Haven't eaten here in 6 yrs. Wow, we have been missing out. Fresh food, excellent staff and they were fast and efficient. We were here at lunch and we were eating within 3 min.
Probably my favorite fast food restaurants. Most of the time the food and service is excellent. Highly recommend
I have only had amazing service at this location. They do NOT short you on portion size. With everything in the news about Chipotle with managers making the employees cut way back on portion sizes, I have to give our Modesto McHenry location a shout out. They give you a lot of food. My bowls barely close. The staff is so nice too! Highly recommend!
This was our first time using chipotle catering. What a great experience! Everything that we ordered came as we expected with additional chips for our group! Chipotle has made the process extremely easy to do their catering. Just go on their website, place the order at least 24 hours in advance and pick it up at the desired time. They give you big cardboard boxes that allow an easy transport of the food from store to location.

Usually pretty good and have everything and fill up the bowls but today felt like I got ripped off. Was told there was just no pinto beans so I said that's fine but after they started making the bowls they were pretty much out of half the stuff, barely any rice (pretty much the bottom of the container), no beans, no vegetables, no mild salsa and didnt fill the bowl like usual. Felt should have maybe added a little extra of the other stuff to compensate but they made the bowls so fast didn't really get a chance to say much. Very disappointed today. Gave 3 stars because I'm a regular here and most of the time they have everything and fill the bowls up.
The manager/team lead at this location, McHenry Ave in Modesto, Whitney, is rude and has no business dealing with the customers. I ordered a veggie meal, which comes with free guacamole when ordering a veggie order, this woman was completely rude and challenging. When I asked why she is not honoring this side ( which she informed me about in the first place on a previous visit) she was rude and said “we don’t do that” Do better Chipotle
Figure out your portion sizes on the mobile orders. Because this feels an awful lot like you skimp out on portions when people aren’t there watching you do it. Extremely distrustful.
The mchenry location acts like they never wan to cook again, scraping beans and small portions like for kids in a bowl but they make sure they charge 20.00! Plus it was not very clean
I made ordered on my chipotle app for lunch this last Wednesday and I have to say that this was the worst I have ever been treated. I ordered a chicken bowl and a side of guacamole and chips. When I got back to work to eat the guacamole was brown and gross. So I called Chipotle and I was told that it probably good to eat it just get brown but should taste fine. And while I do understand that guacamole can do this at times, this was not that time the guacamole was brown through and through. I asked the person I called if the product looked like this currently and again was just given excuse's. I asked if I could get a refund as I was not going to eat it and again she was trying to convince me to eat it as it just looked worse than it was. So I hung up and left work while on my lunch drove back to Chipotle and showed them the product. I did get a new guacamole but I had to use my lunch hour and gas just to get them to listen to me. Also I tried using the Pepper to give a review and that was a disaster. I did finally send a email and all I was told was that my complaint will be sent to the team. This same thing happened to my coworker and she got offered a free product. So I doubt I will ever go to the Chipotle on McHenry ever again. This was not the first time this has happened.
This one is unbelievable. Two orders in a row were wrong. This one was missing two orders of chips, guacamole and a kids drink. The quesadilla is a tortilla with cheese (not melted) and the sides were spilled all over the inside of the bag. Staff was rude and unwilling to do anything about it. This is unbelievably incompetent and a joke.
Paid 27 bucks for a burrito and queso and chips and food was cold and meat seem really old. Disappointed and it’s not the first time. I really like chipotle as well as other fast food spots but a lot of people are really not doing their jobs.
Taste is good but the qty is really less and not worth the money for the burrito bowl. This is 3rd time happening at this location (mchenry). The qty is really less when compared to other locations. This bowl has everything except bean and lettuce. Everything was less qty. I could hardly see sofaritas and they claim it had 7g protein for this meal. This review is only for this specific location. Management should look into this and take action.

I have nothing against this particular location, Chipotle is just such a rip off and continually gets worse. Price creep and portion shrink makes it so your slop bowl is way too expensive to justify buying
I eat chipotle twice a week. This Mchenry location is my least favorite to go to. Which is unfortunate because I live down the street. I understand what the portion sizes are, but this location skimps out on the portions! I always get the least amount of food at this location. I also understand that I came in at rush hour, but the girls taking my order & making my plate was SO rushed and in a rude way. Lacks customer service.
Just had the nastiest steak burrito from here. It was poorly cut and full of fat and cartilage. Every bite was chewy and inedible. Unfortunately we took the food to go and didn't dine in so couldn't tell the staff about the nasty food.
This Location Has Some of the Rudest Employees. The manager there needs to sit them down and have some sort of Customer Service Class. I went in today 2/24 around lunch time. Didn’t get greeted correctly, & both Lady’s fixing up the bowls had attitudes! giving me awful vibes rolling there eyes and serving me half portions. There jobs are not too hard. They seemed Irritated i was requesting extra veggies & chicken ??? What’s the problem if i’m paying for it . I spent more than 40$ for two bowls i asked for queso blanco on both and got queso on one bowl and not the other but got charged for both ????. pls Do better.
3x I’ve been here and 3 times they told me they didn’t have steak. And all three times I ordered through the app so I have to call to get a refund. If you like steak at chipotle go to a different one the employees must not know how to cook steak or management doesn’t supply it either way get your shit together. Discrage of a chipotle.
Absolutely disappointed in my first Ever experience of Chipotle , I came 5 minutes after they opened the doors , there weren’t any people, I literally was the only one and I tried to read the menu for couple seconds but the cashier showed up and started to rush me , I couldn’t even understand the menu and I choose whatever I felt would be easier ( the only one picture with bowl on it) and after that she gave me around 2-3 sec. to choose the entree and e.t.c I think the whole process from entering to paying for food was like one minute or even less ! I’m not kidding. Maybe that even great when you have a rush hour .but girl 💅🏻 i was the only one and I said it my first time in here what you can recommend lol. The food was great but I felt that the steak was a bit warmed though , definitely not fresh …. The bowl was fine but wasn’t even half full but it’s ok I guess. But the main reason why I even came here to write a review it’s cause being in there was so uncomfortable , the tables and atmosphere were like in the prison for god’s sake ( and I wasn’t even in prison to compare with , it like they showing prison dining room on tv ) It’s just so unwelcoming in there…
