It's always awesome to come to the Shakey's everything is so good here especially during bunch of lunch from 11 to 2:00, I've been coming to Shakey's since the early 90s and it's probably the best Shakey's in California.

First time coming to this shakey and the cashier was patient and very helpful. The food was fresh and delicious and the server ask if we needed anything else which was very kind. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that’s hungry and want to have a good time
This Shakeys has plenty of space inside for seating even when they are busy, although the booths are taken most of the time. The food is always great here. They offer a brunch buffet in the mornings on the weekends. They have a pretty good sized gaming area for the kids that earn tickets that they could exchange for priclzes.
Customer service is always awesome! Foods always fresh and tastes so good! Today's my birthday and I chose to go here! We went for the buffet. We asked for sausage pizza and not only did they make it, but they brought it to us! Excellent customer service! Love this place!

I really enjoy eating here the pizza 🤤 tastes so much better than any other places I had . The bunch a lunch buffet is when I like to go it's always fresh and they take custom orders and I noticed that they serve more variety at this Shakey's than any others , for example I seen BBQ short ribs served with macaroni and cheese plus fried mushrooms. Not all Shakey's bunch a lunch does that but this one does.

I’ve loved Shakey’s since I was a kid. The food is great . The kids enjoyed the games in the arcade. It wasn’t very busy at the time I went so the wait was very short after ordering. Very nice people , well explained menu. Great deals .

We were very sad when our favorite Shakey‘s closed on Van Buren Blvd. I finally found this one on Sunnymead Boulevard in Moreno Valley, I didn’t know what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised, it was clean and the buffet was completely stocked, The staff was very friendly and very helpful the food was great and I’m happy to say we found our new Shakey’s . eat local, shop local and spend local.
Staying at the hotel next door, decided to walk over and get some dinner. This is a big place, several eating areas, play area with games for kids. I ordered a small Shakey’s special pizza and a beer. They were pretty busy, 15 minutes later I was served. Pizza was delicious, loved it, couldn’t eat it all, took the rest with me. No complaints, employees I came in contact with were very friendly, helpful and nice.

You have to like Shakey's to overcome the price. Pizza always good. Somewhat the same for the Mojo potatoes. Chicken? Taste good. Others in party devour it. Me? A bit skimpy for the price.A lot to pay for those added potatoes too.
We tried the bunch of lunch again after a break. It costs us 35.00 with soda. They served pizza, chicken, mojo potatoes, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, gravy salad bar, and cinnamon rolls were some choices. Not bad tasting and brought back memories
It was really great food but they need to replace the thing that they place the pizza when they bring out to you. Each time you would try to pick up a pizza the pan would slip off and drop all the pizza on the dirty table. It also happen to the customers that were behind us. The need to get something much better than that that slips off easily.

I absolutely love shakeys, but this Moreno Valley location has been getting more and more disappointing, I will think twice before returning. Per my usual, I always order pcm Togo, well lately the pizza has been very sloppy, with too much sauce and looks like a 5 year old made it. This meal isn’t cheap ($75) the least I would expect is effort. The taste is great for the chicken & mojos, but not the pizza. The purpose of my review is constructive criticism with hopes that the cooks will be better trained. I am attaching a photo for reference.
Food great, Atmosphere great, Service great! Family oriented, play area for kids to earn tickets for prizes, parents can enjoy watching sports in anyone of their rooms. Tonight while at Shakey's we even got to enjoy viewing a children's birthday party. All great but trying to find a spot to park was a pain. Not much parking spaces available on either sides of the restaurant. So location wasn't great at all. Plus their Restrooms were Nasty and very tight not well kept at all. Oh yeah plus their not very big about cleanliness in their dining areas once they've been wiped down.

