Best ramen in town. My family and I come here often for the classic ramen and the karaage chicken. Some other musts are spicy edamame and the crispy rice w/ spicy tuna! Staff is friendly and service is quick! We love it here!
This is the best Ramen Restaurant in the north San fernando Valley. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. The number one thing was the flavor of the broth and spicy garlic ededame. I really enjoyed the spicy level and flavor ive yet too try other dishes from this restaurant. I'm definitely making this restaurant my to go for Ramen
This is hands down the best ramen place in the valley and the best Silver Lake branch I've ever been to. We've been here multiple times, and the food and service have been very consistent. Their chicken karaage is very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The tsukemen dipping ramen is very flavorful with a rich, pork and fish taste. Tons of umami! I highly recommend it if you're into that. There's plenty of parking and the restrooms are super clean! The staff is very friendly and they frequently check on us despite them being very busy. Overall, this is our favorite ramen spot in the valley and we will probably never tire of eating here.
The food is great and the broth was delicious 😋. Parking is really accessible and a great place to bring your date.
I took my friend here to grab lunch. I been to the plaza that this place is in a bunch of time but never ate here so today was the day to try it. We came exactly at 12pm and I was able to find parking in the back. This plaza gets busy during lunch time so it's better to park in the back so you don't get blocked in or stocked. When we walked into the restrauant, the worker greeted us and seated us right away since they weren't busy yet. I got a Coke and my friend got a beer to start off, the soda are in a can so be aware since it's not free refill I think. I went Shoyu on Fire ramen with chicken and asked for medium spicy. My friend went with the regular Shoyu since he didn't want spicy. Our ramen came out quick and it didn't look like they give me a lot of noodles until I stir the bowl. The ramen soup was delicious and the noodles were so good along with the chicken. I really enjoyed my dish and willing to try the next spice level. The customer service we received was amazing because they kept checking up on us to make sure everything was good.
This is by far *the* best location. The ambiance, the service and obviously the delicious food. It is a bit out of the path for us but we sure make it a point to drive all the way out here when we are craving comfort ramen.
One of my favorite if not, THE favorite ramen spot! I crave it all the time 😩 Their Tonkotsu is perfect 👌 and definitely must try the broccoli appetizer 🥦
Came here once before, and both times I enjoyed my experience. This time, I got the Blaze ramen, which is spicey tonkatsu. The broth was super rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly! I also got a side of gyoza, which seemed to be deep fried and they were absolutely delicious! The crispy texture outside with the juicy pork inside was absolutely a 10 out of 10!!
Service at Silver Lake was great by Gizelle, loved the place, and food was very good
This was my first time at Silverlake Ramen. We got the large chicken karaage bowl to-go and I will 100% return to order this again. The fried chicken, sauces, green onion, and pickled ginger were all tremendous and for $12 I thought it was perfectly priced for the amount of food you get. Lived up to my expectations for sure, which I’m very happy about as I was hoping the food would be as good as it looks in pictures!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our waitress, Gizelle D, was absolutely fantastic! She was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed throughout our meal. She checked in at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed, and she had great menu suggestions that we ended up loving. Her positive energy really added to the whole experience, and she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
This is mainly to compliment my server. I came in today with the Sunday morning crowd. It was my very first time. My Classic Ramen with pork hit the spot. Nice & tasty. It was maybe a little saltier than I'd prefer but I had my order rushed and I'm generally sensitive to salt anyway. The young lady who served it let me eat at the bar and was kind & pleasant. Wish I caught her name. She had shoulder length reddy-purplish colored hair with a slender build and looked to be of Asian descent. Treat her and others like her well, people! She was a gem.
Amazing food got the blaze ramen and its amazing and the curry is my daughters favorite best place ever. Super friendly staff very considerate about allergies
Food was good and service was good and waiters attentive. Would come back to this specific location again. They're welcoming and smiles .

