Great burgers friendly staff and extremely quick service especially considering they are fresh made to order

On Saturday the 10th I was in the area and decided to place a pick up order via the DoorDash app. I placed my order of my desired sandwich (so I thought). When I arrived the sandwich was hot and ready. I retrieved my order and went on my way. As I got down the street and opened my sandwich I realized I had items added to it that I didn’t want and was missing items that I had requested. I then made a U-turn and headed back to the location. Upon arrival I expressed to the manager that my sandwich had items I didn’t ask for and was missing items I had ask for. I thought I had ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and come to find out I had ordered a little cheeseburger. Now in my defense I used the re-order feature within the DoorDash app, as I had ordered this exact same sandwich the day before at a different location however, when I received the sandwich, it was as I desired, which was a little bacon cheeseburger, so I didn’t realize I had made an error. Nonetheless…I took accountability for my ear and was willing to pay the difference to add bacon on the cheeseburger. The manager on duty took accountability regarding the added item on my cheeseburger and the other item that I ask for that was missing as well. Overall, I appreciate the way that she handled the situation. She was not rude when pointing out my error regarding the bacon. She simply was willing to correct the entire situation from both ends, and I was able to get the sandwich in which I had desired. Thank you.

The ice machine has not been cleaned in a long time, my drink had black pieces of something in it so they gave me a bottled drink instead. Other than that the food was good.

Food kinda taste like a Wendy’s, baconator but way overpriced and kind of small for the price . I don’t understand the entire trash bag of french fries it’s kind of a waste a little over salted. They were good. I don’t wanna sit there and bash, but it was a little overkill. I came in for the first time and my kid got a hotdog and I asked him “do you feel like it was worthy of what we paid “ ? he’s like not really For two people we pay $39. That’s a little excessive for getting a single patty hamburger and a hotdog and two fries cost me 39 bucks. Everything there’s à la card my hamburger like I said tasted like a Wendy’s baconator so for that price you’re better off just going to Wendy’s And save half the money. I didn’t taste the hotdog so I can’t call it so I’m just gonna rate it three stars. I tried to pay with cash and they told me they didn’t have change last time I checked we live in America if you accept cash that means you need to have change or you need to have petty cash in your safe that is standard procedure. It will probably be my last time going.

Service was excellent. Some food ingredients were sub par. Meat was stretched and seemed to be not all beef. Potatoes were soft but damn good flavor. Sweet tea wasn't sweet. Pickles, lettuce and tomatoes were summer fresh, but it is June. First and last time here; not worth the price point. If you're in a pinch for a palatable quick meal on a fly by; this does a good job. But the parking lot is inaccessible for quick transitions in and out.

Came here today to get lunch for my office. Clean establishment and friendly staff. The prices are a little steep for a burger and everything is a la carte. There are no meal deals or value menu.

First time trying five guys. Honestly will probably be my last time. My burger didn’t have seasoning and was small for what I paid for. They give you a lot of fries. Fries were ok.

This location dose not throw out the peanut once they open on a daily basis the peanuts are soggy and left out days and days. I would not eat peanuts here

Was told by the manager that they couldn’t and more than one party to a bowl. Guess this location has different rules than every other 5 guys. Not coming to this location again. Not sure why the manager had to make this up. Happy to pay for what I want but to not let me order what I want is ridiculous.

I love the food at 5 guys, but I will never eat at this location again after the slow service we received. Took us 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and 2 fries. Too busy socializing.

Super disappointed in this location. Although I'm happy that the corporation has provided their employees with face masks during this pandimic, they are not wearing them. They are touching multiple surfaces with their gloves and then touching food. I guess my burger got a random temperature check, and the lady doing it kept closing the thermometer and opening it with the same glove that she was using to put information in on the iPad that I could see the fingerprints on and then stick it in my burger. I asked for a fresh patty, although I got one they were upset I asked. After they realized that we were taking photos and making reviews they finally pulled their masks over their mouths, not their nose still wearing them improperly. Not to mention the air conditioner was out. We come here at least once a month. We will never be back again.
