The manager Sergio was very friendly. Great customer service. Clean place. Manager came to Chek on us if we needed anything witch was a plus. He even picked up our empty plates. Great customer service starts by leading by example Sergio did good job. I'll come back for sure just because Sergio. 7

I really like this specific location! I tried the western angus burger and loved how fresh and delicious and i would give it a 10/10. The manager Sergio is super nice to his customers and the staffs very friendly too! I always love coming here

The restaurant was very clean restrooms as well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Albeit a bit pricey I would say the taste of the food definitely makes up for it. My chicken tender were fresh and the fries as well. Many sauce and drink options. If your ever at the movies or around the area I would recommend this restaurant

The restaurant was very clean restrooms as well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Albeit a bit pricey I would say the taste of the food definitely makes up for it. This is a nice Carl's jr location to visit. It's always clean inside and the dining area is never too crowed. It seems this location gets much more drive-thru visitors than dine-in. They don't usually have many specials or discounts advertised in store but if you use the Carl's jr mobile app you will find a lot more discounts, specials, and bogo deals. So it's worth it to checkout the app before visiting or placing an order. They have self serve drink machines also which is nice. This location is a longstanding landmark in Montebello. It opened back when the plaza was built in the 1990's and its always had a good reputation.

When Carl's Jr. came out they were a little more expensive but better than other fast food chains. Then for years they were bo better than everyone else just more expensive. I think they are back :-) but the years in the doldrums has left them needing a spruce up.

Maybe the worst speakers playing some decent 50's music. I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake. Tasted pretty good considering the list of 50+ ingredients. (Loaded with artificial everything, preservatives, and bad foods colors) Zero social conscience.

The service is horrible. The food is NOT what expected.. they don't seem like they care about the client at all.. I would love them to use their burgers in the commercials.. this was suppose to be the "California Classic".

I have nearly 35M views. You'd figure I keep track of my reviews. For constantly deleting my honest reviews, you get 1 star and now everyone knows you inflate your ratings. Good or bad review from me, I have a high chance to get you noticed in the algorithm; think about it before abusing the system to get my reviews taken down...for like the 5th time. To get this many views, I'm doing something right. One of the most expensive burger places of the fastfood giants but they do have some of the best burgers and sides. You get what you pay for. Good food. Lots of tables. Lots of seats. Average seating comfortability. Alright service when it's slow, it can take a little bit to notice you inside. Good service when they're at least slightly busy. During the day there's rarely a wait inside. Nighttime there can be people. Drive-thru can be a little busy depending on the day/time. Worst app of any fastfood place but after roasting corporate on the review site, they at least got it to finally function. The kitchen plays bad music. I remember I saw the older front worker Latino accidentally drop condiments onto the floor, pick it up, then walked over to give it to the drive-thru and never washed his hands after; thankfully I haven't seen him since. (Also probably why 1 review was taken down)

I visited the location at 1471 North Montebello Boulevard, Montebello, California 90640, United States today and was told that a coupon I had for a free Western Bacon Cheeseburger would not be honored despite it being valid until January 1, 2027. I spoke to an employee named Joseph who claimed to be the assistant manager and he refused to help or give me any further contact information. He stated that no coupons or specials would be honored until Friday. When I told him that this was unfair and a waste of my time being that I made the trip to the restaurant specifically to use this coupon, he rudely responded by saying: "if it's a waste of your time, you should leave, bro." After that, I decided this was no longer worth the effort and left. This was a very disrespectful exchange and totally puts me off from ever visiting this restaurant chain again. I only hope that this was a one-off incident and this company doesn't make it a habit of misleading customers with these sort of bait and switch tactics. Shameful.

When I presented her with the expiration date and requested her name, she attempted to embarrass me by implying that if I am unable to afford my meal, she will purchase it for me. I do not require anyone to purchase my food, and I reject her unsolicited remarks. Nevertheless, it is unprofessional to advertise an item that is not valid, particularly when the customer service is horrible. For the past three years, I have consistently visited this establishment without experiencing any issues with food or service.
