I ordered ahead of time so my food would be ready so I can be able to return to work on time but I got there and the order wasn't ready and I waited almost 20 more mins to get up and ask them and the order was on the counter my tacos were soggy! Never again will I return

Can't believe I was literally 20 minutes in the drive thru to give my order. He did say to wait for a minute but not 20 minutes. I had to blow my horn and asked him if he forgot about me. He bluntly say just NO, he didn't even say sorry for taking long. Although my order was just one taco but come in people. Then I get to the window and there wasn't hardly any people.

Stopped by for two Patos and asked for red salsa, the person charging me didn’t even look at me as if me asking for the salsa bothered him. I got one container of salsa which was not even half way full and by looking at the rim of the container it looks as if someone had already taken salsa from it which is completely gross! I will never be stopping by this restaurant again! If you all want good service consider going to a different El Pato!

I ordered a carne guisada plate but it was rotten but of course supposedly they taste it and it tasted good and that nobody had ever complain lol sr haven't you seen the reviews or what lol wacala

They are not good waited 30 min for two tacos and they were not coooed right awful

Better make sure you get the right order because you might find out when you get home they messed up your order.., twice these people have given me wrong orders shame on me this time for not checking what I ordered .., better make sure you have time to wait for drive thru ..

Ordered 1 beef and 1 bean so I got 1 taco with beef& bean for 5$, the beef in that taco was disgusting 🤮 not one piece of meat was chewable! I went during my lunch please check meat is good to serve. Its upsetting paying for something that went to trash especially when it's food and how expensive everything is !

I usually like this pato but today was the worst experience ever food was just nasty. I order some fajias tacos they were salty as hell.The flour tortillas were hard as a rock. Refried beans were black old or burned. I don't know if they changed cooks or what on earth happened but the food was plain nasty.I kept calling to place an order and they never answered the phone they would pick up and then hang up the phone. Not sure who is running this pato but food and services was horrible.I was missing items from my order. Hope the owner read this review and fix this .

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The food was disgusting—cold, flavorless, and honestly tasted spoiled. The portions were a joke for the price, and the presentation looked like it was thrown together without any care. We waited forever, only to be served something I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. Total waste of time and money. I regret even walking through the door and will never be back.

Heck no. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 45 minutes . I ordered two orders of street tacos along with a few other items, however, the street tacos had little to no meat in them! So disappointing. Also, when I asked for salsa verde she said they didn’t have any. Upon pressing further she said “oh we do have some but I need to go get them in the back, they’re all packed up.” Seriously? Never going there again smh.

Overall The Chalupas are a total rip off..your going to get whiffle of beans 🫘 if your lucky? If you order more than 1 they stack all of them on 1 plate even though there's several people standing in front of them while ordering they knew there was more than one person eating them and proceed to assemble on top of the stack missing all the Chalupas under the top one! In this case 3 Chalupas 1 plate ? So no full toppings on 2, So they are saving pennies on an over priced $3.49 EACH! (not worth more than a $1.79 each as far as I'm concerned) SPARSLY BEAN TOPPED CORN FLAT WITH 1/2 the toppings missing seriously? there were 2 of us eating dine in! We didn't even get salsa? Whats wrong here $20 waisted on 3 chulupas 1 large drink and a gross tiny sliver of cheesecake that had red jelly on top that cost $5.29? for that price I could have bought an entire cheesecake out of the freezer department at Walmart! Tasted horrible apparently nobody taste test their own food. Not another Penny out of me! I left hungry, disappointed, and incensed enough to post on here!

Got my order wrong again, none of the patos were marked at all. I ordered 2 beef with lettuce and tomato, 2 chicken and avocado and the other 8 beef and cheese. I got an assortment of beef and cheese, and some beef and avocado I did NOT order whatsoever, and I did NOT receive any chicken patos whatsoever. This has become a trend at El Pato. I used to frequent this and the Weslaco locations and everytime I'm missing food, or i'm charged for additional fillers (cheese, for example) and don't even receive any cheese on some of the patos. Of the dozen times I've visited an El Pato this past year it ends up like this 9 out of 10 times. Advising staff obviously hasn't worked, I hate to be that guy, but your staff needs to not take it personally when the only consistency is inaccurate food orders and the borderline condescending staff who has at times gotten defensive when I've had to return an incorrect order. In the past they've just been flat out rude at times. Mr. VanBurkleo what has happened to your stores?! Prices go up and the food and service quality is consistently declining.
