I had a fantastic experience at Carl's Jr. thanks to Sergio! Hes a greeter. He got a great smile and was incredibly helpful in helping me with the menu. His efficiency and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring my order was perfect. Sergio's friendly energy truly made my visit special. The cashier that handled our order, Jasmin, was friendly and knowledgeable. She informed of us about the Carl’s Jr app and was overall very personable. It’s always nice to go somewhere and the staff is welcoming and in good spirits. I appreciate her customer service and she deserves recognition. Also working nights is not so fun and she was still happy.

The server cashier Maggie is so nice and helpful my food was hot and ready the Guac Double burger combo is delicious... nice clean restaurant environment. I go there when I have coupons and without them... i like the place and the whole restaurant team, keep the good work guys!!!

Loved the fact I received my senior discount! I ordered the Super Star combo no pickle or onion, with zucchini and a medium diet Dr.Pepper. The drive thru had Breeze working there. She was very nice! My order was awesome! I enjoyed it at home while watching T.V. A tasty burger! The zucchini was perfect! My drink was refreshing!

I tried their new spicy sauce chicken sandwich. It was really good. The service was great and quick.I would go back for more.

The cashier David was nice and courteous but the guy who gave him attitude and me ( he was big guy with a grey shirt on) because I asked for the military discount and showed my ID but for him to walk by shaking his head because I asked for it Shame on You! Carls Jr has a sign that says “we support our Military ask for your 10% discount “ and that’s what I did.

I went through the drive -thru on 2/27/2021 and was asked to park. It seems that everytime I come here it the same thing there trying to save window time I spend lots of money at this establishment and for the poor customer service and food quality is horrible today. I don't complain but today was my last time I ever come back! I'm not sure if the young lady name on her name tag is correct but it says Karen, she a latina who was the shift manager. But little to none of professionalism I believe that she needs more adequate training on customer service. There alot of people who need work but people like this individual should be grateful that they have income. Also the Charbroil chicken burger was undercooked I just through it away i wasn't going back to deal with people who don't take there job seriously. Ownership should consider to hire outside consultants and replace entire staff. Due to probably hiring family members of co-workers allegedly. Mind that we have a United States military base across from it. And these men and women who serve deserve the good customer service and food quality. We can't let our first responders and miltary down. This establishment doesn't deserve not even a star!!!
