My server Noah was extremely attentive and polite. Right from the get go our hostess was so sweet and cordial. Then Noah kept checking in on us making sure we were well served. We were. Definitely coming back because of the great service provided.

The people are always nice, and if something goes wrong the managers always make sure to fix it. I've been here plenty of times and almost always have great service. If not, they have always made it up well! The food is delicious, I've had the food way to much, and haven't gotten tired of it! The pricing is also excellent for the quality of the food! I'm impressed!

We had an awesome experience at this Morgan Hill location .mainly because we had the most amazing server. Very patient with our party of 11 We got there pretty close to closing time to celebrate a birthday . Our server Cameron went above and beyond to make our experience a very pleasant one!! My son and I came here to have lunch. The server was very friendly. The food was great. I had a great time with my son and although the server checked often on how we were doing she was not intrusive. We used a promo which included a free dessert which was the icing on the cake!

We met after my grandson's game .Service was good.The food was great.Only one issue the air was blasting making it very uncomfortable. Especially when it's colder inside than it was outside. All aside this is our go to spot when we are in Morgan Hill sine we are out of towners.

I had a pick up order. I think you get a little more food if you eat inside but not highly noticeable just to me cuz I was starving 🙃. I pulled up and saw a car sitting next to me and looking at me. I went in grabbed my order and when I was walking out the person in the car next to me said do we pick up our own food/ do we tell anyone. I said I just grab mine. It doesn’t say to do that but I’ve been that person waiting in my car and calling to let them know I’m there but no one comes out. Not a big deal just confusing. Both this Chili’s and the one in gilroy are great and great food and great service. Food is always delicious and I’ve only been when it is slow hours so can’t really say what it is like busy. Highly recommend.

Hi there, Just wanted to share a quick (and slightly funny) story from my visit to Chili’s in Morgan Hill on the evening of June 11th. I arrived about 20 minutes early to meet up with my wife. While waiting to be seated, I started to feel that familiar drop in blood sugar. By the time I walked over to the bar area, it hit me like a freight train—I was shaking and knew I needed sugar fast. The restaurant was packed, and I walked up to the bar and asked if I could get anything with sugar. Before I could even explain further, Aliah—the manager—took one look at me and sprang into action. She immediately recognized the situation and got me a sugary drink without hesitation. Absolute rockstar move. Not only did she help right away, but she later came by my table to check on me and even brought me chips and salsa. I noticed the other bar staff also checking in from a distance—thumbs-ups and all. I had got the mango margarita and it was delicious as well as the chicken crispers as well as the triple dipper. The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were delicious. As for the crispers they were very tender and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and they were very nice.

It's like having dinner with the family. The staff is wonderful, and Food hits all the right spots. Sports, Happy Hour, or you just looking for a great atmosphere to get a quick bite to eat or a drink. The visitors here are all welcoming.

The 3 for me is an absolute steal. Big Qp, fries,salad, and soda. I'm a big eater and it takes all I have to finish it. Total price including 25% tip $14.63. If you take out the tip which you don't have to pay at In&Out, it's about the same price as a 3×3, med.fries, med.soda. But the 3 for me has 2oz. more beef, more fries, and a salad.

You know what we were pleasantly surprised great variety of foods to choose from,service was good and we got right in when we showed up they just had to clean a table so it was great! We all loved our food. Husband had fajitas. I had a brisket Quesadilla it was really good, daughter had buffalo wings she said they were just alright. But great service have not came here for a while so it was nice to see someone still has great service 👍 love that!

Chili's managers must be praised for the excellent service culture they have created. It's one of the few restaurants that still has a team work culture. Your server greets you in a timely manner, takes your order, another staff member might bring you your food, and someone passing by would help clean your dishes and ask you if you need a refill. The result..a place that puts the customers first. No wonder their service is EXCELLENT! Not to mention, the food is delicious. Their lunchtime Smash burger is huge and comes with fries, an appetizer and drink. All of which only costs $10.99! A lot less than a fast food restaurant combo, even when you include the tax and tip of 20% (total $14 / person).

I came here to eat on Tuesday and had lunch at the bar with my husband. Caitlin delivered us both amazing drinks. I asked her if there was anyway she can make me something strong but less sweet. She was upfront about having to charge a little extra for a side shot but made me a perfect craft cocktail. The food runner Monique brought us out our food and even brought us a refill on our chips and salsa without asking. The two of them together were professional, yet hilarious. We will be back for sure. Great service from these two!

