Good service. it’s just sometimes they run out of some choices of bread (they don’t have croissants sometimes) or like strawberries in pink drinks (they still charge the same though) Or like today, kiwi starfruit and teas.

I hate doing bad reviews, I work down the street and spend an extra $10 dollars on uber eats to save me time from getting off my desk. This is the second time I order an ICED DRINK and the driver(not his fault) brings me a (HOT DRINK, which I never drink coffee hot, personal preference) it should not be hard to read the order throughly.

This store is horrible with speed and customer service!!!! Don’t even try parking in the lot because they are so slow you’ll get stuck there in a line of cars waiting for drive thru. I am in line right now as I type this. I got in like at 6:49pm. It is now 7:18pm and I am still five cars from the order screen. I estimate in twenty minutes we’ve moved approximately 7 cars. Oh did I mention that the actually inside of store was closed so this is literally their only customer traffic and it’s taking this long!!!! You can’t even get out of line once your stuck in it. I’d say this is a Christmas problem but it is this way EVERY night (even as late as 11pm) where it can take upwards of fifteen minutes for 2-3 cars. Major issues with their management!!! I estimate now that the here are still8 cars in front of me before I can exit this hell of a drive thru which if we continue at the same pace will mean 40 minutes in this line making me late for work. Starbucks will have no issue taking our money still tho, even tho this wait is as long as a sit down restaurant. I remember the days when Starbucks would actually say “sorry for the wait this drink is on us”

I use to love coming to this Starbucks location up until about a month ago when they started making my drink wrong!! I always order the same drink, grande ice caramel macchiato extra ice 4 SHOTS! The drink on the left is what they made today and the drink on the right is the location on balboa… make it make sense! It’s irritating to not get your $6 coffee made right and then when asked to remake it they give you attitude. Why?? You didn’t pay for my drink, I did!! Does that drink look like they put 4 shots in it?? I don’t think so.. and I don’t understand how the same drink can be made so completely WRONG. Stop being lazy Starbucks and make the 4 espresso shots! It’s common sense , less milk more shots !?!!!

After waiting 30 mins in line, I ordered my usual quad shot venti iced caramel macchiato via thru drive. I had to come back and go inside asking for an additional shot of espresso since the coloring didn’t match at all. Don’t come here unless you want your drink made incorrectly twice.

I waited patiently for 4 hrs and a half for the merch release, I was the 5th waiting to be told they were SOLD OUT of everything. Upon paying at the Window for coffee, Michelle Manager sells 2 glass Bears to a walk in. I asked her why that wasn’t fair and her proffesional response was “Sorry first come first serve” I said been waiting since midnight to be told sold out being the 5th in line too see what I wanted sold in front of me to walk in, and she stated “I wish I had a police officer to help me here” extremely unprofessional and lied to my face, now I know it’s not worth waiting when there’s personal preferences.

My rating is for orders placed through Uber Eats. For some reason whenever I try to order any drinks for Starbucks they never make them right. This is getting very frustrating as a customer you expect what you pay for. Seems Starbucks doesn’t care how they represent their drinks if there ordered for delivery. Always receive drinks filled only 75% and made incorrectly. They need to train their employees better and to pay attention when preparing the drinks. I order cold and get hot ! I would give the 0 stars horrible In response to Starbucks My issue is not with Uber Eats. My issue is with Starbucks employees not getting the order correctly! Why refer a customer to Uber Eats when the problem is clearly the Baristas not getting or doing the drinks correctly.

We were in the drive thru line for 20 min idk if they were short staffed that day but shouldn’t take that long especially with they have a timer on the drive thru line.

This barista was asking everyone's names in the drive through and making everyone uncomfortable never have I met a barista who asks for the names of the drive through costumers I have no idea if it's a new Starbucks policy but it was awfully strange and then she would chat with all the cars like they were her best friends holding up the line for up to 30 minutes when it's just supposed to be quick it defeats the whole purpose AND she wouldn't take our order till we told her our name we ignored her request for our names but then she ignored our order till we told her when we were at the window she wouldn't look at us and gave us a side eye while giving us our drinks overall it was a very WEIRD and uncomfortable situation I don't remember her name but she worked the closing shift of Saturday August 9th

Don’t come in the mornings!!! I ordered my coffee for 4:30 pickup (because that’s the time they have for opening listed on the app) and when I arrived at 4:35 the doors were locked and they were only helping drive through. I saw my drink was made and sitting on the counter the whole time but nobody could give it to me or let me in. Waited untill 5:04 for someone to come and open the door. I’m not sure if they have the wrong hours online or what was happening.

This location is my go to but I don’t know who they have making drinks. I always order this drink and it never comes with foam… I took a sip and it tasted like just water. Baristas needs to be trained on how to make an easy drink. Don’t recommend l.

Went to this starbucks yesterday and service was decent when I got home. I see my drink and find this. This store is very UNSANITARY the counter tops were not wiped down fruit inclusions were on the counter there was boxes of juices that were clearly trash and just chillin on the counter tops there were 6-7 partners there including the assistant store manager and she couldn’t guide her team to clean up a bit or support her team who clearly needed help. No sense of urgency from her..