I drove 30 MI with my family to go to Shakey's all you can eat buffet which closes at 2:00. We made it in time or so we thought. 2 minutes to 2:00 they said buffet was closed. She wasn't apologetic about it either and at 2:00 on the nose all the food for the buffet was coming off the line and straight into a trash can. What is their cutoff time for their all-you-can-eat buffet? If I had gotten there at 15 minutes before 2:00 could I still have purchased the buffet only to have them take all the food off the line at 2:00 before I can even go back for seconds? I'm a little confused about this because there's a similar place in yucaipa that has all you can eat buffet and you can purchase up until 2:00 and they do not remove the food from the line until 2:30. I'm never going to go to the buffet at Shakey's again and besides it's a lot cheaper just to straight out pay for pizza or whatever you want rather than to pay for the buffet. The pizza is usually acceptable but the ribs that have a lot of fat are good but the ones that don't are always dry. They don't seem to ever have enough people clearing the tables. They want you to use a new plate each time you get food but they can't because there's no room on the table for more plates so you have to use your own plate over again. They have too many people standing back behind the counter and not enough people working out on the floor. This last time there's actually five of us but there wasn't any tables for five people could sit because they're all reserved for parties. They only had four people tables which are very small already and a couple of tables for two. Actually I'm done with Shakey's for now and I will just drive to yucaipa because I don't have any of these problems there. I won't mention the name of the place because I don't think that would be appropriate but the first word in the name is pizza.
Really let down by this place. The only Shakeys left in the IE and they gave me food poisoning the day before my birthday. Stomach was upset for 2 days no matter what I ate afterwards. They ain’t cleaning or doing something right or else I wouldn’t feel this way. Proceed with caution.
Not such a good experience at this place. Our mojos were dry and tasteless. The place needs an update. It's always very dirty. The chicken is overly cooked. The majority of cooks have beards and don't wear masks. I wouldn't go back to eat here. Definitely a big NO for me👎
Took the kids out to celebrate them getting awards. The kids were excited They had vouchers for individual pizza's. We're a party of 5, we grabbed a pkg for the adults and the kids grabbed their 2 individual pizza's. We had a horrible experience at this location first of all, our pizza order was wrong we didn't say anything. Then my husband gave my daughter a couple of dollars for the arcade and when she got off her chair she dropped the money she realized it and picked it up, then one of the waitress accused my 9 year old of taking the tip from the booth behind us. She screamed at my daughter demanded her to give her the money my husband told her it was my daughters money. After the manager and the waitress reviewed the footage and they saw it was my daughter's money neither did the waitress or manager offered us an apology. I was livid on the waitress attitude towards my daughter, we were very disappointed of the way things were handled and the way we were treated. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I gave this place 1 star for many reasons. Today was my first time at this location with my family. First off, it appears they had nothing but young, inexperienced kids working there. None of them even greeted you. They didn't smile, they didn't even thank you for coming. ZERO hospitality. Zero enthusiasm. I seen 1 actual adult there. This was literally the worst place I've ever dined in my life. It was dirty. Napkins all over the floor. Our table was gross with crumbs and marinara stuck on the table. I cleaned it best I could. Our server was a young girl who brought us the pizza first, and then brought the overpriced, puff ball sized chicken with the overcooked, burned bread that was tough to bite. She brought our plates last. They should train them to carry the pizza and the two tiny baskets together. It's not that hard. Let's talk about the food. I took photos of the pizza, which was just horrible. But, I paid for this so we ate it. The pizza had Mariana all over the platter it came on, like they just threw it on there, carelessly. Look at the photos. The photos I posted is Literally, and exactly how it came. I took the photos immediately. Disgusting. The meatball portion.. I mean, some pieces had 1 or even 2 mean balls. Just a sloppy presentation. Not even a good amount for your buck. where was the crust? It was just sogged with marinara. When I bit my pizza, it was soggy, like a mouthful of marinara on uncooked pizza. It needed to bake longer. The garlic bread was tough, overcooked, and Burned. The chicken.. there were 7 tiny balls of chicken. I'm assuming I paid $1 for each because it was $7 and some change for those. Had to go order more. Rugs on the floor were not properly set because I tripped on one and saw other people, trip on them. when I made a complaint to the cashier about the food, she offered nothing, like to call a manager. I assumed he or she wouldn't say anything anyway so, I just went back and tried to make the best of it. I wasn't even going to ask for the manger, because it was probably a 20yr old. Absolutely zero customer service there. The place was chaos. its important to make your customers feel welcome. Be professional and courteous when customers come in. This establishment needs a big change. It also needs to be cleaned and sanitized, assuming it wasn't considering our table was still dirty with food from the customers before us. Won't be eating there again. Ever. First and last time.
