I forgot how HUGE the salad portions are! You could share 1 order of salad with 3-4 people. The zucchini fries were the same as I remember them from when I lived in CA 6 years ago. They have the good ranch,if you know,you know! They serve breakfast all day. The scrambled eggs were undercooked. Pancakes remind me of my grandpa's.

I like Farmer Boys but this location is expensive compared to any other Farmer Boys around. I have always been against AI taking my order but after getting rushed and the tone of an attitude from the girl at the drive thru please use AI. AI doesnt rush me and always upsale me asking if Id like a drink or anything else instead of feeling like I have to hurry and know my order by heart

My order was taken at 8:30 AM. They had me pull up front. I waited 20 minutes to get my food people to work in the morning. They should be more organized.

Went through the drive through and purchased a Cobb salad and fish platter total $41.40. I requested the fish be cooked well done, crispy., the receipt even reflects my request. When I arrived home, the fish was barely cooked, it was mushy, the fries cold and the onion rings almost burnt. I called and spoke with Omar who stated he was a manager. Omar said I could bring the fish back and he would replace it. I explained to Omar I could mot return so he stated well bring it back whenever you can. Well that sounds utterly ridiculous. Next he stated he could give me 15% off my next order really 15% for screwing up my order. I told him that wasn't sufficient offering me a few dollars off my next order. With that type of customer service who's to say If I will be back. He then made tge statement well what do you want 60% off. I can't do that. My response no problem I will just do a ylp review. I then advised him he should have his employees look at the tickets for any modifications and ended the call. These food establishments need to realize people are paying good money and would appreciate getting quality food and good customer service. Managers also need to learn the art of pleasing their customers because without your customers, you wouldn't have a job.

Took 1 minute for new cashier to count the money which was off by 30 cents (oh well boohoo) then decided to ask a refund for the drink I never received and decided it may be too much for the restaurant profits for a guy to get a 3.50 back for a drink, I would take picture of receipt but manager or employee (Alfredo) snatched it and threw it away. If that's the service one gets from purchasing a water bottle I don't want a combo here and end up wasting money and time, Subway, IHOP, Del Taco and Dunkin Donuts right across the street. My mistake coming here.

​I want to start by saying the female staff members here are wonderful—always polite and willing to go the extra mile. However, I’ve now had two interactions with an Assistant Manager, Omar, that have left me incredibly disappointed. ​My first encounter with him was tense, but I brushed it off as a one-time thing. Tonight, however, his behavior was inexcusable. When I asked for a specific amount of sauces (which the app typically allows), he became confrontational and told me the app "wasn't supposed to let me" do that. ​When I mentioned I was a regular, he actually raised his voice at me. Even after I agreed to pay the extra charge, he threw the sauces into my box and shoved the order toward me. When I asked for his manager, he dismissively told me he was the only one there and I had to deal with him. ​I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. It’s a shame that one person’s unprofessionalism is overshadowing the hard work of the rest of the team

Took 5 minutes to make an order(not lobby wait time) cashier time in greeting, hearing order, making order, getting drink thats already in a cup and on ice by the counter right next to the counter, its poor service and or dont show up to work if you dont feel like going to your shift.

Horrible drive thru service. Very rude staff. Brought my drive thru order outside to me with the chili fries upside down. Food falling out and items missing. When I got out of my car and went inside I was with the bag and mangled food their staff almost tried turning me away. This is after sitting the drive thru and in the parking lot for 20 mins so in total the entire situation took around 45 minutes. Then when I asked for peppers the drive thru attendant ignored me.

I had a very disappointing experience at Farmer Boys this morning. The person who took my order, Crystal, and her manager were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their tone was sharp, and they showed no friendliness or courtesy. It’s disheartening to spend your money somewhere and be treated as if you’re getting the food for free. Everyone who walks through the door deserves dignity and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving customer service. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning until things change.

Long wait times. Orders are NEVER accurate. Today visited this location at 7PM and the employee taking drive thru orders was very rude, pushy and when I asked for my receipt they said they were out of paper. So I didn’t get the employees name. I will be contacting corporate.

The Southwest chicken salad is my favorite salad and I get this salad at many locations. I work by the location in moreno valley, so I have gone there often. More times than none has my salad been bad. This is the only location that the salad is bad. It is brown and wilted. When you pay sixteen dollars for a salad, you want quality.The service is good as they did offer to replace my salad. I have only complained once, but several times has my salad been that way.

Every time I decide to buy food from here they mess up my order! I don't even think the person in charge even checks to be honest because it happens all too often! I go through the drive-thru because I hate going down, only to have to be given a number to wait at a designated parking space FOREVER and then have my order be INCORRECT!? It is beyond upsetting!! I always end up having to go down! Save yourself a headache and go to a different location trust me!! 🙄🤦‍♀️ And on top of that, their ranch looks like someone used half of it! 🤮 My chili fries hardly had any chili, looked so disappointing and dry! Smh! Never again with this location that's for a fact!
