I''ve never been the kinda dude to write a review, however under these specific circumstances, I have had no choice but to expose the excellence I witness almost every day. The Best experience I have ever had at any Dunkin has been at this particular location in Modena. This beautiful, green-eyed, female who is usualy at the front counter, is always making me the exact sandwich and coffee that I order every time I come in before I even have to ask for it. Her name is Shannon, and she makes this Dunkin put a smile on my face every time I walk in. She is worth every penny that they pay her; her beauty irradiates beyond the stratosphere with a higher magnitude and intensity of 1000 compiled stars and their infinitesimally accelerating emitted photons, and ironically, she makes the best frozen coffees throughout the course of history of human kind and frozen coffees. Everyone in this Dunkin is so friendly and charming and never in my life have I ever seen a Dunkin Donuts so clean and spotless! I highly recommend this Dunkin to all of my fellow coffee and doughnut lovers, because all of the coffee and sandwiches prepared here are clearly made with love and affection and I have never had this kind of experience at any other Dunkin Donuts. Staff friendly, they were very busy and apologized for the wait (only about 3 minutes). It was nivmce atmosphere & clean. How does this location have better tasting pumpkin spice than others? I will always love Dunkin. This one is close to my house. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I usually end up going during downtime so I don't deal with other customers. The wait is quicker this way. My order is always correct. I definitely recommend this location.

The staff here is always so friendly! My orders are made perfectly and in good time as well. There are occasionally lines for the drive thru during the morning rush, but that is to be expected with a coffee joint; especially with the covid pandemic taking place.

Going out of my way here to review this Dunkin. I’ve been to various Dunkin’s in the Hudson Valley and every time I come here they are generous with the cold foam on my cold brew. I really appreciate it!

The two gentlemen working today at 3:30 were very very kind, and when they told me they were out of the muffin I ordered, they compensated with plenty of goodies as a replacement that I didn’t even request they do! Having just read other reviews on this location, I have to believe they've completely changed the staff, management, training, or all of these. We stopped there twice this past weekend - once for inside service and once for drive-in - and both times it was absolutely the best DD experience we've ever had...EVER! Every employee was friendly, professional, personable and clearly cared about their job and customer satisfaction. Also, it was Pride month and the inside was beautifully decorated - really wonderful to see in such a non-urban area. We only wish we could clone this location and replace all the DDs near us. This place has an insane influx of customers for being the only place to get coffee in the area that I have to whole heartedly give it up to the staff that puts up with the onslaught. They not only get the line moving by pushing through but also deliver you your order with a smile while being exhausted. The women and men of this establishment are some of your hardest workers around and would be a great addition to anyone's workforce. They deserve praise and good financial compensation for the hectic free flow of business they tame. I mean this literally, there was a woman who had such a nice attitude working into her 10th hour, and another time another very nice woman who didn't mind at all that I pulled the credit card kiosk off its stand by accident. It was nice she allowed me to not be so embarrassed about the ordeal all while covering take out and front counter. To this exemplary staff, thank you so much for making my morning commute easier! I see you and appreciate you!

I genuinely enjoyed this dunkin. I didn't expect to after reading the reviews on here but my coffee was very good and my wake up wrap was good. I really appreciate that it has a drive through! Service wasnt spectacular but it was certainly nice. Edit: Recently, they do seem to run out of things in the afternoon on a regular basis.

It's not like it used to be, where the donuts we're fresh and a new batch was always in the offing. Now they're hard and crust as hockey pucks and not many varieties. At least the workers are friendly.

Although true and loyal customers , it's been a rough few months with long waits (yesterday was over twenty five minutes for three lattes and a Customer behind us waited longer). We were the only customers inside. We should not be punished for not using the drive-thru, but, this seems to be the company's new norm, no matter the location. Sometimes, we just want to relax for a few minutes and actually see what food is available versus guessing through a 'talk box'. But, we also want to do that with drinks and food in hand. Not, wait around that long with nothing. And sadly, more often than not, the item(donut /muffin) we go for is not available(my daughter has less than a 50/50 shot each time blueberry muffins will be available-it's all she eats, so she loses out) . Guessing less quantities are baked and delivered to save money. With all that said, the staff is always friendly and courteous. And this location clean.

