I walked in and I was immediately greeted by a very nice wing expert! My food was amazing and I really enjoyed the service all around. I asked one of the workers what her name was and she mentioned that her name was kyra. She was very polite and it was quick and easy. Definitely recommend going here.

Quality is good but this store is understaffed most of the times, some customers have to wait +20 minutes just to place their order.

The food here as usual was awesome! Got my order right so no complaints there. The price was good too! However I waited close to 15 minutes for someone to take my order as there was no one at the register, eventually I just decided to use the app to place the order instead to save time. This is a rather disappointing experience to an otherwise flawless restraunt experience.

As much as I dislike the Simi Valley BWW, you’re better off going there. The food was unreasonably greasy and the fries were not good at all. They’re unseasoned, unsalted, overcooked, and overall a far cry from the photos they have on the posters.

12 months ago I ordered a meal online for pickup and when I went to the store it was closed and locked up. It took me 2 weeks to get my money back. I decided to give them a 2nd try on 7/30/25 and what a mistake. I again ordered online and when I arrived at the store I was met by the employee telling me sorry but they dont have any chicken today. They could have called or emailed but nothing. They waited for me to arrive at the store with no other options. I was told they would refund me within 5 days but Im sure Ill have to call multiple times just like last time. No more chances will be given. This place is wack!

Food was good but service was extremely slow. Waited over 30 minutes for a small order and almost no other orders were being worked on. There was also trash everywhere and a massive spill on the floor that wasn’t cleaned or marked by a floor sign.

Wingstop Moorpark just lost a faithful customer. Essentially, a male employee who claimed to be the "District Manager" told me that I was lying tonight. Specifically, since I mistakenly ordered 10 Boneless Wings (as part of a larger order) on their website instead of 10 Traditional wings, I asked to redeem a credit that we were previously promised when another order was made wrong. Important to Note: We never redeemed that credit that was supposed to be in a log at the store because we order from that Wingstop location weekly, and we hadn't had an issue since that one time. He told me that I was lying because I should know that their policy "does not consist of a log, and that I don't have the name of that Manager that I previously spoke with." How am I supposed to know that their manager stated an incorrect policy - I don't work there!? Never have I been made to feel like such de-valued customer, and like I'm some sort of criminal when all I wanted was to redeem a credit that was previously promised to us. In fact, I wouldn't have even asked to redeem that credit if he would have just replaced the 10 Boneless wings with the intended Traditional wings while I was still waiting at the store. @District Manager, Just check to see if there was a log with a credit in my name instead of insinuating that I'm lying or a criminal. Or how about delivering some customer service when an easy fix was to just simply replace the 10 Boneless Wings with the 10 Traditional wings while I waited at your location. Trust me, I can DEFINITELY afford this meal, but it was the principal of being treated so poorly. AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I will share my experience with my fellow Moorparkians. A disappointed customer.

My family ordered food from here for a graduation party. First time they didn’t even have the order ready so the person picking up left to run some more errands and go back by the time it was ready. When they went back they were told by employees that they gave the order away?!?! I’m sorry but what kind of brainless employee does that. There were 3 trips made in total to pick up food that was ordered in advance. Total waste of time and money. They need employees with better customer service skills. This was completely unprofessional. Don’t waste ur time with this place.

Management needs to step up at this location. I was in retail management for years so I have experience working with young adults. First off we decided to eat inside and the conversations between the employees were so loud and not appropriate. We could hear everything literally! There were dirty tables and employees were just standing around. The guy at the counter looked high and was just tossing cups in the air. Yes, CUPS that you give customers! The trash can next to the drink area was overflowing with trash.... trash on the ground and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Water all over the ground and basically not usable. Corporate needs to make an unannounced visit ASAP and train their management team.