My buddy and I went to Chili's for a late night dinner. I got the 3 for me steak dinner. It's a perfect combo. 6oz steak with broccoli and mashed potaoes.potatoes. it also included my drink and a salad for like $16. It was very good and we also got chips and salsa (that I love). We sat at the bar and my buddy knew the bartender, that gave us great service ! We will be back.

Good value and decent food but long waits to be seated at Morgan Hill Chilis. And they didn't suggest sitting at the bar which was nearly empty. The nachos were OK but not as good as usual -- looked like they had sat around for a while and were re-warmed. Salad was fine.

This outlet of Chilis is by far the best. We being vegetarians normally need some adjustments in the menus items, and almost always our servers and chef have been courteous enough to help us. Food is generally spot on, and even if there is some issue, they happily change it.

I love going to this Chili's location. Never busy, we always get seated right away, the service is very good and we rarely ever have issues with the food. My husband loves the ribs! Always my choice when I feel like Chili's.

We stopped in for dinner. The hostess was very friendly and seated us immediately. We both had burgers...Old time for me w/fries and the Chicken Enchilada soup. Burger was cooked perfectly, soup was delicious, fries delish too. My cousin had the Mushroom Burger w/Swiss cheese & she said it was perfect. Our server Luna was outstanding & provided GREAT customer service! Will definitely come back to the MH Chilis!

I got the 10.00 deal crib pickup. On time service. Food nice & hot like I like it. Needed more ice for the drink. Other than that I was happy with my food & service. No pics but it was good.

This location was recently reopened after being shutdown by the county health department for unsanitary working conditions. While they may have cleaned things up, there was still an obvious lack of detail and care with the kitchen staff. I ordered the sliders and they looked hastily thrown together with bits of bacon & sauce on the opposite side of the plate despite the fact that we were only 1 of 3 tables in the resraurant, and the other 2 tables already had their food at the time we were seated. The slider patties were so overcooked they were crumbling under the melted cheese. The portion of fries I received was incredibly small, almost half the amount my dining companion received. She ordered a half rack of ribs. The ribs were also dry & overcooked, as was the corn on the cob. There was generous portion of fries but they forgot the coleslaw, which was the bit my dining companion was looking forward to. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 2 is because our server, Cassidy, was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Hopefully the rest of the FoH staff is as considerate as her. I have little hope for BoH staff, and I've been working in kitchens for more than 20 years. **Updated 06/07/23: We tried eating here again tonight and the food quality was greatly improved. The only minor issue we had was a 10+ minute wait after we were seated, before the server came to take our drink order. We ordered entrees at the same time as our drinks. Everything else was good.

We went here on Sunday afternoon. We ordered a Cherry Margarita, the special, and a blackberry iced tea. We got free chips and salsa for being part of the rewards program. Then we split the shrimp, chicken and beef fajitas with black beans. We got fresh tortillas and Mexican butter with them. Guacamole, cheese, sour cream and tomatoes were on the side. It was very good. The waitress was very prompt and helpful. Happy Hour is all day Sunday. It is nice in the bar watching the Giants and NFL. The bathrooms are clean.

Very good service good food nice spot for a daytime business meeting has a bar for drinks large booths with enough table space to put shared plates. Our plates were cleared and we were able to continue our business meeting. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised.I don't hand out four stars unless it's appropriate and deserved.

The food isn’t the best. Kind of gross. The food is very high in calories, which I’m not the biggest fan of. Not too expensive. Extremely kind service. Our last waitress was very nice and helpful. Would be prettier if they added some decorations. I feel like it’s2 star food, but 5 star service. Not planning to go there again.

We had a lovely experience at this Chili’s. We have stopped going to a local one because it awful but were returning home from a road trip and decided to try it. The service was AMAZING, Casey was helping and made sure our drink were never empty. The mango tea was very sweet and refreshing. Chip & salsa and chicken tortillas soup were delicious. Our entrees were above average for this kind of chain restaurant. So glad we stop here, it restored my faith in the Chili’s restaurant chain. Only con was I wish restrooms were a little cleaner.

Ribs and sausage coins.. it's not TX BBQ...you need teeth to eat the ribs...but white cedar mac and cheese was delicious....