I ordered a pumpkin muffin and stuffed croissant and a frozen hot chocolate. The gave me muffin a falling a part and said that how they get them like it not made thier my suffted croissant was ice cold and my frozen chocolate was coffee not chocolate I am every disappointed been thier before and not the first time they gave me coffee instead of chocolate.

Went in this morning for the first time after navigating through a horribly designed parking lot that doesn't give much room to get around the drive through lane because of the dumpster pad encroachment and forget it like I had to if someone parks over the line at the last space... Upon entering the first thing I heard was a worker stating to a person waiting at the drive through "sorry for the wait, how can I help you" then I noticed the awkward layout of the interior and how the line was indistinguishable coming from the bathroom or the front door... so I waited for that to figure itself out.. Then of course when I was up to bat the girl ran off to do other chores and told me she would be right with me... The rest of my visit could go on like this with them skipping the cheese on my "ham egg and cheese on English Muffin" and having to ask for condiments because....yes that little station was empty also.... Pffffft! Never going back😡

Iced matcha latte with one pump of vanilla. tasted like sugar milk. All the matcha powder was at the bottom of the cup. The drive through was fast but the young man at the window was not very friendly.

My low rating only reflects on the CURRENT employees and, one in particular...a female, possibly a supervisor! FIRST I NEED TO SAY... Ordered 50 munchkins to get a Halloween bucket and didn’t . Thought that’s how you get one guess not. Opened the assorted box I paid like 17$ for and it’s all glazed donuts only . I called asked for a manager was hung up on immediately. Called back and the Manager picked up and said buying 50 munchkins doesn’t warrant a bucket , and they use what they have left with munchkins and they ran out . so why have assorted as an option ? Hello, I ordered a plain bagel with butter, 25 count of munchkins, and two coffees, as I waited almost an hour and a half for my order to arrive. Finally, around 10:40 am, I receive my order, and when I open the bag, all I had were the two coffees. That's unacceptable, especially when I waited for so long to receive my order.

Can't follow simple instructions... Ordered a large ice coffee extra cream and sugar. Got an iced coffee in a large hot coffee cup (32oz vs 24oz) and no freaking sugar in it.

I just spent over $26 at this location (albeit a free beverage was deducted because of all the money i spend at dunkins everywhere, i receive many free beverages) I asked for an extra small cup to give my dog water in & was charged .54 cents... Now on the whole .54 cents is nothing but rest assured I'll never spend another dollar at this location. Ill also be checking to see what other locations are affiliated and pass those by as well... WORST Dunkin Donuts around!!! They screw up coffee orders all the time! You ask for Splenda and find out when you get to work that they put in sugar. No consistency at all on cream added. Dark one day and almost completely white the next. We're done with this place and their terrible staff. Every time we've pulled up to the drive thru window they've been in their phones or their phone is on the counter by the coffee. Is it so hard to NOT have a phone for your shift??? Go to Stewart's across the street or any other DD. Obviously there is NO SUPERVISION at this place.

I sat at the drive thru speaker waiting for 6 minutes for someone to say anything at all. No one ever answered, greeted me, or took my order. I finally drove away. I gave them another chance a couple of days ago. I was charged for a breakfast sandwich I didn't order. When I pointed it out, the worker didn't say anything and just walked away from the window. He came back with $3 and handed it to me without a word. The window shut and he stared at me as if he didn't understand why I wasn't driving away. He forgot to give me my order. I told him I'm waiting for the coffee and donut. He said, "did you order it?" I told him yes, I did, and had to show him my receipt, again! I drove away after getting the order to find the hot coffee I ordered was cold. It's a shame. The store just opened in a small town and this is the impression it's making. I won't be going back.

