affirmative, so I order a double burger. apparently double burgers don't count for the half off burger day. so, they aware I'm here for half off burgers and that I'm under the impression my product will be half off CHOOSE not to correct me when i order the wrong product. which is deceit by the omission of details that would clearly have affected my order!
There’s a girl named Ashley and she is beyond rude. I put an online order and checked in as normal. The screen said a lady was on the way and I waited and waited but no one came when I pressed the button to see what was wrong she told me that someone was on there way and to wait. But yet the order hadn’t even been made yet and when we tried to explain she shut off the intercom! Worst employee ever!
I love having their app when it works but it has problems pretty regularly. They wouldnt honor the 1/2 drinks when it didnt work today. My app for another near by drive through did so i went there instead.
Went into town to run errands, went later than normal so I could stop at sonic. I ordered a double cheeseburger. What I got was a warmed bun, meat and cheese. No lettuce, no tomato or onions. Next time I'll go to Whataburger. What a waste of time and money.
My friend and I went to grab dinner at this place and we both got sick, my friend ended up in the hospital a week ago and they detected him salmonella, I had to miss work for a day because of intense abdominal pain and diarrhea, I've never had any problems with the food at this place is just that I feel like they need to pay attention to the food or the staff that serves at night , I'm not coming back to this location , it's just disgusting and scary at the same time
Waited 15 mins after pushing the button then asked a person for help and he said you have to push the button. I said I’ve pushed it 20 times. He just walked off. Never again.
Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes. Get to the speaker and noone took my order. But the person behind me got her order taken. So I went somewhere else. Won't be back!!!!
This is the worst sonic! I went in the evening and the person taking my order was so rude! She interrupted me constantly, kept saying is that it? After everything I said and the at the energy said it will be 14$ ty click. Didn't read my order back. No thank you for your business. I was there for a very long time. Then when my food came.. surprise, surprise they messed it up. They were not busy at all. If she was not in such a hurry to rush through my order they may have gotten right.
I placed my order:#1 no cheese no mayo no ketchup with mustard no tomatoes. I was asked look at screen make sure it's correct and what you ordered. Yes it is. I get my order: cheeseburger with tomatoes. Now I ask why even have a screen have me make sure it's correct if the employees don't even read it.
I know it's not rocket science to make a cheese burger. But NO onions. Is pretty clear. And it only happens when I have lettuce. So some how the onions are mixing with the other toppings. And I am allergic to them. So thank sonic for jacking up my burger 7 out of 10 times
My husband and I usually go there once a month and get a breakfast burrito combo with a french vanilla ice coffee for both of us. When we went yesterday it tasted old. The tater tots tasted like the grace hadn't been changed in a week, the coffee tasted burnt and there was no French vanilla. I pushed the button for a call back to let them know the order was wrong and nobody came out or talked to us to fix our order. It was a let down. I put a survey online as well.
I've tried almost everything on your menu. Which is real good. I didn't get to rate my previous visit, which should count the most. I purchased the Fish Sandwich, I couldn't even eat 1/4 of it. I've had food poisoning before, I was afraid I would of after eating the small amount I ate. It's terrible, nothing like the fish sandwiches I've had before. Very sickening!
The wacky pack fries were cold and one piece of chicken was soggy, then the other was bone dry. It looked like that immediately after receiving, so they knew what they were sending out.
The Sonic Corp decided that they can dictate what devices people own, There app no longer works with my phone! I find it funny that every other food app on the planet still works with my phone, but not Sonic and They won't fix it! So I am no longer a customer!! To bad been a customer for like 30 years!!! I will never eat here again!
Ordered on the app.ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito combo,with fries and a Dr Pepper and an extra fry did not receive my extra fry or my Dr Pepper,the last few times I’ve gotten sonic it’s been iffy this was it for me though won’t be back to this location
I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips and they gave me popcorn size strips I called up there to see if this is how they where supposed to come she said no and that they will gladly replace them for the actual strips. So I went up there and they replaced like 1 strip for a slightly bigger one and kept the other 2 still popcorn size which where just bearly bigger then the dipping sauce they gave us I'm disappointed in the strips
The lady over the headset sighed while taking our order. We received our food within 5 minutes of waiting, which is a good thing..if the food is fresh. Corn dogs were cold, not even warm, the fries were rubbery and the ‘chicken’ strips had no meat??? The girl that brought out our, almost inedible food, seemed irritated and rude.
