Great place for chicken wings lovers. Parmigiana or lemon crew combo with fresh carrots and celery comes with dip. It’s better to order on line or call so you won’t wait cause waiting could be up for 20-30 minutes.
Dinner here was fantastic. We always knew about the hot wings but we just discovered the garlic parmesan wings. If you get them bone in there's no coating on them. If you get them boneless they have a nice crust. Don't forget 2 get the carrots and celery and some ranch dressing. We called it in it was ready when we got there. Quick and easy.
WingStop every other week... mission hills branch goes above and beyond. From cashier to cooks to management, these guys are awesome. They provide quality customer service while taking all safety precautions. Made a mistake on my order but took care of it even after they were closed. Thanks Everyone. I've been to several Wingstops. They tend to be a hit/miss on the wings. Too dry or overcooked, messed up orders, or just not tasting right. This one was different. Wings were perfectly cooked and tasted the way a wing should taste. Well done.
Ordered takeout online. Food was ready, service was good, place was clean. Dont come here if you're a health nut. But if you want some good noms for a chill lazy night, this is good. Recommend the Cajun corn. The mango habanero wings were actually spicy! Been to other places where the 'hot wings' are mild af. Here, not the case. Order online because there are deals you don't see when you order at the location.
It's my first time at Wingstop and I got chicken tenders and I was pleasantly surprised. It's so good and crunchy and juicy. My favorite was the lemon pepper flavor with blue cheese dip. Yum!

Ever since the new manager Charles this Wingstop has been so much better. I received my food in a timely manner, they accommodated my order for my picky toddler and the restaurant was clean. I came here only a couple of times because of the horrible service (I normally drive to a different location) but, I decided to give it one last try and so glad I did. I will definitely come back, thanks to the new manager.

As for the food, I’ve now come to the realization that all Wingstops have to be told to make their fries and wings well done. If not, I feel like the fried items aren’t cooked enough to be edible.

I'm glad this wing stop arrived here near me. I've always been a fan and usually go for the garlic or the hot wings. The meat on the wings is ample and I'm glad that the ingredients seem fresh. Be careful of coming here during the dinner rush since you'll be waiting longer than usual. Still, worth the wait. Best wings you can find, esp for a chain.
if you want your wings perfectly coked this is the spot even though waiting times in this location are crazy, make sure that when you order online or by phone, call the store before you head out to get your food, because if they say "your food will be ready in 20min " what really means is 2 hsr. sometimes you just want your wings so bad that you are willing to wait but if you add a little bit of attitude from the staff just because they are under pressure and they have so many orders makes you feel like you don't matter as a costumer
My experience was pretty bad but was well managed. Got an order $50 worth of food to go, waited for 40 minutes without my name being called, went to ask them about the order and they tell me that it was sitting there, that no one came for them, only god knows how long they were in there, but fries were going to be soggy. A lady which I’m assuming was the store manager took great care of us, order for food fresh and gave us some drinks as apology, she apologized for the inconvenience. It seems that staff didn’t do their job while she was on her break! 5 stars to her but 1 for almost an hour waiting and the staff not doing their work by not calling my name to pick up the order which cause a lot of time waiting.
Wings were good, unfortunately they take forever to take an order at the front. Had to repeat my order 5 times. I know you guys are new but training before opening is usually recommended. I will give them another try in a few weeks when the staff is trained. Food and wings were good.

Always order from this wingstop since I've found customer service better than others. Last time I was there I arrived and paid for my phone order, my food should've been ready by the next 5 minutes but instead we waited an extra 30 minutes while our food was actually sitting on the rach with the rest of the orders ready for pick up. I approached the girl handing out the orders trying to ask her about my order but she "shooed" me away, she didn't even take a second to look at my order or the name on it, as she saw me walking up to her she precipitated to say "no this is not your order" about an order she was going to hand out and motioned me with her hand to move back. So we waited an extra 10-15 minutes until I guess she felt bad for us and asked me for my order name. That's when she realized our order had been sitting on the table, she tried going to her coworkers asking them about my order trying to blame others acting pretty upset. By then it was all obvious so we asked for our money back and left pretty disappointed. She could've taken a look at my order receipt at least, that's all it would've taken to avoid the whole situation.
This place is lucky to have a 4.5 rating. I'm assuming it's because people don't really know what chicken tastes like or what it's supposed to taste like. When the chicken is dry, and the sauce is not mixed in with the chicken as it's supposed to be, it explained why the chicken has very little flavor. I informed the manager about the chicken, and she said that's how we make it here. I've been to other wing stops and this place was the only one it was different than all of the other places I've been to. I thought all wing stops were supposed to be alike in their preparation and making of the food. They are not following the standard protocol I believe as the other wing stops are a lot better than this one.
2nd time here and last time. My fries were not done and there was no lemon pepper seasoning on my wings. It's frustrating. Take your time and make the orders correctly. I know it's busy at times, but take the time to make the food properly.
Ok Wings....Retarded Service! Young women on a Friday evening asked 3 times "Boneless" or "Classic", each time I said "Classic", then tells me it will be 25 minutes for my classic wings. 5 minutes later my order was done!?! I'm assuming she was new but come on... lets get this bimbo some training and off her cellphone. Flavors were average. I might give it another try but not anytime soon. :(

