I have not had a sandwich in very long time, so I wanted to give it a try. On my way to the place, I told myself if I walk into the shop and it smells like a cheap sandwich shop, or cleaning chemicals, I am not doing it, bc you always can tell the quality of the food by the smell of the cafeteria. I came in and it smelled really nice, like a kitchen. The gentleman openely greeted me, and gave me the explanation how the menu works. He also sliced everything in front me, the ham was folded in a beautiful rose like shape, I picked italian sub on parmesan bread, and the whole thing was so divine. Probably the best sandwich of my life. The ingredients were fresh and tasty, the bread was amazing, people at the counter very welcoming and kind, 10/10 will come back. So simple and good! <3

Accidental Visit Turned Into a New Favorite! I stopped by Jersey Mike’s by mistake—I was actually looking for Subway but ended up in their parking lot. I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! The team was super friendly, and while they had fewer ingredient options than Subway, everything was incredibly fresh and clean. I ordered a wheat turkey sandwich in the “giant” size, and it did not disappoint! The meat and bread were both delicious, and they definitely give you more turkey than Subway does. The overall experience, from the welcoming staff to the high-quality food, was great. I’ve officially found a new favorite sandwich spot!

The customer service was very friendly.(Black dude hooked it up🤣)The sandwich was better than last time I had it.❤️ It was hot and fresh. I got the philly cheese steak sandwich on that rosemary Parmesan roll with provolone cheese. I added Jalapeno kettle cooked chips and a drink ❤️👌🏾

We stop here often and the food is always great, which I have come to expect from all Jersey Mike’s. Same with the staff, but I’ll give a shout out to this group tonight. Stopped in with my family to eat and when we were finishing our sandwiches they brought over a cookie for each of our 3 kids.

went here for lunch yesterday. had the Calif. Club "Special". thought this regular sized sub was overpriced. shouldn't be $10. Togo's special was $7 which included a drink only. Wi-Fi was slooow. Turkely was sliced very thin. Maybe too thin.

To-go experience: My first time here and I decided to go with the turkey provolone sandwich. The Club Supreme is probably their most popular, but this one looked a bit healthier and still delicious. We got the extra-large size, which is a great value if you’re sharing with another person, as it’s cut into four small, easy-to-eat sections. I love how the meat is sliced and how finely the lettuce is shredded. Most sandwiches come with olive oil, red wine vinaigrette, oregano, salt, onion, tomato, and lettuce. There’s a variety of breads, but I recommend the rosemary Parmesan for a nice touch. Gluten-free is available for an extra charge of about $2. Overall, these aren’t the best sandwiches in the world, but it definitely hit the spot and was good enough to make me want to come back. I also hear the brownies and cookies are pretty good. Inside, it’s your typical sandwich shop—not too different from a Subway. A few seats if you want to eat inside. The guy who helped me was nice and got my order ready pretty quickly. The line was only a few people when we walked in. Also, parking was fairly difficult when I arrived. Maybe just a one off though.

Super cheesy how I like em, the meat tasted good too. Tried the rosemary parm bread and enjoyed it. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I got a jalapeño stem in my sandwich 😭 Its big too, I am not sure how it was missed. Or maybe someone thought you eat that part? But its super hard, I couldn't even bite through it. You guys should be more careful about that. Regardless, I loved the cheesesteak so I'll be back. Hopefully next time I can update this to a higher score.

Very good staff here. Welcoming and calm. The ambience was okay. We had a chicken Philly melt and it okayish. I'm sure the actual cheese steaks are definitely better. They have restrooms and drinks and place to dine in. A gaint chicken Philly costed about 18$ with tax.

This Jersey Mike's changed ownership about a year ago. With that the employees changed, manager. Etc. Not a single person was carried over. The new group a year later has not figured it out. The biggest change is the bread. It is awful. Lathered in more cornmeal than you have ever seen on bread. An I went back after a 5-6 month break hoping it was figured out. An it's the same $20 sandwich today that is just terrible. At home scraping the cornmeal off again and it led to me leaving this review. Back to Ike's Place for me. What a shame it was by far the most consistent sandwich place for game days. I went to this Jersey Mikes on a weekly basis before. They knew me by name. Now they don't know me and I avoid it. You should too. For the price there are much better Sammies in the bay area.

I'm not going back. Ordered online for pickup. The line was out the door. They had at least 7 working the behind counter. Packed at least 12 people inside waiting everywhere. I asked the lady at the register for my order under my name. She told me they haven't started it yet as they are 30 mins behind. I said well my pickup time is 12:30pm and it's 1:45pm so it's been 45 mins. She then said I don't know and proceeded to look like she needed a serious break from the insanity of sandwich making. I turned to the front door which was just 2 steps behind me and saw a bag on a metal rack. Unbelievably it had my name on it. And more Unbelievably the register lady rining up the orders didn't know this at all. I used to own a cafe in downtown SF and I know busy. But more importantly I knew all aspects of my restaurant. Jersey Mike's really needs to make some changes. No stars for service. Not even one.
