It was so and so. Only one person taking orders both phone and in person. The wait is long when you're waiting on her to finish getting the phone order. She got my order wrong too. They need more people taking orders. Food is great tho.

I did take out at Gorditas Dona Lula located on Shary Rd. one block north of Expressway 83. The flavors here represent South Texas in a big way and are presented in variety of delicious combinations. The combo supreme Gordita is one you have to try, add either the red or green salsa and Boom! Taste explosion. The nopal (cactus) in red sauce on point, and you gotta love the crunchy chicharron. There are meatless selections available, besides the cactus, there is Poblano pepper and cheese, and one of my new faves the grilled Panela cheese Gordita. I keep going back to Dona Lula's to try different flavors and have never been dissatisfied.

Gorditas are pretty good and decent for the prices but the waiting to order is very slow. I stood in line for 10 minutes so I can order my food and that's because I only have 30 minutes for lunch. They need to invest in a second register.

Way too small they use to be bigger never going back the flavor is good but way too small and the filling was not even halfways maybe like a teaspoon size dissapointed

My gorditas were waiting right in front of me for about 10 minutes ,until the lady (cashier) realized they were there, by the time I received them , my gorditas were cold , I didn't complain, I'm just not going back there .

Great service but once I got home the order was missing alot. 2 of the gorditas weren't how we ordered them and missing the dessert I had ordered. Never again.

Went in a few weeks ago & a young lady, believe her name to be candy or dulce was rude & disrespectful. Awful customer service. Will not be returning to this location.

The food is great but the service is awful. I called at 1:30pm and was left on hold. Walked in and placed my To-Go order. Informed clerk and he said was “busy.” I told him to at least let me know instead leaving customers hanging.

Service not to good, buying the combo of 21.00 does not make sense. 15 gorditas comes with the order but 5 of them will be their choice, beans and cheese. Better buy by piece of any choice you want, soup is not the size that the menu shows, its really small size. Gordita gets really soggy and stuff ends on your plate, so it’s a no, no. First time there and last time. Manager don’t even bother to look at you when you have a question.

Horrible service... This is the second time in a month that I get bad service at this location. The first time there was a young gentlemen that seemed new and didn't know what he was doing. I didn't say anything because it's understandable but this time was just too much. They had a rush going on with enough people on staff but it seemed like they either didn't know what they were doing or too busy talking to each other. They messed up my order and after that they wanted to charge me for their mistake. Not o ly that, ice machine didn't have ice and they didn't decide to put any in the machine until everyone left. The lady at the register was horrible and they only had gorditas with egg In them. It was 3pm and I would expect to have other options but didn't. Don't get me wrong I love your food but that kind of service makes me not want to go back

Food was good. The portions were small. Be careful! The guy that charged me added stuff to my receipt and thought I wasn't going to say anything. He added a drink and extra cheese that I didn't order. He did the same thing to the girl after me. She also complained and asked for a refund. I wouldn't suggest using your card!! I think they are scamming people. Check your receipt!
