I love this location! I stop here after making site visits to my local business. The food is always great, the service is even better and the dining room os always clean. Keep up the great work!!

Only thing I would have to say is that service is pretty slow. It takes a long while to get your food. Not sure why they dont have more staff to speed up the service.

This location gave the standard Habit Burger experience. Everything was about what I expected, and that’s not a bad thing. Consistent and tasty.

I'm sad that this location hasn't lived up to its expectations. I was hoping for something good on the south side of MV but this new location has fallen short with multiple visits. We first went around the few days of its opening and they were scrambling to get a flow going with many frustrated customers around the counter area. It's understandable that they are working out the issues and tweaking their process but it was clear they did not have procedures intact. No assurance or acknowledgement to customers or complaints and very long wait times (not to mention it was freezing inside and we like the cold, it was just so cold it was uncomfortable). The second time I returned, a simple burger was ordered through the drive thru. The very first bite I had a very hard plastic in my food. I turned on the light in my car and it almost appeared to be melted plastic, possibly from the burger package. It was strong enough, that if someone were to swallow, it would definitely cut the throat. The food was over seasoned and just generally disappointing. I truly hope they take the online criticism as a means for improvement because I'd like this location to succeed...

I paid $65 to feed burgers fries and drinks for 3 people. It was equal in quality to a Carl's Jr or Jack. The fried avocado was terrible. The burgers were adequate for a fast food burger. I could have spent half that amount and got an In n Out. I was very disappointed. The service was great fast and professional. The menu was decent with a little more than other burger places. I would think of this as a step down from Farmer Boys.

I paid $65 to feed burgers fries and drinks for 3 people. It was equal in quality to a Carl's Jr or Jack. The fried avocado was terrible. The burgers were adequate for a fast food burger. They didn't use to charge for extra dressing. It's too pricey for the quality of food. My salad was slimy. I can go to other sit down restraunts with better food for less.

SODA had a bad taste,after drinking a few drinks all of a sudden had sweats unexpectedly. Never stop there again.

Five cars in line got in line at 2:01 didn’t get my food till 2:24 had an order at star bucks because I didn’t know I was going to wait for them to butcher the cow and when I picked it up after waiting all the ice was melted

Ordered a salad and box was full of gnats I’d avoid this place like the plaque. Disgusting

I can't believe they actually served this garbage. Burnt fries and smashed burger?! Bleh!! Regular and sweet potatoes fries all charred to a crisp. We did NOT ask for burnt/well done fries, apparently this is 'regular.' Soggy burger .. way at the bottom of the bag.. gross. No wonder the reviews for this location are low. Definitely NOT meeting Habit standards like the other locations. Too bad bc they just opened. Do better Habit.

I heard the young man say garden salad and I corrected him and said no I ordered chicken ceaser and he said oh yeah ... then proceeded to give me the wrong salad with no sauce when I asked for extra ceasar. $30 down the drain and I hadn't eaten all day because I am social worker in the field. They won't get my business again!

Visit #2 (and last): Visited today for lunch and absolutely will not return to this location and likely not any Habit. Ordered food and had to have a burger remade due to an allergy to onions but the burger contained onions. The same burger was remade with onions...and again. Remade burger 3 times and it was still wrong and contained onion with a complimentary side of ONION RINGS...not sure if they were trying to be funny or this was just them being rude. Either way, done spending $100 on lunch to be disrespected and sick. Literally everyone in the restaurant had issues and as we were leaving people were coming back in because they were missing food. ------------------ Visit #1: New location, same issues. Several items in order were incorrect with little resolution. However, food was good. Kiosks to order were a bit frustrating because use there was only one out of four working properly. Clearly still working out the issues.

I've been to this store many times. This time. Things weren't so great. The employees didn't acknowledge me. No customer service. It was non-existent. I needed my drink cup for my order. I stayed at the front counter for over 5 minutes and no one bothered to ask me if I needed anything. I had to wait for my drink until my order was ready I wanted to try the new avocado ranch and unfortunately there was none available The premium lemonade was watered down like the employees did want to make anymore. The cucumber water was empty which I came for My fries were good as usual but my burger was cold. Could have used a improvement. The store was quite messy. Look like it hadn't been sweeped all day napkins throughout the whole dining area napkins on the floor present a slipping hazard to me as I am handicap and have a hard time getting around I will think twice about coming back next time The store seems to forget about their indoor guest and solely focus on drive-thru service. What a shame
