Never had any issue with the food itself but the car side pickup is terrible. Of the 4 times I’ve done it, only 1 was within the 2 min wait time and I only got the “free pizza” for the wait one time. Twice it was a 10+ min wait. The worst was once I had to go inside and they claimed they never got notified by their system that someone was waiting. They didn’t even say sorry and looked at me like maybe I just didn’t use the app right. If the next closest Dominos wasn’t inconvenient to me, I wouldn’t go to this one any more.

We order about once per month and our last three orders all had errors on the toppings and on the most recent one today, they cut the pizzas all weird (one had only six slices, a flat crust was hacked up all different angles) and overcooked them. All you get is a coupon or maybe a free pizza on your next order if you report the error. I'm done with this location for the foreseeable future.

3 times in a row, i ordered online and followed my order in the app. the order would show completed on the tracker and when i called the store they said they were busy and my order was on the way....more than 40 minutes later, i finally got my order...cold....and i paid a $4.99 delivery fee on top of tips! i think the store is saying they are completing orders faster to keep the corporate office happy....at the expense of their customers. I like dominos but am not sure i will ever order from this store again.

Just got off the phone with the night shift manger that made my pizza telling him that I wanted a exchange of pizza because the pizza that they gave me as you can see in the photo the toppings are burnt and the pizza was made in a rush

Yesterday i bought a pizza (2/27) with a lot toppings and one of them being steak. The steak was very very salty and made it hard to eat the pizza. I called to let them know that it was beyond salty and a woman answered to whom i explained the problem to. She continued asked to her manager and the manager said that the steak is supposed to be salty. Bad customer service.

Bad cooks, the pizza was just awful 😖🤢🤬‼️The pizza was dry, hard, fake mozzarella which was also dry, cardboard crust, no sauce and very bland with toppings that tasted freeze dried!! I won't be going back to this particular Dominos and would not recommend it to anyone!!! Whoever is ok with this pizza doesn't know how real pizza is supposed to look and taste! They are clueless!! It's the sauce, gooey mozzarella and buttery crust that makes a good pizza along with toppings that are cooked right, not hard and dried out! I've bought frozen pizzas that tasted better!

In two different occasions I was missing an item in my order and today 12/14/2024 I got a different pizza than what I ordered. This place is failing a lot and take too long for delivery and food doesn’t taste that great.

"SAD TO WRITE THAT THIS DOMINOES IS A POOR REFLECTION ON Redondo BEACH CA... THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE, VISIBLE TRASH PILES UP ON THE FLOOR & the customer service is despicable..... If they speak English...There are fantastic pizza businesses in the area... Go elsewhere.

First and last time customer to pick up a carry-out pizza being 50% off online. Tried to call first and before I could ask about delivery, he hung up. Complained to the manager and even wrote to their customer care per case 645326 on 13JUN, but no follow up for a refund. Repeatedly received unwanted email solicitation until demanded to stop and will not buy again due to poor service and tasteless pizza. Going back to Pizza Machine!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery when they arrived. Both pizzas were raw and torn up from the bottom. Bottom layer was pushed more to one side. When I called to complain the girl Said she would credit me for the pizzas. Then proceeded to tell me that she deleted the order and that she refunded me. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing because I still have a $32 charge on my card.

At Jan. 28 , 1:00 PM, I want order $ 6.99 for 2 topping pizza for advertising on line. The employee said : he does not know anything about it because Domino did not give any information about it. Whose fault is it ? Owner of store, Domino Pizzeria or employee ? I guess the fault is the lazy employee at that time. Owner should know about this employee's laziness for his business.

Horrible customer service. They promote offers which do not honor. They have two minutes to bring your pizza to the door/car. The first time around they said they stopped the timer because they didn’t have the salad for my order. Today they stopped it because they had two order at the same time. I just want to know how that’s my problem. Also, last weekend they didn’t bring my pizza on time I got an email to redeem my pizzas, today I tried redeeming them and the email expired. REALLY!!!!!! I think it’s time to order from another place. I’m not giving them any stars.
