Had a good experience. The crew member that took our order was nice and welcoming. We ate in and I noticed some great teamwork with the person who took our order and the cook. I had never seen that kind of communication, when some one would place an order that had a specific requirement in regards to pieces and type the cashier would ask the cook if such order can be fulfilled. If the cook gave the okay then the person taking the order would processed. That communication was wholesome. Would definitely visit again.

This establishment is so friendly and welcoming with the best employees starting from the store manager, Felipe. His staff management Carlos, Ashley, Ana, Lupe, etc. They all are so respectful and welcoming. The food here is so Extraordinary and the service is fast pace, so you won’t waste time here. Expect your whole family/friends to have the most incredible experience of this life. Definitely a 5 star place.

We have been coming to this El Pollo Loco location for many years we can remember. We enjoy the chicken well prepared cook and we enjoy their other items like the Pollo bowl and the tosdada salad.

I came back and I noticed great improvements at the restaurant and the staff was polite and professional!

We enjoy having lunch here it was fast to order and to get are food . it was very clean 👌 the restaurant and staff are nice and helpful.

I want to Thank Michael shift manager for taking care of me. Needed soup for my elderly mom who was struggling with her asthma. He asked me if I could be patient and wait a little while so he can make so more soup since they were out. My parents both said it was the best soup they have had a El pollo loco with plenty of chicken and lots of flavor. Mom felt better 🙏 Thank you!

This happens every single time I come here for lunch. This is the only reason I don't come here often even though I love their food.

Pet friendly but sanitary laws might be violated. If the dog bites someone , I don't know whether EPL would be partly responsible.

This place is going down hill... I got a very soup-y salad. Yuck! $10 salad and I couldn't even finish it.

The app orders are never accurate. The people here always act like you’re an inconvenience. I’ve lived and worked in the area for two years and I have never had a good experience at this pollo loco.

I bought a chipotle chicken burrito and it had no chicken. Not only that but the burrito was so small compared to other locations.

On 03 / 27 at 8: 21 They refused to sale a skinless boneless breast meal. Apparently the mananger told the worker cashier not to sale that. It hard to tell names none have name tags . She was the Manager no name tag

The food was good. But I went today and I order a kids meal for my daughter two chicken tostadas and chicken. they only gave me two chickens and the side in the kids meal. But didn’t give me the tortillas and I also order a side of mashed potatoes they forgot to put it in the bag and I didn’t noticed all this till I got home. And every time I go there they always forget my items

Horrible service, I ordered a 16 pcs meal and only received 13 and 4 times called and no one would answer. I had to go back and they gave me 3 wings. If they sell by count one would expect them to be able to count to 16 as they sell a 16 pcs meal. Regret going.
