I've never been in this area before but stopped in for a quick bite. Could not have been more impressed. This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever seen in. The food was fresh, clean and absolutely superb. My two fish tacos were the best I've ever had!

Absolutely obsessed with this place. They have a great Baja fish bowls there. Cajun seasoning is fantastic and their salsa a second to none. The staff is always super friendly in the atmosphere is great it’s never too loud and the food is always delivered to our tables quickly and the presentation style is beautiful. Love them.

This was my go to your place, but I’m very disappointed that they took away the blackened chicken. I would go at least once a day, and sometimes twice a day, two or three times a week. Their blackened chicken salad was just amazing. Their beans are delicious and I love their salsa. Now, I sometimes go two times a week, but really just to see the staff because they are amazing! The shrimp and the Carne Asada are good, but it is not like the blackened chicken. I would imagine it’s much slower now because I know so many people went for the blackened chicken. Maybe in the future they can rethink that decision.

The food is good and pretty healthy choices are available. We do the charbroiled fish which goes really well with the picked onions in the condiments bar. The peppers in the bar are exceptionally spicy, watch out. The pico is always good. They use high quality ingredients, in my opinion. I used to go to the original location in Costa Mesa for a long time and when they expanded I was worried the quality would go down. It didn't, but naturally the prices are up with inflation. The rice in this location could use a little more butter.

I just love their salsa bar. Plus their fish is pretty tasty!

You guys rock. Always great food and service. Bonus points because everyone working seems genuinely happy.

Very good fish tacos, a great place for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Simple yet high quality food. The shrimp tacos were excellent.

The shrimp tacos are really good, I liked the red salsa better. Guacamole was really good. Unfortunately the blackened fish was a little dry ( as blackened fish sometimes is, hard to get right) Overall good meal

After going to Baja Fish Tacos a few times, I am really not a fan of their food. To me it's overpriced and you don't get much for the value of what you pay. The carne asada is so-so and the chicken can be dry.

Food is good. Only two meat options, fish and carne asada. It would be nice if they had other options. Also, only white rice and not Mexican or Spanish rice. Other than that, food is good. Prices reasonable.

Baja Fish Tacos is one of my favorite places for fresh Mexican food and have been to quite a few of them dating back to when they opened in Costa Mesa. The food is good at this location but the last few times I’ve gone into the restaurant with a group of mountain bike friends, the employees always seem unhappy and uninviting. I believe it’s because we arrive near 8:15-8:30 (they close at 9) due to our after work ride. They purposefully drag the metal chairs on the floor and slam them onto the table to prep for closing. It’s highly annoying and after the third time, we have decided to go to La Tia, a great little restaurant down the road. Great food but terrible management.

The food is not Mexican food, just because the dishes include rice, beans and grilled meat or an attempt at grilled meat, doesn't mean it has to be Mexican food, because it's clear that it isn't.
