This one is unbelievable. Two orders in a row were wrong. This one was missing two orders of chips, guacamole and a kids drink. The quesadilla is a tortilla with cheese (not melted) and the sides were spilled all over the inside of the bag. Staff was rude and unwilling to do anything about it. This is unbelievably incompetent and a joke.

Paid 27 bucks for a burrito and queso and chips and food was cold and meat seem really old. Disappointed and it’s not the first time. I really like chipotle as well as other fast food spots but a lot of people are really not doing their jobs.

Taste is good but the qty is really less and not worth the money for the burrito bowl. This is 3rd time happening at this location (mchenry). The qty is really less when compared to other locations. This bowl has everything except bean and lettuce. Everything was less qty. I could hardly see sofaritas and they claim it had 7g protein for this meal. This review is only for this specific location. Management should look into this and take action.

I have nothing against this particular location, Chipotle is just such a rip off and continually gets worse. Price creep and portion shrink makes it so your slop bowl is way too expensive to justify buying

I eat chipotle twice a week. This Mchenry location is my least favorite to go to. Which is unfortunate because I live down the street. I understand what the portion sizes are, but this location skimps out on the portions! I always get the least amount of food at this location. I also understand that I came in at rush hour, but the girls taking my order & making my plate was SO rushed and in a rude way. Lacks customer service.

Just had the nastiest steak burrito from here. It was poorly cut and full of fat and cartilage. Every bite was chewy and inedible. Unfortunately we took the food to go and didn't dine in so couldn't tell the staff about the nasty food.

This Location Has Some of the Rudest Employees. The manager there needs to sit them down and have some sort of Customer Service Class. I went in today 2/24 around lunch time. Didn’t get greeted correctly, & both Lady’s fixing up the bowls had attitudes! giving me awful vibes rolling there eyes and serving me half portions. There jobs are not too hard. They seemed Irritated i was requesting extra veggies & chicken ??? What’s the problem if i’m paying for it . I spent more than 40$ for two bowls i asked for queso blanco on both and got queso on one bowl and not the other but got charged for both ????. pls Do better.

3x I’ve been here and 3 times they told me they didn’t have steak. And all three times I ordered through the app so I have to call to get a refund. If you like steak at chipotle go to a different one the employees must not know how to cook steak or management doesn’t supply it either way get your shit together. Discrage of a chipotle.

Absolutely disappointed in my first Ever experience of Chipotle , I came 5 minutes after they opened the doors , there weren’t any people, I literally was the only one and I tried to read the menu for couple seconds but the cashier showed up and started to rush me , I couldn’t even understand the menu and I choose whatever I felt would be easier ( the only one picture with bowl on it) and after that she gave me around 2-3 sec. to choose the entree and e.t.c I think the whole process from entering to paying for food was like one minute or even less ! I’m not kidding. Maybe that even great when you have a rush hour .but girl 💅🏻 i was the only one and I said it my first time in here what you can recommend lol. The food was great but I felt that the steak was a bit warmed though , definitely not fresh …. The bowl was fine but wasn’t even half full but it’s ok I guess. But the main reason why I even came here to write a review it’s cause being in there was so uncomfortable , the tables and atmosphere were like in the prison for god’s sake ( and I wasn’t even in prison to compare with , it like they showing prison dining room on tv ) It’s just so unwelcoming in there…