Honestly horrible. My brother went here and ordered like 5 bagels the women told him to go to the back of the line because it was a big order. My brother not knowing any better did and when it was his turn again they ran out of bagel complete BS. I’ve tried this Dunkin’ a few times and every time employees are standing around doing nothing while 1 or 2 people work … asking for something to be extra crispy seems to be a problem both times I asked for my hash browns to be extra crispy both times I asked when I was handed the bag if they were extra well done.. both times the person said yes as they handed me undercooked hash browns and then said I wasn’t told … well u were when I the customer asked if it was done extra crispy and you lied to my face

The young male behind the counter is as slow as molasses and doesn't even get your coffee like he is supposed to, the Drive thru girls get aggravated at him because of this. Twice I ordered the iced tea witch tasted as bitter as coffe I suspect it probably was coffee. All in all terribly slow the Drive thru toll at least 10 minutes on all my attempts. They take FOREVER even on drive thru, ignore you half the time at the order window, and items routinely come cold or incorrect. i don’t ever write reviews but the Modena dunkin messed up my order SO bad that i have no other choice but to share i ordered a plain toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. they had no plain bagels, said they’d give me a poppy seed bagel instead. fine. what i was met with was a sesame seed bagel that was BLACK on the inside. toasted to a crisp. and yet, despite the horrific toasting job, it was still cold. i wanted a savory toasted bagel and i was met with a black, cold rock with cream cheese on it. props to the employees that work there tho because it really does take skill to mess up a bagel THAT bad. 💯

We get breakfast from this Dunkin several times a week. There is only 1 word to describe their service..... LOUSY! Half the time, we come home with something missing or the wrong item. My Autistic grandson is throwing a fit right now, because they gave him the wrong omelette bites! I love their bacon snack bags, but a few times they've been burned, there's way too much pepper and I couldn't eat it, or the worst was the time the bacon was raw! 🤢 I would stop getting from them, but my grandson only eats certain foods and Dunkin's bacon and cheddar omelette bites are his favorite breakfast!

I went there tonight. They were out of donuts. Should be called Dunkin Nodonuts. Had to get my donuts at stewarts instead. Needless to say, Im very dissapointed.

What a horrible experience, i was waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes before the girl even took my order, and then when I get my coffee it was wrong. Clearly they don't have a clue on what they are doing, so I had turn around and go back to have it corrected, now the drive through is almost wrapped around the building at this point, I go inside and there are 7 people working! No donuts like someone else's comment, and they still made my coffee wrong.

I've been stopping here occasionally for over a year. Initially it was pretty good, but lately it's been substandard. In comparison to other locations, the coffee always tastes off, or the order isn't quite right. This morning I ordered a medium dark roast, it was barely Luke warm. I left it in my car for an hour in the heat and it was hotter than when I bought it. Even food orders in the past haven't been spot on. I'm not a pushy guy and if it was an occasional mishap I would definitely overlook it. C'mon Modena, you're close to home, I'd love to give you my business, but get it together!

I would give no stars if i could. Lazy staff. No management. If i was the owner i would fire everyone and hire all new people. I went there today at 5:25pm and they told me they were not cooking anything. No bagels or anything. They're supposed to be open until 9pm. So they decided to take it upon there selves to only serve beverages and throw away all the bagels and stuff i saw with my eyes instead of making them. Fine. So i get a coffee and the cream is bad. I wish I could give zero stars. The parking lot smelled like weed there were employees smoking weed in their car in the parking lot. They messed up my order and when I called the manager said well it’s too bad. I’ll refund your bagel, but that’s it and we’re allowed to smoke weed because it’s legal. Horrible place I would rather go to new Paltz or any other Dunkin’ Donuts or anywhere else avoid this place at all cost. They will screw you up.

One of the employees, I couldn't see his name, but he was about 20 or 23 years old and had a beard, made fun of the color of my clothes. I was wearing a green polo shirt, and the employee, in a very mocking way, said (Merry Christmas) while laughing. I was with my wife. They should select their staff better, because we, the customers, are the ones who make it possible for that employee to be paid a salary. If I could give it 5 negative stars, I would give them without hesitation.