Good food. Friendly staff. However, when I paid at the kiosk on my table, it rang up the food ordered at a completely different table. Apparently the kiosks can be put on the wrong table, and are not checked daily. Ultimately my error for not checking until I received the detail of my purchases. Unfortunately I now have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. (The solution was to pay my tab and wait for a refund.) The error should not have happened in the first place and is the reason I am not giving a higher rating.

My experience at chili's was far better than every experience I've had in the past. There was no wait time, the servers were attentive and kind, and the food was good. I came in with very low expectations and was pleasantly surprised.

Our waitress was awesome. I couldn't eat my burger as it was too greasy for me so she adjusted the bill, no charge for the burger. Super efficient with refills and checking to see if we had everything we needed. The soup was excellent and I love the chips and salsa. Absolutely wonderful service.

Good ole fashioned comfort food. It is one of the only remaining places where 2 people can eat without taking out a second mortgage! Service was fast and friendly. After we ordered, our server even pointed out that if we ordered 1 more item, we could get a special that was $10 cheaper than not getting it. Definitely appreciated!!

First time back to Chili's in 10yrs. Food was surprisingly great. I figured this would be another Applebee's but was completely wrong. Service was slow but very helpful. My family of 7 had a great time and plan to come back again. perfect for a large group, and staff was amazing!

Chili's has always been our favorite go to place when we're lazy to cook. The food is great and prices are good. Love the variety on their menu. Staff are always friendly and attentive. At times, they get really busy especially on important game days or holiday weekends that service is a little slow but that is expected. Overall, a good place to take the family.

We weren't impressed with this Chili's at all. They said we would have a 5-10 min wait. There were 20+ tables open. We were seated after 20 min. We have a toddler so 20 minutes is not fun when waiting. We get seated and our waiter finally comes to get our drink order. We have to wait 20 more minutes for him to come back so we can order our food. It takes almost 45 minutes for our food. We were there for almost 2 hours. My expectations of this type of restaurant is in and out in an hour. It's not fine dining. I'm not sure I would come here again.

Clean. Waitress was slow. We sat down and waited 10 mins before she came to see what we wanted to drink. It was slow too only 7 other tables. Another table Sat down after us and received their drink and food well before we even ordered. We only had soup and salad and the waitress couldn't get that right. Bad experience waitress is not cut out for this.

Called in my reservation. Was received. The waiter gave us great service. The 3 items for $10.00 the chicken with pasta, iced tea and enchilada soup was too salty. No chicken in my pasta. It was good. Even with no chicken the pasta was delicious.

The service and quality of food is very different when you order to go. It's sloppy, poor service and the presentation does not match the menu.

I can see why these places are closing. At this location, after two visits the hostess was horrible, taking forever to seat people, many customers left. Seems like was her job to clear tables also but was slow, had time to stand and do nothing though. The waitress was fine and the food ok, maybe move on to a better place next time.

I was disappointed in the current menu options. From what I recall, they used to offer more variety to choose from... The music was too loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation. The volume seemed to decrease after awhile, but for the majority of our meal my mom had to wear ear plugs. Lastly, our server mixed up our drink order, and by comparison sides of sauce were in excess, but when asked for guacamole a tiny spoonful cost $4.50. I can't say I won't ever go back to Chili's, but when there is an alternative available I will opt for another restaurant.

The waitresses act like I am bothering them. One of the TV's was on a infomercial. I bought it to the waitresses attention and they changed it to another infomercial. Again, I informed them that it is on another infomercial, they asked me what TV show I wanted, I said not infomercial, and they refused to change the channel.

Had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. Waiter had to ask how many plates we wanted (that weren’t already at the table) when there were, in fact, four of us. The plates were still wet when it was handed to us. Drinks and food were a fair price. I’m not sure If I would come back.

This restaurant holds a different experience than the Gilroy restaurant. The food here is greasy and not enough sauce on the pasta. When I asked for extra the waitress rolled her eyes at me. I won't be returning. It's sad the Gilroy location with all the right people closed.

Ordered a simple cheese burger. Cheeseburgers should not crunch when you bite them. Perfectly good food cooked beyond edible. Pointed it out to the waiter. He then asked how would you like it cooked. I said medium rare. He said so a little pink inside. I said that would be perfect. So half an hour later we said look we have to go our lunch time is over. He finally brought the food in a to go bag all closed up. I asked did you check it? Nope so we checked it, completely cooked until it was totally Grey through out. So we left the food and after all that, they charged me for a side of fries and a large salad. I did not have time to argue so we paid and left. Chili's is having a real problem with properly preparing food. I'm not sure if they even understand the food is why we go there not to watch TV.

