A nadie nos gusta los cambios y a mi desde luego pasar de una rica tostada con tomate natural y su jamón a una triste tostada con tomate de un paquete, me decepciona. La tortilla no ha sufrido de cambios y aunque el ambiente sigue siendo el mismo, con buenos camareros, reconozco que mi favorito era la tostada de jamón. Deseo que algún día regrese!

Era uno de los sitios que más me gustaban de Miranda para ir a desayunar los fines de semana. Digo que era porque desde hace algún tiempo ha ido en detrimento... Tenían una gran variedad de tostadas, cosa que no encontraba en ningún otro sitio. Sin embargo, hace unos meses redujeron la carta a 2 tipos. Hoy me he encontrado con otra sorpresa: me han cobrado 9'80€ por dos zumos de naranja pequeños, dos cafés y dos pinchos de tortilla porque YA NO TIENEN DESAYUNOS LOS FINES DE SEMANA. Eso sí, los pinchos de tortilla están riquísimos, pero yo no voy a volver. Lo siento.

DREADFUL place. Avoid, like the plague. I'd give zero stars, if I could. Acknowledgement that you've walked through the door is a dirty look from counter staff -- to match the dirty tables and filthy floor (early morning = no excuse). No orderly line. People just push in front of you, without a care in the world and miserable, snail-slow counter staff just watch it happen. Zero atmosphere. It takes a real stretch of the imagination to equate this laughable "St Germain" to its Parisian namesake locale. We stayed at the motorhome park nearby and thought it would be a good choice before setting off. BIG MISTAKE! There are MUCH better places within a short distance to spend your time and money - such as Café Alhambra where the staff, the coffee and our breakfasts were just perfect.
