Domenica a pranzo. Eravamo in 5. Arrivati poco prima delle 13, i piatti sono arrivati dopo 1 ora. Costine buone, ma tiepide.

Ristorante pulito, personale gentile e disponibile alle ns richieste. Gli hamburger sono veramente buoni. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un ringraziamento alla cameriera Paola per la sua cortesia.

We visited this roadhouse for the classic Friday all-you-can-eat chicken wings and tenders. We were familiar with the format and were not disappointed. Our dinner was made even more enjoyable by the kindness and friendliness of our waitress, Giorgia.

Metto tre stelle Perché ho mangiato discretamente per il resto non commento, vi descrivo la situazione. Iniziamo con i nachos di benvenuto. Dato che nella mia vita ho mangiato in questa catena solo una volta almeno 10 anni fa, Ho chiesto cosa fossero i ribs e la cameriera mi ha risposto di non sapere essendo nuova. Diciamo che una formazione basica su i piatti Che ci sono nel menu bisognerebbe anche farla ai nuovi ragazzi. Vabbè ordiniamo la bowl teriyaki due coca zero e i ribs con la promo ayce e ci viene chiesto dalla cameriera se volevamo aggiungere un contorno e Che era compreso con la prima portata dei ribs e decidiamo di prendere le patate. Bene, arrivano le coca zero alla spina.Sgasatissima. Chiedo gentilmente di cambiarle, portano la Coca in vetro già aperta. Una cade sul tavolo e giacchè chiedo di portarla chiusa. LE BOTTIGLIE SI PORTANO AL TAVOLO CHIUSE. Le portate erano buone, unico appunto sulla bowl che la carne praticamente non c’era. Vabbè. Chiediamo due caffè e andiamo a pagare. Totale. Chiediamo cosa stavamo pagando ecc. vabbè non si capiva nulla sullo schermo della cassa e paghiamo. Guardiamo lo scontrino e notiamo che il contorno ci era stato fatto pagare. Così rientro e chiedo spiegazioni e sottolineo che la cameriera ci aveva detto che era incluso. Vedo che il responsabile stava tentennando nel chiedere spiegazioni e lo invito ad andare. Alla fine io ho preteso i soldi indietro perché non pago qualcosa che ci era stato detto Che era incluso. Tralascio il costo esagerato delle bevande e del coperto…………. Anche io lavoro a contatto con il pubblico e quando sbaglio lo ammetto e chiedo scusa. Buona giornata

Hello everyone, To review my experience at this restaurant. So my few stars aren't meant to detract from the food, which, as a regular diner at other RH restaurants, I find quite good... The fact is, I can't find any justification for the following. GOOD FOOD, and nothing to complain about here. WAIT TIMES were almost acceptable, with a wait of over 20 minutes and only a few tables occupied... well... But again, no particular criticism. LET'S TALK about the restaurant's microclimate, which, in my opinion, should be welcoming and not chilly on a November evening. We asked why, and were told that the temperature is controlled remotely (?). SO... if that were the case, and I believe it, why is the temperature inside other RH restaurants so comfortable? I've worked in the air conditioning field globally, and when you remotely control a temperature, you first evaluate the outside temperature of the location in question and adjust accordingly. LAST POINT: THE SCREENS were off... oh, how sad... a place that was "OFF," aggravated by the fact that ITALY was also playing that night... and don't tell me that customers have to request it... I hope these were temporary glitches (and not due to energy conservation) because I'd like to RETURN SOON to change my mind and give it a 5-STAR review.

Unfortunately, my experience at Roadhouse Monza was disappointing. • The food was average, nothing special. • The service was extremely poor — the waitress was unhelpful, unprofessional, and didn’t smile at all. • The overall atmosphere lacked warmth and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this branch based on my visit. Definitely not up to expectations.

We chose it for a late dinner, close to closing time, confident in the quality of some lunches and other locations. In reality, the dishes were mediocre, even the overcooked potatoes...a disappointment.

The entire Roadhouse chain has a high standard, from the decor to the food. The difference in these cases is the staff and the service. In this case, it was excellent; they greeted us with a smile and the service was fast. Recommended!

Ero stata qui a mangiare qualche tempo fa e non mi ero trovata male, quindi ho deciso di tornare per una cena easy. Purtroppo ho notato che la qualità è scesa molto... a parte aver davanti il vetro della cucina e aver notato lo stato abbastanza pietoso (come si vede in foto), panino e patatine sono arrivati tiepidi, le nachos "di benvenuto" abbiamo dovuto chiederle noi perché non le hanno portate... in più hanno cambiato alcune cose sul menù e mi sa che era meglio prima! Unica nota positiva c'era una cameriera gentile e sorridente.

Una cena frugale di sabato sera prima di un'uscita. Camerieri svogliatissimi, personale ridotto all'osso, qualità medio-bassa. Prezzo non giustificato. Zero allergeni, norme igieniche all'acqua di rose (le salse nei barattoli condivise tra più tavoli). Esperienza spiacevole. Si salva solo il locale.

Short staff, almost an hour's wait for dinner. Saturday evening in Monza, we arrived at 8:15 PM. Our order was taken at 8:30 PM, and the food arrived at 9:15 PM. The dish was cold, so the meat didn't taste good. The poor employees were busy, but unfortunately they couldn't do it because one person had to wait tables and also go to the cash register when customers finished dinner and had to pay. Two other people took orders and served drinks, a total of three people in the dining room, which wasn't enough for the workload. I probably won't be back. If you want to offer good service, add more staff at the weekend, so you can justify the price paid, which isn't cheap. My humble advice.

Let's just say you don't go to the Roadhouse for the quality, but more for a fresh, dynamic atmosphere where everyone can enjoy an evening that's accessible to everyone. However, having the air conditioning on in the middle of November meant everyone was wearing jackets. Furthermore, the competent wait staff was truly limited. There were two people trying to manage the situation, but the rest of the staff was completely lost. There was no malice in doing so, just young people who need to be looked after. I think the Roadhouse management lacks practicality when it comes to shift management... However, as often happens, sorrow loves company, we laughed a lot at the tables when we saw the situation. I wanted to compliment the runner who worked hard all evening.

Its always crowded on weekends, but lack of waiters. We wait to have a seat, wait to order, wait to get meals. Tastes are good and quality of waiters are also nice. Just need to increase waiters for weekends.

Non vale spendere un soldo qui, prezzi alti e cibo così così Ci ne freghiamo della location Ne qualità ne convenienza ne prezzi giusti ...furto vero ... meglio mangiare a casa che fare ingrassare questi catene del genere.

Unfortunately, I have to say that, having been there several times, it's the worst roadhouse in all of Lombardy: rude and untrained staff, biblical wait times even when the place was empty. The last time I was there was on Sunday for lunch, and when we ordered the ribs, no one, and I mean no one, told us when we placed the order that we needed their app at checkout. They didn't even want to wait for me to send a photo of the QR code from home because I didn't have my usual phone with me, which I use to use the app. We ordered for service, and despite the place being half full, the first ribs arrived after a full hour and were cold.
