Thaiburi Authentic Thai Cuisine

I’m really happy a place like this has come to Modesto. It’s very upscale and has a great ambience which is really hard to find here.. The food was phenomenal. I had the yellow curry and they serve great portions. The vegetables was very fresh in the curry. I also tried a famous drink in Thailand and it was delicious. I highly recommend you trying this new spot out in town. The other Thai places here in town cannot compare to this one.

Finally a good Thai restaurant in Modesto! I got a soup and Panang curry. Both came with lots of fresh veggies. The curry was too sweet for my taste but overall tasty and authentic. I will be coming back to try more dishes.

Had Pineapple curry with tofu, it was out of this world. Highly recommend going. Great service and ambience.

I visited this place since I seen it was a new spot in modesto. I loved the food super delicious from lao sausage, pineapple fried rice, chicken shrimp pad Thai, and the tom yum soup. Every plate was big portions shareable but I will be going back because I am still thinking of the tom yum soup yummmm. Oh yea I ordered 2 drinks Thai tea and this purple white one omg the white purple drink blew my mind away super refreshing and good.

Very rich flavors and top tier sticky rice ! 10/10 will be back again Came back , thus time to dine in and it was fantastic . Restaurant is clean and calm and looks very nice inside. Our server was great and the food was fantastic. We ordered the yellow curry and it was fantastic and fresh made to order . We will definitely be back 10/10

I stopped here for dinner on a weeknight and had no problem getting seated. I ordered the pad Thai spicy, and it was in fact spicy. The waitress was very attentive and polite and the food came out quickly. The pad Thai was good and I would go back to try some of the other dishes if I’m in the area.

Modesto! Ya'll have this here! The food was 10/10, their Thai tea tastes like it's made with love. We came hungry and when we left, we were still talking about the food cause it was fresh and delicious. We will come back and try different items on their menu. Our server did her best she was by herself and it was understandable.

Me and my gf went here around new years and the atmosphere was spot on for Sunday date night. Would highly recommend The Pad Se-Ew and some fired banana with ice cream and honey for dessert!

We had an amazing experience at Thaiburi! Every dish was absolutely delicious and full of fresh, bold flavors. The crab Rangoon was crispy, perfectly golden, and had a rich, creamy filling that balanced the Thai chili sauce well. The fresh rolls with shrimp were so refreshing and light—paired beautifully with the house-made peanut sauce. We also ordered the fried calamari, which was tender, not greasy, and seasoned just right. For entrees, the pumpkin curry with chicken was a standout—warm, comforting, and bursting with flavor. The balance of spice and sweetness was spot-on. The phad-prik-khing with beef had a delicious kick and was cooked to perfection with crisp green beans and tender slices of beef. From start to finish, the food and service were excellent. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend Thaiburi if you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Thai food in Modesto! Food was fire and presentation was next level—everything looked clean and well put together. Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) was loaded with flavor, crispy fish was perfect, and the satay with toast hit the spot. Spring rolls were fresh but light on shrimp. Still solid overall. I’d come back.

I loved the elegant and welcoming atmosphere at Thaiburi! The pad thai tasted very fresh and bright. I’ve tried pad thai at many places, but this dish tasted so authentic and delicious — everything was balanced, and the portion was the perfect size. I also tried Tom Yum soup for the first time, and it was so good! Not too spicy, but still very flavorful. When they brought it out in the serving pot, I loved the way it looked. In fact, everything visually in Thaiburi is beautiful: from the gold cutlery to the intricate dishes to the glittering chandeliers, everything adds to the experience. Most of all, I loved talking to the owners — they are a young Thai couple who are so passionate and friendly. I felt more like a guest in their home than a customer in a restaurant. I can’t wait to come back!

I have been door dashing food from this place and I went in today and tried pad basil with beef and fried eggs on the side. Food was great. It s perfectly cooked. Very nice young lady was caring and attentive. A very pleasant experience instantly melting away the stress from work today. My new favorite restaurant in Modesto.

First time I tried the green curry with chicken, I felt the sauce lacked flavor in comparison to what I'm used to. I also didn't care for the brown rice which is usually my preference. We enjoyed our lunch. The pad ke Mao was delicious, slightly spicy and well balanced. The Tom kha was slightly disappointing it wasn't as well balanced as good ones I've had in the past: the coconut wasn't week combined into the broth, it was slightly too sweet, and fish sauce forward, the lemongrass was chopped up so small it was hard to avoid, and there was an excessive amount of onion. The server was very friendly and efficient, but she needed more help! Overall, we'll definitely be back.

Went in on a Thursday night to dine in and was told they only do take out. I tried the pad prik Pao, and the ingredients were fresh but not as flavorful as I was hoping for. The vegetables were a little undercooked, but the chicken was amazing! My friend ordered the thai suki, which is listed as $10.95 and says it comes with pork but they charged us almost $17 because of the pork? The employees were friendly. The restaurant is very clean. Overall, it was not my favorite Thai spot in Modesto, but it was worth a try!

I’ve gone here twice to see if the first time was a hit or miss. I’m not impressed by the flavors of the food I’ve ordered a Pad Thai, Green Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice. The pad Thai had undercooked noodles that were hard to chew and the main sauce for the dish was under seasoned. The green curry was sweet and tasted underwhelming. I was highly disappointed by the mango sticky rice. The rice was hard like it had been in the fridge for a few days.

This place is expensive but very skimpy. They gave us hardly any noodles for the thai classic noodle soup. The panang curry was watery and not authentic. Panang curry is not supposed to be soupy. It also tasted sickening sweet for curry. Overall, it was not good thai food. I'm so disappointed and mad I spent $40 for just 2 dishes that wasn't even good.
