Only dim sum spot in Modesto. Some dishes are hit and miss but overall they do a great job. I haven't dined in for a while (covid) so I can't speak on the service, it was good when we use to go. Yesterday we ordered out and everything was really good besides the chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, it was watery and I'm guessing it was from the steam from the travel back home?

Meals are usually good, but this time the chow mein was almost all just cooked noodles My biggest complaint is that the calamari was twice fried just like the prawns. I don't understand why they can't cook it fresh. I won't be ordering any fried food again.

The food was delicious! Fresh and hot, and flavorful. They also checked in to see how we were doing, and gave us recommendations for certain foods, such as the fried rice and pan-fried noodles which were really good! I would visit again, but definitely with a larger group to share food! The baked BBQ pork buns were my favorite today.

Not really my style...brought all food at the same time. Would have liked the appetizer first...let us sit for a while during a "friend" lunch. Food was good not spectacular. Prices were great. Nice atmosphere. Did not rush us...which was nice.

This place used to be pretty solid. Our usual place was closed so here we are…. The chowmein was legit spaghetti noodles, overcooked and flavorless. The rest, cheese won tons, fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken was a little more edible:

Man, this is rough because this restaurant is owned by one of the sweetest families in town. But guys you have got to ease up on the garlic. My goodness is it overdone in the Chicken and Vegetables. I was craving chinese food today and thought to myself, I haven't been to Dynasty in forever. Well, as soon as I got home and opened up my meal, I remembered why. Please note, I love garlic, but garlic should not be the only thing you taste. It should accentuate the meats and vegetables in the dish not completely overpower it. I am far from the restaurant so I did not want to go back in, but I did just spend fifteen minutes rinsing all of the chicken and vegetables, and then straining the sauce through a fine strainer. There were FOUR TABLESPOONS of garlic in a single dish...TBSP not TSP. Honestly it looks like "jarlic", so maybe that's why they're so heavy handed with it. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Went here recently, food was mid. It wasn’t as flavorful as other dimsum restaurants. The kung pao chicken was very boring. Chowmein is ok. Some eggdrop soup they gave us was way too salty. Mongolian beef was missing some flavor and wasn’t hot when we got it. Quality of the food was decent but not good. The walnut shrimp was pretty good compared to the rest. Worst food was the fried chicken we bought, inside tasted like boiled and the outside tastes like straight flour. Overall, the food tastes like there was no effort put in to make it tasteful and enjoyable. Got full very quick and packed everything home. Not one of our plates were completed.

Food is mid, staffs were rude, spent over $100, waitress took our cash and didnt give us our reciept back. She assume the rest was her tip and kept it. We waited for her to return, but she didnt. We were so done with the poor customer service and walked out leaving greater than $20 behind. Previous owners were more friendlier and attentive to all of their customers. New staff seem to be selective on who they want to wait on. Felt discriminated against. I use to love coming here in the past for dim sum. Not no more.

This used to be our favorite restaurant in town within the last yr or 2 the food doesnt taste the same as it used too. Recently we did two delivery orders once hot n sour soup and Szechuan eggplant tofu both were terrible the soup smelt stale and the Szechuan eggplant was drenched in sauce eggplant wasnt even cooked my mom had to salvaged some of it and re make it. Take out is supposed to be avoiding cooking at home. Second time recently we ordered hot and sour soup again to give it a chance and lunch shrimp and rice asked for no onions on the shrimp it was filled of onions. We definitely miss the old service n food it once was. Who knows if we will return or order again.

We go there because its close.once or twice a month takeout. Seems to be getting worse and worse. We spend 75$ each time we go, it would be nice to have vegetables in the fried rice and chow mein and the noodles seem to be spaghetti noodles... done with this place.

Absolutely Terrible food. Bad soup super thick and flavorless. The sticky ribs weren't ribs at all. It was mystery meat. Maybe it was racoon paws idk. But it was bad. The foil chicken had rosemary or some odd seasoning that throws it off. The cheese won tons were saggy and no flavor. Just real, low quality food and meat that you could taste. And nothing was prepared correctly. I was absolutely disappointed and spent fifty six dollars and it's a waste of money.

I told them to give me majority pork rather than vegetables, and what did they do? Flood my order with vegetables and barely any meat. It’s like they don’t understand english or something but speak it perfectly fine and say yes to everything. Very disappointed for how much I paid for it. The pork that came with it was very saugy. AND on top of that, the order included eggs but they barely bit any…like bruh do better. And then they staple your to-go box up as if they don’t want you to check it…weirdos.
