I haven't ever had a Burrito where the Tortilla was so greasy I just had bean and cheese I was so disappointed been here a few times .I try to support the Hispanic community for me the list is dwindling down ..Beans are good and Free the best thing on the menu ..Not going back my opinion only 😌 Disappointed why salty for no reason ..You Got It I will not be back I got the message loud and clear ..Im not going Back trash it went not gonna have my Cholesterol High .

More and more poor, I think they are already going bankrupt, the food is becoming less and less and more expensive, the employees are very friendly, but even the containers of charro beans are getting smaller and smaller hahaha, you look very miserable, it seems that you don't make any money, after a while you are going to give the beans on the spoon hahaha NO SEAN TACAÑOS....

Visited a couple of times, employees are nice and food is good. Dining area needs to be cleaned more often, especially when lots of customers go in on weekends and no clean tables.

I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years. The food has always been good and the service i have never had an issue until today. The straw that broke the camels back. It all started when the lady that worked there about 2 months ago was replaced by young girl that can care less if she gets your order correct or not. Several times within the past 2 months my order has been incorrect and I've never brought it to their attention, but tonight my order was completely wrong and when I made it known the young girl didn't bother to try to correct it she simply said I didn't charge you for it. I don't understand why customer service has gotten so bad but I will not be returning. They have lost a loyal customer.

visited on10/20/25 food was good but service was lousy lady bhind cash reguster seemed like she was about to close not a very welcoming atmosphere wamted to order more but would not dare to bother her if shes not happy she should stay home

The place is highly unhygienic. The cook uses his hands to touch all the ingredients. When I walked in, he was using his phone and without washing his hands or wearing gloves, he proceeds to go behind the counter & startt making food. He used his hands to touch the cheese, onions and cilantro (mind you, they were all in their own big containers) Just cross contaminating all the ingredients. Doing this puts everyone’s health at risk! Do not eat here!

I ordered food hoping to enjoy the full Tijuana experience, but what I received felt more like false advertising. Every item I ordered was supposed to come with guacamole—but when I got home, I noticed that none of them did. By the time we realized it, it was already past midnight and the place was closed. I went back the next day to see if anything could be done, but I was told there was nothing they could do because the food had already been eaten and there was “nothing wrong” with it. To me, this isn’t just about guacamole—it’s about service. If you can’t deliver what you advertise, then why advertise it at all? As a paying customer, I expected better. What I got instead was disappointing and dismissive.

I wish I could give this place a half star. I went in on Saturday night close to closing time and ordered 2 burritos and 1 taco which on the menu it states they all have guacamole. I get home and as we're eating we noticed none of the items we ordered had guacamole. It was already late and I couldn't call anymore so I called the next day and let them know. The lady in a bothered tone said so what do you want to do about it. I told her well I'm not sure how you guys usually handle something like this. She said we can either give you your money back or remake you the same order but make sure to bring receipt I said okay. I get to the restaurant and let her know I spoke to someone and what the lady told me over the phone I handed her yhe receipt then she said that unfortunately she won't be able to give me the money back or even make the food over for us at that point I said why would you tell me that over the phone then? I told her she would have to honor what she said over the phone she said no and no managers were available according to her then the cook gets in to the conversation after I said I would put a review he asked me what was wrong with the food in a bad tone and well for one what I ordered wasn't fully correct and 2 now they aren't wanting to fix it. And still nothing we ended up leaving. It wasn't bad so we were planning on returning to this place but after this incident we won't be going anymore and we definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone. Customer service was horrible.

The cook got most of my order wrong. I said I didn’t want cilantro or onion on my food items and he put it on everything anyway, but didn’t give me ANY guacamole. The mulitas weren’t made right. They just slapped two tortillas together and didn’t bother grilling it or adding enough cheese. My burritos had barely any rice in them. There wasn’t even a salsa cart. The quality has gone down and prices went up.

Horrible... this place used to be great! We would drive from North San Bernardino down to MoVal just for the tacos al pastor. Now, the tacos al pastor are full of grease and tasteless. I can't believe how bad the food has become! Very sad. The cooks are still singing loudly but the food has become gross. So sorry