The staff here always has an attitude. I come in hoping someone will be nice but to no avail. Today, I've realized why they are always crude to me and my family and not to others around me and it's due to race. I live in a predominately hispanic neighborhood and lately the lack of courtesy and respect shown at these establishments is becoming extremely noticeable. I haven't done anything. I'm mixed but that shouldn't matter. I shouldn't have to ask for decency by stating Hey! I'm one of you, my white genes are just a bit stronger so please be kind. A collective conscience is a sign of ignorance and a lack of an education, by the way, which these employees seem to display during every interaction. While ordering from a woman named CANDY I was, on multiple occasions, sighed at, had eyes rolled at, barely engaged with, glared at and snapped at just because I had questions about the price difference from today and a day prior. I just started coming to wing stop the past few weeks (prices are too high and when they first opened the same attitudes were present) so I'm not aware of special's day. The last time I was a patron the wings were almost half the price so I asked what happened because now they've doubled (7.49 to 11.99). Candy said she didn't know, that probably nothing happened and I most likely came on a special day and wasn't aware. She mentioned the special day was Tuesday but I didn't come in last Tuesday. She shrugged and harshly exhaled as if wanting to yell NEXT! I continued to order but needed to ask if I could do two separate transactions because I couldn't afford it all on one card. I unfortunately had to use one card, and am now overdrawn, because I was too nervous she'd cause a confrontation if I made the request; I stayed silent. As I waited for my name to be called I watched as she interacted with two other patrons. Her personality flipped. She went from disgusted and resentful to cheerful, spunky, and even donned a smile as well as gave a warm, flirtatious laugh with a man and later an older woman. She was accommodating, saying ""sure thing, I can get you that" and "not a problem." Why couldn't I have had that experience? I thought, "is it because I'm not a man," since some women do perk up when a male is around (hormones and the patriarchy) but then when the elderly lady (around 50-60) was treated similarly I knew it wasn't due to gender it was due to race. That hit hard. I unfortunately, again will not be returning to this location as long as they continue to be biased. It's wrong to treat people a certain way just because of their skin color or a history you assume you own or think I've been a part of, because you're wrong in so many ways and are actually showing that you have not progressed from the past but prefer to stay in it by being prejudice. I've lived here in mission hills my whole life and every day I hate it, and myself, because of people like you, more and more. Sad and scary what someone's choices can do to someone else's confidence and self worth, especially from an employee at a chicken shop. In conclusion, don't worry about having the same encounter as I did at WINGSTOP, because IF YOU'RE NOT WHITE YOU'LL BE ALL RIGHT, WITH LITTLE MISS CANDY WHO'S MORE BITTER THAN NICE.

