FIRST of all our service was over 5 stars, the whole staff was upbeat and friendly! My daughter and I were super indecisive so we ordered what our server Stephanie recommended. FROM the drinks to appetizers, I have to say were also over 5 stars! I’m a ppl person so when we walked in I can tell it was gona be an amazing experience. The Pork Belly Sliders were flavorful and not to thick, also the right amount of toppings inside, OHH and the cheese sticks, NOT mozzarella but CHEESE sticks were great, I personally will not do mozzarella sticks anywhere any more!!! And the drinks were not too strong or too sweet, your bartender ROCKS!!! Thanks Rivets, your boss should proud you all and himself for putting a great team together in a family friendly atmosphere! CHEERS!

Hubby and I found this place on Yelp. We were looking for something open a little later but not a full-on bar. We were pleasantly surprised they had live music. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was great, and the food was awesome. We definitely plan on going again. Really enjoyed it.

Dude omg the pork belly bites are SO GOOD. I'm not into sweet and savory as much as the next guy, but these are damn good. They have honey on them if I remember correctly. I got a large burger that came w chilé on it and it was great! My mom tried the fish and chips and said it tasted like they used fresh oil, which is a major plus for both of us, and this menu has lots of fried goodies! The atmosphere reminds me more of a biker, sport vibe, which isn't my scene as much, but the service is nice, just be patient bc they can get busy busy!

So I've been here a few times, but last time I was there was during covid. The food I've had before was excellent but this time wasn't what I was sold on when looking at the photos vs what I ordered. I thought I had saw and the waitress say they make their corndogs from scratch and the reason I asked because of a photo I had seen. I thought oh homemade corndogs lets try it. Unfortunately it was just like store bought from the freezer, now I hope with this review they may take my idea and run with it as I think this will be a hit on the appetizer menu especially during football season. I would use the Lil smokies beef or the regular smoke sausage or whatver is similar offered in the bulk supplier then make a nice batter. I would absolutely pay 18/19 for the same qty they serve for the mini corndogs they serve presently. The sidewinder potatoes needed some love in the seasoning department, either offer a special blend on the table or offer a special blend of seasoning as an option on the menu with a beer cheese sauce for dipping. But we will be back

The food a pleasant surprise. Wait staff is excellent, pastrami sandwich was very good. The short ribs were a bit dry though. I liked the tiki drinks, very tasty. We enjoyed playing the pinball games.

I recently visited this restaurant after calling ahead to inquire whether pets were allowed on the patio. I was assured they were, which was important as I was bringing my puppy along. Unfortunately, upon arrival—just 40 minutes later—I found the patio area had already been locked. Thankfully, the staff made an exception and allowed me to dine outside, which I truly appreciated. 🙏 Initially, the male server seemed a bit hesitant or possibly inconvenienced by the outdoor seating request, but his demeanor softened throughout the meal, and his service became warmer with each check-in. I ordered the chicken sesame salad, which was absolutely delicious—a perfect balance of fresh ingredients and bold flavor. 🍽 Although I didn’t catch his name, the gentleman server also recommended a fruity wheat draft beer 🍺 that paired excellently with the salad. It was light, refreshing, and memorable. Given that I had my puppy with me, I didn’t linger as long as I would have liked, but the outdoor atmosphere was peaceful, with light foot traffic and guests mentioning that dogs are usually welcomed on the patio. It made for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely return, especially for the great food and pet-friendly atmosphere. However, I do recommend the restaurant clearly post patio hours on their website and consider adding a "Pets Welcome on Patio" sign or note. It would go a long way in making pet owners feel more comfortable and informed.🐶💜

I have not been here since it first opened. I decided to come back and try it out. I ordered a Blackberry Hard Apple Cider and it was sweet with good flavors. I had the Turkey Cranberry Sandwich with Fries. The sandwich had smoked Turkey, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. It was very delicious. I also had an ice water with lemon. The server was really nice and very attentive. My only advice would be not to wear cologne while serving food.

Came in for Father's day and there was no wait. The tables were clean and Justine our server was awesome. The food is a bit pricey but overall there is a great selection and some unique twists on burgers and tots.

Big burgers that are delicious. Mine was the "Fancy Burger" 🥇 with garlic fry's 🥈. Seemed very fresh, garlic was strong. Other burger was "The Flying Hawaiian" 🥇 with onion rings 🥉. We prefer beer batter onion rings as these had a ton of breading. My Fancy Burger actually had beer batter onion rings 🥇. So all in all it was good meal, with music playing and the game playing on the TV. We will be back

It's always good enough. Feel like it's always been pretty pricey for what it is too though. Service has always been fine. Just a decent place, nothing special.

Pinball machines are a loud nuisance. Very disappointed in the sweet potato fries. Served room temperature and too dark for my likings. Ruben was just okay, for these prices it should be top notch. Not Subway quality. Service was good.

Me and hubbie took our son for his birthday for the unique menu. Got the "Fort Knox", "The Killer", and "The Fancy" burgers, food was good but service well... Impersonal, inattentive and messed up the order. To be honest I'd rather leave a tip to a hardworking fast food employee than to the hostesses/waitresses here. Work ethic ain't what it used to be, but I guess only the older generation would understand that.

I used to really like the food there, particularly the PB&J Burger. The last couple of times I went in, the burger was gross. Tonight, my wife got a $30 pasta dish that was supposed to have asparagus that was missing the asparagus. The atmosphere is irritating if you sit too close to the bar. This is my last visit to Rivets.
