Very good location, if you get super nachos to go doesnt seem like your getting ripped off whenever u get home. Like most locations. They give u a good portion. Very friendly staff . Clean inside and outside

Food has always been hot and fresh and accurate. Management obviously takes pride in offering a good dining experience whether dine in or take out. One of the best and most consistent fast food restaurants in mineral wells.

You can never go wrong with Taco Casa. Consistently good! We eat Casa at least once or twice a week and the taste and quality is consistent between locations, can't say that I have ever had a bad experience at Taco Casa, no matter the location.

Customer service was really good. The girl taking orders at the window suggested that I go with the Casa special instead of individually. I think that was awesome!! The drive through is actually fast I'm not sure the lady name but there one that's been there a while she is always real friendly she recognizes us and ask how our day is going every time when I get her name I'll post it one complaint on the soft tacos it's mainly just lettuce add more meat and cheese little less lettuce

Can’t beat taco casa. North texas classic, it’s not mexican food and it’s not fine dining but a bean burrito with onions and extra cheese is my go to.

Home town favorite. Fast service, great prices. What I pay for a meal at other fast food joints, I pay half that for a filling meal at Taco Casa. Staff are always friendly, and stay on top of cleanliness. Lifelong customer.

The best fast food combo burritos anywhere. Great food at a great price and their hot sauce is off the charts. I would recommend any Taco Casa.

THE FOOD HERE IS AMAZING!!! The burritos are put together amazingly. They don't fall apart.(depending on how you eat them). If you like meat and cheese only get meat and cheese tacos. They give a lot of meat and cheese like that. Unlike taco Bell.

Don't like the way I'm spoke to by the person working drive through.Very rude.We decided to go inside our next trip to avoid the attitude of the drive thru employee.I needed something after getting my food and returned to the counter,I was ignored by the person working the front counter.I am assuming if you work there for years your allowed to apparently treat your customers like crap.I was standing there getting frustrated but this employee walked out of his position to come see what I needed.His name was Shea.Great service when Shea helped!

Been to plenty of Taca Casas; whatever this place is, it ain't them. Taco Casa is known for having pretty terrible food most of the time and a long wait. These guys might operate under the name, but that business is something they created. There are zero - and I mean zero - other Taco Casas out there with this kind of quality and pride taken in their food. Don't go to a Taco Casa in Ft Worth and expect the same. Whatever these guys are on, I want some.

This is the best fast food Mexican food I've run across. So much abundance of food for the money. The size of their burritos is astronomical compared to taco Bell. And the flavor is spot on. Not a bland item in the place. Staff is super friendly and have never gotten my order wrong the hundreds of times I've been there, lol. I'm also a cheese lover, and Taco Casa certainly piles on the cheese perfectly. I seriously have zero complaints about this place!!!

This store's efficiency has improved exponentially from a service standpoint. Very prompt, almost seems overstaffed but a huge turnaround from a year or so ago.

It's fast food Mexican .. but the mineral wells location is surprisingly much better than the Weatherford one... the workers where extremely friendly and the portion size was much larger than usual...

I like their tacos but it seems like everytime I get them to go, i get home and they are not hard tacos anymore. They are super soggy and alot of the times they end up falling apart. May e too much grease or something idk. So now when I get them to go it's a race home to see if I'm gonna get crunchy tacos or semi soft tacos lol I still love you taco casa :)

Sort of bland and not much selection considering everything is made with taco meat. However the super salad is good and the prices are great. Oh, and the tea is amazing.

This Taco Casa is always good. I like the bean burrito but they are too much to eat at once. One day they suggested to order 2 baby bean burritos, for the same price. Great to know that. We always enjoy their tacos too.

I came in when the doors open at 10am. One thing i can say about Taco Casa is the day shift is excellent. I was an avid taco Tuesday guy for years, but the way my weight is setup now i have to watch it. 😂 The tacos were excellent as always and the tea was great also.

We love the people who work there. We usually get a large half and half sweet tea. Once in awhile we get a bean burrito. They know how we love cheese so they put alot of cheese on it.

This one is good quality tacos and we love that the gallon of Tea comes with the 12 pack! Great atmosphere and very nice staff the only problem we had was I paid a little over $10 for olives and sour cream to be put on 8 tacos and there was only like 3 to 5 olves on each. Other then that food was amazing and staff was great

Service was OK , my food wasn't to bad everyone else didn't like it definitely not worth the price but I like to try new places to eat.

My Super Nachos did not have much meat, or beans as they normally do and had way to many tomatoes. Also the liquid cheese has a horrible rotten taste to it now I couldn't eat it as it gave me a gag reflex. Even my dogs wouldn't eat it! GO BACK TO YOUR OLD QUESO IT WAS YUMMY! I feel like I wasted my money as I was still hungry and it was 11 a.m. everything should've been fresh and plentiful! 😣

Went through drive through. 4 card on front of me. 15 minutes in line. Burritos were a mess. Opened wrapper and food spilled out all over. They were not their best today.

Much better food than the nearby competition. Staff is nicer, cleaner(not perfect) busier, particularly the drive through. Amount of food is enormous. Served quickly. They control the soda fountains from behind counter. So don’t be surprised if you have to wait to refill . It is pricey but all fast food now is that way.