I FOUND A HUMAN NAIL INSIDE A WING! I've always ordered from this restaurant in mission hills. Last night we ordered the large combo to bring home for our family. My husband was eating a piece when he felt something hard. Disgusting! He spit out the food and to our surprise we found the whole tip of a human nail. I called to report it and didn't get much help. Don't order from this place it obviously lacks proper hygiene.
This wing stop has one of the worst customer service of all the wing stops I've been. Not only did they make me wait for 30 min for one order of 8 chicken strips and fries, they told me that they have a 18 minute policy that food NEEDS to be "WAITED" for to be considered taking to long but others that arrived with more people had their food ready in no time. and the little old lady that was laughing and making jokes while i waited for my food that didn't want to give me their names decided to start word vomiting trying to find an excuse and began to scold her employees why aren't they telling people to wait 18 minutes? And to begin with the muffin top guy that is receiving everyone at the entrance was so depressing and literally hard to hear because his attitude did not let him open his mouth to even say hi welcome or be nice at least. I asked for a refund and they literally asked for the drinks back. Not even asking or trying to get me to reconsider. It's literally all on tape that I was calm and just wanted my food but they were apperntly to busy with laughing at the short old word vomiting lady that calls her self one of the "managers" to make 1 simple order. Honestly shameful how they handled the situation. This place gives wingstop such a bad reputation honestly
Worker was really slow first of no name tags at all for any worker. Worker was charging his cell phone near a register. I came in on -2-14 , 10:44pm to pick up my order in place on Uber eats. Worker allowed two ppl to cut in front me. Then when he ask me for what was my order. Told me that it wasn’t ready turns out it was ready after waiting for 10 min! Wow didn’t even bother to check if it was done this was ridiculous…. All other workers were working but this dude I will be contacting Wingstop district manager or whoever.
Purchase a 10 piece combo of Louisiana rub and lemon pepper and there was barely any seasoning. It had no flavor and tasted like plain chicken smdh. I will never come to the mission hills location ever again. What a waste of money. I wish I could post a picture of the combo.
Went in 7/12 at 4:20 p.m Ordered 3 Lemon Pepper Wings 3 Plain Bone in they made all Plain Wings full of Grease I sent it back. Wings came back 1 minute later covered in Black Pepper, Heavy Salt and Lemon Pepper Seasoning Fries were covered in Heavy Salt.I watched the girl who was cooking Laughing talking to her Male CoWorkers Pouring the Seasoning all over the Wings.This Crew was the worst they Laughed talked and Served Horrible Food.I asked for a Refund. Another Couple next to me was completely forgotten about they waited at least an hour for 2 meals. The whole cooking Crew was Unprofessional and Lacked Cooking Abilities.Oh the Table was dirty 3 different tables DIRTY.
Today i called to make an order the manager answered put me on hold for the longest time was very rude after I picked up my order oil was dripping I asked for another bag to cover the oil ....when I got home all the 30piece I ordered were thighs no wings and they were raw and the fries were all burned crumbs....the condition of the food was horrible ....and they forgot my sauces for my order. Someone needs to watch the workers they are sloppy oil leaksed everywhere even in my car. They don't even deserve a star
Came with my family and got two different flavor wings and fries there was hair in one of the flavors and frise that did not match any of us I take to the counter and not 1 apology or try a refund or anything. My problem is they did not EVEN APOLOGIZE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The wings are good however the customer service it's absolutely outrageous. I placed an order over the phone and they took my name wrong. When I went to pick up the order they said we don't have an order for you and you probably call the other store down the road. Long story short after driving back and forth it was this location. After I come back back upset the guy who took the order doesn't acknowledge his mistake and instead has a sarcastic attitude towards the situation. I will never go back
This is not the first time that I received just little pieces of fried bread, I reported this to the manager, and again my order is with the same poor quality food. I have pictures, I'll show them next time.
Ive been there 20 minutes before closing and they don't care to turn ppl away. Nobody cares in this store. Also I come hours before they close and they still turn ppl away saying the waiting time is 50 minutes!! (That happened today) and don't offer any other explanation. Do not recommend at all.
Today I place an order online since I only have 30 min of a lunch break. The order was placed at 11:00 am to be picked up at 12:45pm. I showed up at 12:40pm to pick up my order and they tell me that they did not receive my order because they been having online order issues. Manager came to talked to me n offer to give me a discount to place a new order. So I would think they would place my order in front of the other n she told me it would be a 15-20 min wait since she had other order before mine. It’s upsetting because they think by offering a discount on the order will make things right. I work in the medical field I can just tell my patients I will give u a discount to wait 15-20 mins. Just try not to die on me. I know it two completely different work inviroments, but one relies on places like this to get a quick bite n go back to work. I used to be a regular here but I guess after this I just would take my business elsewhere.
Cashier forgot to give receipt to cooks and let me and my girlfriend wait 30 minutes. The only reason I found out they forgot is because another name that sounded like mine popped up and I asked the cook how much longer on the order for Nick and he never received it. I asked the cashier for a refund and she told me I was the one in the wrong as for how she forgot to give the cook the receipt and then made a comment about me throwing the receipt when she was the one that dropped it.
Lemon pepper wings were way too salty. We love WingStop but from the prior reviews and this experience we won’t be eating here again Seems like they don’t care much.
I was very dissatisfied!! My order yesterday 3-5-19 ,I ordered two separate ORDERS totaling 48.93 two separate receipts for two different households that was not the problem. The first order didn't matter because it was cook regular and it wasn't mine. But the second order I SPECIFICALLY ASK MY CHICKEN BE COOK WELL DONE I DON'T LIKE CHICKEN COOKED ANY OTHER WAY!! If you're known for fried chicken wings then fry them right!! CRUNCHY, instead I got a mouthful of flabby, fatty skin in my mouth Yuk ! I got a ten piece 5 wings cut into 10 pieces that's a RIP off in itself but everywhere just about runs the same scam so oh well ! My COMPLAINT was the half lemon pepper that were soggy and not cooked right I could nuke in the microwave but the 5 barbecue which are my favorite when cooked crispy CRUNCHY THEN slathered with delicious sauce Yumminess! UNFORTUNATELY mine were SOGGY , BLOBS OF BARBECUE CHEWY FATTY SKIN, even my 2 year old granddaughter spit it in her lil hand , shook her head no handed it back to me and said " NASTY ! " Now if my 2 year old dumplin agrees it's nasty TRUST me when I say it was! PLUS I ORDERED THE COMBO that is supposed to come with a drink and 1 side either fries or veggies I got the vegetable sticks which I was charged for 👎 some combo what hidden scam tactics are ya'll running 🤔?? Anyway the person who bagged my order put vegetable sticks in a container without a lid and put a bunch of water in the PAPER CONTAINER!!!!! HELLO! HOW DUMB IS THAT??!! When we got home the water had TOTALLY SATURATED THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG SO IT BURST OPEN!! Today we got our order and we wanted to enjoy our fries which is my favorite item. But we lost our appetite due to finding a couple of our fires covered with a long dust bunny and it the fries we cooked well done so one of the workers dropped it and put it in the fires instead of throwing it away. We went to in n out afterwards. This is not ok.