Food was ok. Had chicken ground bowl. Reasonable price. Was a bit slow at the time me my friend went. Employees there talking like employee social hour. It didn't bother me as much as the heat inside. Not too hot in there but was warm like the AC was not working. Anyways good place to eat, but I've in better restaurants
We've been to this location quite a few times before, but this time we decided to order medium spice instead of mild spice for our ramen. The spiciness was like liquid jalapeño, and honestly it was very difficult to enjoy - we eat and enjoy quite a bit of spice, but this was more painful than enjoyable unfortunately. I would recommend that you approach the spiciness carefully 🥲 We also tried their new kaarage curry bowl, which came out a lot smaller than expected, but the taste was good. Service was polite but a bit slow despite the half empty restaurant.
This location opened not long ago. I tried it today! I ordered for take out. So I ordered the classic ramen with chicken breast, I got a side of bean sprouts ($1.75 for a tiny sauce cup full) and an order of crispy chicken karaage. The karaage was so yummy with its spicy aioli dip! It was crispy outside, tender and juicy inside mmm good! The ramen im sure would be better when eaten in store but it was really tasty at home also. It comes with a creamy pork broth, chicken breast, seaweed, spinach, bean sprouts, black garlic oil and green onions. Its very flavorful! I would come here again for sure! I want to try some of the other items like the bowls they have. I gave a 4 star because its a little pricey. The bean sprouts that I was given for an extra $1.75 was a ridiculously small amount. Thats the only reason. I'm the type of person that loves coupons deals and super low prices! So I will say when it is a bit pricey and if I would pay that amount again 🙂
Silverlake close to the house. Everything was tasty. The only down side was the pork was not tender enough for my liking. Everything else was good and great flavor. 4 stars seems harsh but the pork has a high price for screwing that up. Great for a quick bite at a decent price.

My kids were raving about this place and they finally invited me to try this location. So naturally, I ordered their best items on the menu. We ordered the chicken pieces as an appetizer and we all chose a bowl of ramen. I ordered the beef broth truffle soup with an extra side of pork belly. The appetizer and the special sauce was delicious and the Ramen was amazing. As a big fan of Phó, this place was really good. Next time we come in, I will order the chicken broth. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star review was because of what management said to us as we dined. One of the people in our party did not have soup, they had a sandwich from the restaurant next door. Management came to our table and said that they didn't allow outside food to be eaten in their restaurant. With multiple restaurants located in this shopping center and No signs posted anywhere, I think this policy should be re-evaluated. Between the 3 of us eating Ramen, the bill was almost $84 with a tip. I think for the location being so close to other choices of food and the price, my family should be able to enjoy dinner together. I hope they change this policy in the near future.
Good ramen. Haven’t tried their bowls yet. Spicy edamame, gyoza, and karaage chicken good. Good service. Decent vibes, very open. Parking can be spotty, as it shares the lot with other businesses and a gym. Serves beer and sake.

I’ve been dining here since its opening in Mission Hills CA, but I noticed that their Chicken Karage is getting smaller and the pork in the Ramen is now one piece only which used to be two. Even the lemon slice has gotten smaller and thiner. Referencing on the photos in their menu both onsite and online, this store doesn’t seem to follow the company standards. But in general, the food is good and the staff are nice, I shall still be a regular customer. I just don’t feel like giving tip today for this noticable serving inconsistency.

I visited Silver Lake Ramen in Mission Hills recently. The Shoyu Chicken Ramen was tasty, though a few minor tweaks could make it truly great. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. They only offer bagged tea with no refills, and the waitress seemed inexperienced and unwelcoming. A more positive attitude from the staff would go a long way in making the dining experience more enjoyable.
Okay so I’ve ate here quite a few times, it’s generally pretty slow paced chill vibe but today is just a weird experience. It’s 9:30 and I have about 30 minutes to eat so I’m in a little rush but what’s weird is that I was sat down, given a menu by a random server and then probably a minute after me a couple sits down. My waiter goes to their table first and takes their order before me? And then when she goes to give them their waters she gives them straws but not me lol. Not sure why servers think that only giving certain table certain love and not carrying across the board doesn’t get noticed. It’s funny because I’m sure I also tip way better than this couple does too. They got their food before me too so that’s super cool being sat first and then not being taken care of in that order. Food is good, atmosphere is good. The restaurant is clean and the music is chill. But the service makes it a not pleasant experience.
