Food was great. Service was excellent. Mixed age crowd at the bar, all with great energy, very welcoming and friendly. Will be going back, for sure!

Been here before, always very good as was this last visit. I was taken back by the small portion when my entree arrived. Another bacon scallop and a bit more risotto would have been nice!

I wanted to love this place, but I really liked it! Ambiance alone gets 10/10. The property is expansive with amazing views, inside or out. I had a reservation, that earned me an immediate table inside or a 20-25 minute wait for outside. I ordered the spaghetti, which unknowingly had sausage in it. That's my fault, I didn't know what "nduja" was... for the price, I was expecting bigger shrimp. I finished dinner off with one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. Service was fine, the waitress could have been a little more attentive. Great place to view July 4th fireworks that people set off from their homes and boats... or just the beautiful sunset. I'll be back 😊

Great views and very nice restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mussels were very good. My husband ordered the kale pizza and really liked it. I had the fettucini which came with crab and a butter sauce instead of Alfredo. It left something to be desired. Not too much flavor. I would definitely go back and try something else.

Really enjoyed this place. Very pretty ambiance overlooking the water and boats without that usual fishy smell. Great food and good service, although it took us 20-25 minutes to get our check at the end which is why I gotta deduct a star. Had a Chimay beer which was really nice and came in a chilled glass. Margharita was good, although was pretty sweet and not spicy as advertised. Food was excellent in general. Roasted dates were great, and so was the cauliflower (spicy but a tad underdone). Mac and cheese was creamy and good but missing a crunchy bread crumb component or a true roux sauce. Tuna burger was excellent, served medium with fries and with a nice spicy sauce. Caesar salad had some nice shaved pieces, was good but nothing crazy. Overall, definitely enjoyed and worth checking out!

The restaurant is what I call beachy chic. It’s situated on the water in Monmouth Beach. When it’s warm out, the dock outdoor seating makes you feel like your on a tropical vacation as they bring in huge palm trees to line the beautiful, wide dock. The food is usually good. However I have been there and had mediocre food and service. They offer an array of seafood items as well as sushi. Their New England clam chowder is delicious, so is the mushroom flatbread pizza. I rotate between the burger and the ribs.

This spot is very nice. Especially for a warm sunny day (bring your sunglasses). Plenty of outdoor tables right on the marina. Water, boats and palm trees were a nice vibe. Service was great but the food and drinks fell a bit short. The Lycheello and the Peach Tavern weren't the best drinks I've ever had in this category. But as far as apps you can't ever go wrong with Calamari with the sweetness and spiciness of Thai chili sauce. The Brussels Sprouts were well dressed in balsamic but they were a bit overdone. The grilled octopus was great! I heard the oysters were great. As far as lunch goes the dry-rubbed ribs were bland. I guess I prefer BBQ sauce instead. The coleslaw was fancy but lacked flavor. And believe it or not the French fries lacked flavor. I dipped them in ketchup and it wasn't your typical ketchup. It was more like plain tomato sauce. The tres leches looked great but were also lacking. However, the cheese cake was good and the cookie lava cake was great! Despite it all, I would come back and try other menu items. I did order outside my usual picks.

First of all if you reserve you get table inside ONLY! That’s crazy because in many seafood 🦞 restaurants I was they usually offer you in or ours Inside was so darn cold with Airconditioner on that next day we had sore throats. Inside I did not like also the decor. I wanted to sit outside but it was too long waiting time. Second of all if you come just for drinks and want to sit outside - you get tables near parking lot and not near the water. Third of all about the food. We came celebrate our anniversary and place is not cheap. Food was just ok. My halibut was very dry (overcooked), had not enough sauce but rice was very good. Calamari also came with a bit sauce on top and we requested to bring more of sauce. I like our servant but it was slow so slow. The bar itself also was small and faces parking lot. I will not come back. I would drive more south and have better quality food with less money and tables near the water guaranteed. So experience was disappointing and we decided to walk near marina and made lots of nice pics :)

I’ve been wanting to dine at beach tavern, unfortunately we were disappointed. It definitely has a great ambience. The hosts seemed unwelcoming upon arrival. When we got sat to our table, we were sat in the middle and not by the water. I politely asked if we can switch to a table by the water for the scenery. I wanted it to be extra special since we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Nobody was there, only about 5/6 tables were occupied outside. So I didn’t think asking was a big deal. When I asked, unfortunately the response I got from the host was very rude. Seemed like it was the end of the world that I even asked. She said “I have to go back and check” with an attitude and sighed as she left. The food was also disappointing, we got the ribeye steak and halibut and both tasted so bland. The server was okay as well. Would give this place a 3 just for the ambience. .

Really bad experience. We were ignored at the bar while waiting for a table and then ignored at our table for 30 minutes, no one even came by for water. After flagging three people down, we were informed that we weren’t assigned a server. Then the woman who took over for us appeared quite intoxicated. Most of the guests at the tables around us seemed to also be waiting a while for food and appeared upset about the poor service as well. The prices are outrageous for what you get... I couldn’t believe they charge extra for gluten free soy sauce. Definitely wouldn’t go back :(