Usually I receive wonderful service from the evening employees but this evening I didnt want to eat my food because one the managers was acting like she was high on something and wiped her nose.

The crunchy taco a good by the buritos in my opinion as nasty, the sause they put in them has a funny taste I can not eat them. The other food Is OK, just its greasy.

Bought an item that required a fork to eat. Specifically asked the man working the drive thru if he put a fork in the bag and he stated, yes. Long story short, he lied.

They never get the order right in the Mineral Wells location. We went to pick up a salad with no tomatoes that they got wrong tge last time we ate there. We ordered a nachos with meat, no peppers and a spicy meat burrito with sour cream. No sour cream on the meat burrito. That's the 3rd time we've asked for a spicy meat burrito with sour cream and they got it wrong again. We live 3 miles outsite the city limits. We can't take back the food after that drive. We will go to the Weatherford store from now on. They know how to just make what you order.

I love taco casa but not the Mineral Wells one, the food is good after you soke up the greese off your burrito, and last 2 times iv been i come home missing 2 taco's which usually i have to use napkins to soke up the greese.

I ordered a taco lite and a super tostada. The taco was broken in multiple places and had to eat it with a fork. The tostada was placed in a nacho container, which by the time I got home with it(5 minutes), it was soggy. I'm highly disappointed in this location. Also, I asked for a Dr Pepper with easy ice and didn't get easy ice.

The service is poor every time I go here they can never get the order right there to busy talking instead or paying attention and doing what there getting paid for..... I will NEVER eat here again until the get new staff that actually want to work and get paid for

Kitchen is filthy!!! Theres always a suprise ingredient in your food do to mess. All shells and chips are extremely stale EVERY SINGLE TIME. Usually have people yelling at them for messed up orders. They also talk back to those customers. Employees seem to be about to fall asleep on the job, making service extremely slow.

Food was horrible and restaurant was nasty. The poor girl at the front counter was new and trying her best. The other workers were very rude and disrespectful to her. Absolutely will not be back.

I asked for 3 soft tacos meat and cheese only they gave me 3 of them with everything on it. So I asked them to remake em not only did they try to refuse to remake my order but they gave me the same thing that was already messed up. Ok so I asked again for a remake finally they did the remake but told me I need to be more specific. How much more specific do you need ? 3 soft tacos meat and cheese only how hard is that? If I wanted everything I would have said 3 soft tacos with everything on them. Just be aware they will mess your order up

They recently increased their prices but not the big sign on the fence. And it's been recently made because it has their new #4 with the 12 soft tacos. I understand places have to increase prices for one reason or another, but to argue with a customer when they are trying to explain that its wrong on the board/fence sign is complete BS. The manager there tonight told me I was wrong that their prices in the computer/register were right. When I told him that's not what I was saying was wrong. He didn't want to hear it anymore and walked away from the window. And when I got home and told my mom(who was buying the food) she called and was trying again to explain that its false advertisement to display one price and charge a higher price he again didn't want to hear it. Told my mom to call the district manager and HUNG UP on her without even giving her the number to call his boss. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS!!!

Spent $20 on 6 bean burritos and not 1 was edible they were soaked in grease it was like they had been dipped in pot of oil. Had to throw everyone of em away. I'm so disappointed with the Mineral Wells location it used to be so good.

Three times I ordered sweet tea. 3 time I got coke. Went back the third time and waited. They gave me sugar water. Taco Casa has always been my favorite, but this one has lost my business for good!

Ok, so I go through the drive-through I order one super taco salad, three super tacos however I wanted them on the big soft taco shells. Which was clearly stated. However I was charged a super taco price for all three and they gave me the tiny shells and all the food was just stuffed in there A mangled mess. Now I’ve been to this taco Casa at least 40 times already and never had problems. But for some reason tonight when I called the manager or the store they were giving me hassle about oh it would cost you more money when you’re already paying super taco price. Also I noticed lately the last two times we were there that the food has been coming out much more greasy and has just like dripped all over the bag and very messy all over the place. So I know I’m being hard giving them a one Star rating however I need to let the public know that if it continues, are you going to end up with a big greasy mess on your hands. Have a blessed day

We got some burritos and tacos today from this establishment. The hard shell tacos were stale! I took one bite into it and almost gagged. It’s a bunch of mush. On the other hand, the burritos and soft tacos had SO much CHEESE!! See I like cheese, but this was actually preposterous. The burritos are 99% cheese 1% beans. The soft tacos had way too much cheese and lettuce! This is the second time this has happened. You guys need to CHILL OUT on the cheese. If I wanted a cheese burrito I would’ve asked for a cheese burrito!!!! Do better, it’s truly unacceptable.

First let me say that the staff was very friendly and accommodating on my visit to this location and my complaint is not entirely against them. I understand that prices have gone up since Covid but what I paid for is ridiculous. I’ve eaten at Taco Casa locations across the Metroplex for over 20 years now and the burritos we got were so small it was ridiculous. They weren’t even half full. They should’ve been put in the soft taco tortillas. The staff that was making them put the beans and sauce on them then threw them on the counter to be completed with no tray, paper wrapper, or cardboard container to protect them and god knows how often that counter is cleaned. Dinner went in the garbage and I went somewhere else for food. Again I’ll say the staff was very friendly but if this is the new company standard I’ll never be back to another Taco Casa again.
