Our kids have us coming here after school for frosty's all the time. The workers are always happy, friendly, and they keep this place clean! Their food is always fresh too!
I opted to dine inside which I'm glad I did. It was a hot day, was cool inside & very clean. I ordered my meal and before I was finished getting my drink my order was ready. Customer service was great as well as the food. Fries, burger, and chicken nuggets were all fresh n hot.

Been through the drive through and walked in. Nice, new Wendy's. Food was fresh and hot both visits. Polite, quick service. I can recommend this Wendy's. They are located on south side of Holt in parking lot in front of grocery store. Well lit parking lot. They are next door to the Carl:s on Central and Holt, but they have separate driveways.
The staff was nice and offered plenty of condiments. Food was good. Can’t go wrong with the chili. Place looked fairly new with plenty of parking and seating. The was prepared nicely so if your in the area give them a try

The cashier was clueless, lazy and rude. She spent more time on her phone she was hiding behind the register than she did paying attention. She left the register many times to ask crew questions because she didn't know. There was no courtesy given on her part towards any customer I saw while I was there. Disappointing. However, I love Wendy's food. The servers were great and helpful.
I was impressed. For just being open for a week they have their act together. Cashier was pleasant and helpful. I love their Chile and beans. They did run out of ice for drinks but got that fixed fast. Try them.

Haven't eaten at Wendy's in a long time. Received some coupons in the mail so figured why not. Got there and no other customers during lunch. Probably 2 in the drive thru. While my family and I were eager to try other items on the menu, we were told that only 1 coupon per visit. Too bad cause that's enough reason for me NOT to go back. I do understand that some fast foods do have this policy, but I know a couple more that welcome the use of multiple coupons in a visit (provided there's more than 1 person). I guess we'll go back to them and give them the business.

Ordered meals for the whole family. Not only did they get the order wrong, but the incorrect food we got was SO OLD IT WAS VOLD AND OR HARD AS ROCKS. anyone who's worked fast food knows how long it takes for the food to get THAT bad....I'm too damn tired to even go back after a 14hr shift at work I can't believe they even kept it out that long much less SOLD IT TO ME! 🤮 They actually expect people to eat this crap? Well at least now I know why it was practically empty at 7:30 on a Thursday night. Smh this is so sad. I'd rather drive all the way to the Ontario location, at least then I'll know if my food is cold it's because of the drive home. Honestly the only good part about the entire thing is at least THE MANAGER WHO TOOK MY ORDER AND WAS RUNNING THE DRIVE-THRU AT THE TIME was polite.....
I ordered this biggie combo for lunch at work. It arrives cold. No mayo on burger, fries cold and no ranch for my nuggets!! I called some Hispanic male kept hanging up in my face saying no one on duty speaks English. I think he forgot the menu I'd in English. He refused to let me speak to the manager being rude. Took over 30 minutes to get one meal. Ordered at the drive through and Had us wait in the parking lot.
I would avoid this Wendy's. There is Carl's Jr. next door. They charged me $1.00 for buffalo sauce but it was missing when I got home. I ordered almost 20 nuggets that gave me two BBQ sauces. No ketchup for two orders of fries. The soda fountain has been broken for almost a year. That means the owner doesn't want you to get refills on soda. . Not good Wendy's. Go to Carl's Jr instead.
This is the closest location to me and each time I come here it’s always a problem. If you don’t like your job I suggest finding a new place to work. To the gentleman who had the worse attitude, the heavier set one. It’s not hard to learn basic manners and social queues to analyze the situation. For not knowing how to use the app you sure had such a problem with it. If you’re planning to eat here as a last resort you’re wasting your time money and definitely energy. This place needs to be re evaluated with their team members.

Just went in for lunch and asked kindly to use the services and the woman at cashier desk before even asking what my order was just bursted that restrooms are for paying customers only. Canceled my online order and asked for refund, if denied I'll deal with my bank.
This WendyyWendy's is going down. I asked for a side of strawberry sauce. They wouldn't sell me, but others do
Our order was so bad we had to throw it away. The staff didn't follow food safety at all. The hamburger was so sour. It made my wife so sick she ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. Even after leaving the hospital she is still dealing with the effects of what ever she got from the hamburger. I will never return to this location again. I will be filing a complaint with the state over there food safety.
Drive thru charged me for a small chili and neglected to put it in the bag. The way the bag was packed made it appear that everything was in it, but when I got home it wasn't there. I tried calling, but no one answers, and it is not like I can go back and complain. They didn't even give me a receipt. I paid cash.
Don’t come to this Wendy’s. This is the 4th time they have forgotten food & I’d have to drive back for them to be upset at ME & not want to give me my rightfully paid food. Don’t go. They WILL forget your food and they WILL get mad at you for coming back to get it.
Everytime after 9pm at the drive thru, they make me drive to the front entrance and park my car to wait longer for my food because drive thru orders here are timed by the sensor for management to evaluate the promptness of the order. It's really annoying.
