This is my 2nd time dining in at the Raw Sushi Bistro. Today my mom and i decided to start with two appettizers, Fried Oysters and Garlic Edamame (Delicious!) - For lunch we got Spicy Dragon Roll, Spicy salmon roll and The beef cilantro roll, which my mom loved. Special shoutout to our server Ryan, i have never gotten my appettizers and food so quickly. His costumer service was phenomenal!!. Special shoutout to the chefs as well. Really, really good food and great service!!!

Food was amazing! The Neff role was delicious. It gets pretty busy during lunch so I recommend trying to get reservations or getting there before lunch traffic. Parking is horrible as it is anywhere downtown. Staff was attentive. Definitely will return!

I came at 11:30 on a Tuesday when they first opened and it was fairly busy. They offer a wide selection of sushi and other food. Their prices are fairly expensive but the food all tasted amazing and everything else I saw getting carried by me looked great and made me want to try it. All of the staff were super polite and extremely friendly. The restaurant itself is very cool!

Amazing service, amazing sushi! The best I've come acrossed locally. Our waiter was sooo patient and helpful especially with my four year old nephew. I'm most definitely planning on becoming a regular customer. I couldn't have made a better choice to celebrate mine and my brothers birthday.

Giving 5 stars for the salmon plate for sure, Was great for the price. Lami Lami roll Was a just tad too small for the price, but tasted good. Will coming back here the salmon plate again or something different on the Menu. Also, the eel was great!

Food was wonderful, best sushi in the valley. For sure. Service was ok. But everyone look to busy, maybe under staffed? All and all. Real good.

It was the first time coming in here. I was having dinner with my daughter. The edamame was amazing, The sushi that we ordered was good. The teriyaki chicken was a little bit too tough and another thing I did not care about was. They put my salad on the same plate with the teriyaki chicken and steamed rice. With the salad dressing, the salad was making the rice and the teriyaki chicken too soggy. Next time I come here I will tell them to put the salad in a separate salad plate. The food is good. Don't get me wrong. I just do not like salad with salad dressing next to my rice and teriyaki chicken making it soggy. I will come back again. Maybe next time we'll come back for lunch.

Good options from drinks to food choices. Place is clean and has a good up lifting vibe. Employee are friendly and quick. Meal wait was as expected being that it was lunch time and there was a full house. Food is tasty and portions will fill you up for sure. Raspberry ice tea tasted like water for some reason so be mindful if you like this drink. Place is good to grab a meal or come with others as a group. The only downside is that parking is limited.

The atmosphere and service were good but the sushi was very basic for the price. We ordered Calamari just to get full and not break the bank on rolls. The sushi tasted good but was lacking in size. I like this place but only come here once a year.

My honest opinion: "Americanized and over-priced sushi". We came as a large group of 7 during lunch and had to squeeze in the corner booth. This place seems to be popular amongst the downtown lunch crowd. Some of the better options were: *Dante's Inferno Roll (I honestly cannot remember what was in or on top of the roll. I did liked the fried jelepano element, but it was no longer crunchy when I ate the roll), which I remembered to have a significant amount of rice and very salty. *Salmon Teriyaki - As my coworker puts it best: "I paid $23 (including tax and tips) for mostly rice". To be fair, the salmon was tasty and came with a side of onion and mushroom sauce, just small in portion. Since we were a table of more than 6, we were automatically charged 18% service, though we didn't get much service. Overall, I'd recommend if the company or someone else is paying for the meal when you are in the mood for sushi.

We waited an hour for a table, but we didn’t mind. It was sooo loud in the restaurant that I struggled to hear what my friend was saying, but good for them that they are so busy. The service was good until the end when the owner approached us. He asked how our dinner was, but then asked us how much longer we would be because he had people with reservations waiting for “two tops”. 😲. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant before, let alone to leave so our table could be given to someone else. Was our business not good enough?

We waited an hour for a table, which we were happy to do. We were given our check, without being asked if we wanted dessert, and paid. As we were having a great conversation, someone who works there, came over and asked how our dinner was and then promptly asked how much longer we would be as he had a two top waiting to be seated. I have never had this happen anywhere. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

We can down at 5:45pm with a party of 17. They said the wait is an hour. Understandable for a party that size..After waiting about an hour an and a half we asked how much longer? They stated "oh it will be another hour to hour in a half". After seeing people come in ansit right down there was no effort to clear a few tabels for our party. Ok we understand and will take our business elsewhere and never recommend this place.