Terrible experience here especially with the manager. This is a regular fries serving and he literally said they weight it to 7oz. Where on the damn menu does it say they weight the fries. Terrible size serving and instead of saying “let me fill your fries the correct weight”she just said ok and walked away. Screw you wingstop. Stingy wing stop. And getto manager. Paying 4 dollars for fries and this is what you get. Oh and they are under cooked as well. No type of customer satisfaction. Pretty much all wingstops are the same cheap. If you are gonna charge this amount at least have the courtesy of filling the food up the right way. And I’m missing a wing geez. If I could put NO stars I would.

But we lost our appetite due to finding a couple of our fires covered with a long dust bunny and it the fries we cooked well done so one of the workers dropped it and put it in the fires instead of throwing it away. We went to in n out afterwards. This is not ok.
Terrible experience here especially with the manager. This is a regular fries serving and he literally said they weight it to 7oz. Where on the damn menu does it say they weight the fries. Terrible size serving and instead of saying “let me fill your fries the correct weight”she just said ok and walked away. Screw you wingstop. Stingy wing stop. And getto manager. Paying 4 dollars for fries and this is what you get. Oh and they are under cooked as well. No type of customer satisfaction. Pretty much all wingstops are the same cheap. If you are gonna charge this amount at least have the courtesy of filling the food up the right way. And I’m missing a wing geez. If I could put NO stars I would.
07-27-24 / 10:56pm Fire the girls working the night shift at the front, I was going to pop off but figured they were slow lo cause they’re autistic. I’m standing there showing the girl my order, She Checks the rack behind her Doesn’t have it. For 10mins I’m standing there while 2 girls are by the phones not doing anything. Can’t find my food. I have my husband call and as soon as they answer the phone and he ask what’s taking so long, they hand my food to me?? So unprofessional and weird
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered a 20 piece combo online and after picking it up and bringing it home we find that they only gave us a ten piece while still charging us for the 20 piece. After calling them about it, the manager who we talked to was beyond rude. I can’t believe they’d put someone like that in that position, no wonder their staff is so unorganized. She didn’t even apologize for THEIR mistake, and even questioned us saying “So you ordered a 20 piece and a got a 10 piece, so what did you get?” I don’t know how that even makes sense. Either way, definitely do not go there and give the workers a chance to do something they’re actually good at :)
Placed an online order they got my order wrong. Manager just “added seasoning”, to fix my order. My order was cold by the time I got home. The employees had a dirty attitude and verbatim said “I get off at 11pm, you know what it is”. The manager needs to be retrained and employees need to be corrected or fired. Will never give this location another dime of my money.
Just came out of the mission hills store. My first time to try this . I’m sure the food is great because a lot of pick up from online orders came through. As I patiently wait for mine, I noticed the cashier was multi tasking , cleaning tables, holding cash, refilling the utensils for condiments and back and forth , not once did I see him foam his hands or wash it, he proceed handing drink cups to customer after ringing a customer.There should be visible foam alcohol in their work station. I just hope I don’t get sick with their food. For cleanliness I should not even be giving them a star.
I love Wingstop and I was going to leave a good review because when I came on 10/02/2025 I had a good experience, the lady that helped me with my order was the nicest person. The only reason I came back the following day (10/03/2025) was because of the good experience I had the day before but this time I won't be coming back. The cashier that took my order, her name is America, she wasn't very helpful and she even over charged me. I asked her if the prices changed and she said 'no' so why did she charged me more if I ordered the same thing. She was cutting me off and giving me a lot of attitude. Wings are delicious but their service is awful, these people are rude. I was trying to be polite and respectful but this person didn't want to help me with my order and she was incredibly rude and mean.
Ordered through uber got classic bone in 10 pc and recieved all of them boneless and still got charge Bone in amd they were super under cooked