When I brought it up to the manager Melissa she pretty much told me that there 1000000 other Dunkin’s in our area and I can gladly go to one of them. I honestly don't know where to start with this establishment but overall if I could give it negative stars I would. Donuts are infested with flies, I've seen employees spit in drinks, managers dont wear proper hair restraints that have caused several hairs in my food but yet they force the other workers to wear proper attire. beyond rude managers. drinks always taste like cigarettes as employees are consistently outside smoking rather than working when there's huge lines. place needs a serious food inspection.

I got a $20 gift card for Christmas so I ordered the family 4 egg and cheese sandwiches and an order of hash browns and they never put the hash browns in the bag. The sandwiches had this awful nasty tap water type aftertaste and my kids wouldn't even eat them while I dumped a half bottle of pepper on mine just to force it down. I wrote this place off years ago when they first opened thinking maybe they straightened up since but some things never change I guess.

Than as I just put my phone away an employee named Kathy appears around the corner from the pick up side with an attitude as if I was bothering her by being there “umm are you going to order” with an aggravating tone. I immediate looked up at her and was like yes…. Than she said something and I was like why is their an attitude? Then I was like forget this place and walked out. Honestly ruined my morning! The coffees are never good here anyways and the customer service is always an issue as well. This is the first time someone really was rude rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place go to another DD!

I genuinely wish i could give this place 0 stars. It has to be the most unorganized Dunkin in the world. No one wears uniforms, they’re slow getting orders out. Most of the time the food is wrong. They aren’t personable. Overall this place is absolutely terrible and clearly needs new management. There’s no reason why if I’m the only person inside Dunkin, it should be taking more than 5 minutes to get my food. Today it took like 15 minutes!!! They had a line of 5 cars and were talking to each other and not even making the next cars food. This women placed a mobile order, waited behind all those cars and her order still wasn’t ready when she got to the window. That makes no sense!!!!

Went there and ordered a simple medium iced coffee with milk, 2 Splenda, and Carmel swirl. Along with bagel bites and a Avocado grilled cheese sandwich. The sandwich came our perfect along with the bagel bites. The coffee however came out iced with milk. No Splenda or Carmel swirl and didn't get a straw either. Not really surprised that the coffee was messed up due to the quality of the employees that are in the work force these days. I could have wrote it off as a mistake but every time I go to this location there's a problem. I guess over paying workers for a entry level job isn't going to improve the quality. Really sad because dunking invest millions in a nation wide program to make a cup of coffee the same no matter what location. And these employees can figure it out

Normally I have an okay experience, sometimes my drink wasn’t made right but I just shrug it off. Sometimes there’s quite the wait but if I have the time I have no problem waiting. Today was different. The wait wasn’t too bad at first but from the time I ordered to the time I got my food was about 20 minutes. My food was barely warm, the frozen coffee wasn’t very frozen, and my drink was wrong. I ordered myself a large hot vanilla spice and I got a large iced chai latte. I didn’t feel like waiting another five minutes so I took it and left.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their coffee is normally pretty disgusting, I am unsure if it is old or they just do not make it correctly but I always have to get extra cream and sugar to make it taste semi decent. On very few occasions is it good. They have messed up my order a few times by not putting everything in that I ordered. Then this most recent visit, I ordered on the go through the app (which I haven’t been able to do for this location in at least two weeks because it wasn’t working) and when I got there the guy said I ordered two orders (of the same thing??!) and I told him no that the order on the go wasn’t working right and told me it didn’t go through. He did not care or anything resorting to get rude with me saying well he put both orders in. I dropped it figuring it wasn’t worth arguing (and I had to get to work) and figured I’d have food for the next day. For the same exact order, it sure didn’t look like it, it was missing the snacking bacon on the second order and the drinks looked very different. I can’t remember the last time I’ve actually had good service at this location and keep saying I will not go back but continue because of convenience. Well I can say this, I will definitely NOT be going back to that Dunkin’ now. Very upset and not worth the aggravation I feel every time I pull out of their lot. Not to mention their long wait time when there are a bunch of “workers” that are seen through the window. I’m using workers very loosely here as I tend to only see one or two people actually working.
