Last night I had dinner with friends at Old Wild West on 45° Parallelo in Moncalieri, and I have to say it was a great experience! I ordered chicken with potatoes, accompanied by a good sauce and an equally good beer, and I have to admit, the chicken was really tasty. In my opinion, the value for money is good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast. It's definitely a place I'll gladly return to! I highly recommend this place.

La carne che ho ordinato è stata ottima, la cottura (media) alla brace ha reso succoso il rib-eye. Le patatine e la salsa OWW sono sempre il top, la cheesecake stra buona. Lo staff della sala e della cassa sono disponibili e cordiali, solo da migliorare un po' la velocità del servizio, esperienza direi molto positiva.

Il personale è disponibile e cortese, L'ambiente confortevole anche se i tavoli sono molto vicini gli uni agli altri, Le pietanze sono buone. Per una famiglia di 4 persone, 2 adulti e 2 bimbi è comunque una spesa impegnativa, €60-70 se non si eccede...

Ho mangiato davvero bene… la carne é molto buona..il panino smash davvero ottimo con ingredienti equilibrati e accompagnato da una buona cottura della carne…una nota di merito va al servizio gentile e attento ai bisogni dei clienti soprattutto Erika davvero gentile e comprensiva…complimenti!!ritornerò

We had lunch on a Sunday at a crowded place, but we found a seat easily because there was a good turnover of people. They were very kind in replacing a dish that had been given sauce we hadn't requested. The grilled chicken was very good, the potatoes were slightly cold. Overall, though, I would go again.

Accoglienza: ottima! Nulla da dire perché le ragazze sono serie, educate, gentili e con sorriso a portata di mano anche se sicuramente saranno stanchissime. Il cibo: deludente. Ho frequentato per molto tempo questo locale e, non essendo più venuta da anni ormai, ho deciso di ritornare... - quantità infinitamente piccole - ho ordinato una tagliata di pollo con verdure di contorno e ciò che ho assaggiato del piatto erano le patatine e la salsa. Tutto ottimo, nulla da dire, ma.. ho pagato le patatine o la tagliata Mackenzie? Ho pagato quasi 14 euro di piatto, giustamente per il coperto incluso, senza acqua per? Un piatto di patatine alla fine. Cucinato tutto alla perfezione, sono da rivedere le quantità. Il guadagno non deve essere unicamente da parte del proprietario ma anche da parte del cliente che ritorna, non solo per la gentilezza, ma anche per il cibo che ha mangiato. In ogni caso grazie per il lavoro che fate e per la velocità in tutto ciò! Alla prossima

Non si mangia male, ma il posto è tanto fumo e poco arrosto, il servizio non è male, i ragazzi corrono di qua e di la, fanno del loro meglio, ed il risultato è discreto, il cibo non è male, ma i prezzi sono decisamente troppo alti per quello che viene offerto, si paga il nome e la location, che però non è assolutamente curata, c'è appeso al muro una specie di copricapo indiano che non verrà spolverato da anni.. anche se non sembra, certi dettagli contano.. non vi fate "ammaliare" dalla tanta apparenza, per quanto mi riguarda, andarci una volta basta e avanza, non è un posto in cui ritornerei.

As I've done on other occasions, I'll also offer an objective review of what one of the most well-known and popular Western chains has to offer: 1) RESTAURANT: Objectively, very beautiful, with many references to Texas and films of the genre. In this case, there's also an outdoor terrace with seating. Overall, I've always liked it. The only thing... it's really chaotic; 2) FOOD: It favors a meat-based menu with sandwiches or main courses, although in recent years, the menu has been significantly expanded to include fish and vegetable dishes. I usually order the steak/sliced ​​steak with arugula and parmesan, almost always cooked just right. The chicken is good, although it's not one of my favorites (but that's just my personal opinion). Desserts... all industrially made, and honestly, I'm not crazy about them (though, being a chain, I understand the need to standardize all restaurants). A small note: the sauce is always rich and excellent 😅; 3) SERVICE: Fast... because you have to be ready to leave your table for the next person. But it doesn't happen throughout the dinner, let me explain. The dishes arrive later (especially when it's packed), but they're cleared quickly, with dessert immediately requested. A little too much, perhaps. However, the service is always helpful and courteous. 4) Average bill... no complaints about that. It's okay! You may like it or not, but personally, once in a while it's okay 👍🏻

(La recensione è rimasta bloccata non sò per quale motivo per quello si visualizza solo ora. No, non vi eravate già scusati per l'inconveniente e no non sono più venuta a mangiare da voi.) Cibo non classificabile. Il panino oltre a non essere minimamente simile alla foto del menù. Pasticciato, con ingredienti raffazzonati, viene servito con un contorno di patatine fredde e secche. Le bibite alla spina hanno un costo eccessivo data la qualità, ma come tutto il resto. Unica nota positiva i camerieri, gentili e disponibili. Il locale è trascurato e impolverato.

Esperienza poco buona in questo locale troppo piccolo, scorsa settimana siamo venuti alla sera a mangiare io e mia moglie. I camerieri in apparenza sembravano tranquilli ma in realtà erano troppo ansiosi e poco semplici nei modi. Eravamo seduti in un punto in cui sentivamo il loro parlare e litigare fra loro, manca un organigramma a gestire certe situazioni. Per quanto riguarda i piatti freddi con prezzi alti. Le patitine erano crude e ghiacciate, galletto bruciato, verdure al forno immangiabili secchissime, hanno dato l’olio per compensare, due ore per avere i caffè. Tempistiche di attesa troppo lunghe per essere un fast fod mascherato da ristorante. I bagni degli uomini erano sporchi, tutta la carta per terra. Non torneremo sicuramente!

Ho trovato la qualità dei prodotti molto scadente e cari ! Gli hamburger hanno raggiunto la qualità del McDonald's stesso pane e in piu ridimensionati, il polletto precotto e riscaldato dentro un forno forse ancge microonde! Peggiorato molto! Nn tornerò piu !

Ordered chicken tacos but I think they forgot to put chicken in it because what I received wasn't a chicken tacos. The marketing department should stop making lots of false advertisements and instead focus on making good and worth-your-money food. They should understand Quality before Quantity. We ordered an appetiser platter and received it very cold, the best part is that when we told the waiter to cancel the order he suddenly brought the platter so that means it was ready and just sitting in the kitchen for who knows how long. I don't even want to talk about the service, because it's a typical Italian service which is non-existent. Italians complain so much when there is a pineapple in a pizza yet they destroy other cuisines. If you don't how to make tacos, please remove them from the menu. Will never return.