Have not been to the Chili's in Morgan Hill in about 3 years. Went to Happy Hour and sat at the bar. Service was very slow and it was not that busy at all. Staff was more interested on talking with each other than being attentive to it's clients. Sad to find good help nowadays, I get it, but very disappointing still. Happy Hour is good with thier specials. Just getting staff to be helpful to you, good luck.

I've always really wanted to like Chili's but never could. I'm not saying their food is horrible or disgusting. It's just as noteworthy as the taquitos at a truck stop. Maybe even comparable to Denny's? I ordered the skillet queso which was neither bad nor good, chicken pasta and a lemonade. Nothing was horrible nothing was over average. If you're in the mood for a burger in this area go to INN N Out. You could find dozens of better options in the area. I will say that the staff and this particular location we're more than Stellar. Friendly people who welcome you and give you prompt service.

Food was pretty good! Drinks were extremely weak! No Alcohol at all! I guess I should have ordered a beer. Waiter... totally rude and completely inattentive. He was so not concerned about any of his customers. Chili's, you could use a new server and bartender!

I ordered the full rack rib with Texas Rub. The ribs were completely dried out, hard, and the portion size did not equal a full rack. I was very disappointed, especially since this has happened on more than one occasion.

We loved chili’s but tonight was not good. We got drinks and chips and then were left alone forever (45 minutes). Never saw our server again. Finally flagged down a different server who checked on our order and said it would be 6 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by and we got a manager who got our meal but said the kitchen was busy. No apologies, no offers. Had to beg for our check. The place was very busy, and lots of employees all rushing past us. I’m so bummed to report this. Sad.

The wait is ridiculous, and they are under-staffed at this location. My wife and I waited 30 minutes to be seated along with about 20 other strangers standing around hoping for the hostess to return. As we spoke with a couple who was local to the area, as we inquired about 10 or so tables that were open they informed us that its always this way... We ended up sitting in the bar area as soon as a table opened. The service OK, the server was friendly but new. When my chicken fajitas came with only a small amount of meat I asked for additional chicken, offering to pay for it and the server said they would ask their manager. They returned and told me its all measured out so no i couldn't have more chicken... really...REALLY...even if i am willing to pay for it?...really??? anyway, this place and a pleasant design, new or remodeled, the people are nice, but overall 2 stars. So no we will not stop there again. Oh and Chilli's has discontinued their Queso and salsa w/chips side order. That means the best thing on the menu is no longer available, bad move Chilli's.

I've been going to Chili's for over 30 years. The service was good tonight but consistency is not always there. The food was good years ago but has continuously declined over the years. The restaurants used to be clean and tidy and they are no longer that way. The culture has changed and it has changed at the top. Unfortunately the decision was made to go away from quality to whatever they are trying to sell now. We used to go weekly, now maybe twice a year.

MH Chili's "to go" horrible! We ordered 4 items and didn't receive the steak, (even with an included checklist!!), so we had to call and then drive back to pick it up. You'd think that maybe the steak would be free? Nope! Everytime we've gone to Chili's MH, it has been disappointing! And....the fajita steak SUCKED! Zero taste. Done with this place!

Server was very friendly. Food delivery was quick. Ordered dip trio and rec'd 2/3 correct dips. Ordered the grilled salmon and fajita trio. The fajitas smelled charred and burned and everything on the sizzling platter tasted acrid, bitter and burnt. The grill marks on the salmon were also acrid, bitter and burnt tasting. The food all tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. I told the server that the food all tasted burnt and they didn't even offer to speak to the manager. VERY disappointing experience at the Morgan Hill Chili's location.

When sitting down, our waitress was really friendly she was a sweetheart. The problem we had was when we were paying our bill was $89.69 and we were custom the tip to make it $100.00 the machine started to go crazy we told the waitress about it she reset it and out of nowhere my bill was $101.69 we told the manager who was walking by i told him can we pay at the register he did that we had the bill receipt we look at the things we ordered and there was a dessert add it to my bill when we didn't order one at all. We saw the waitress walking by. I told her what had happened, and she offered to refund it or take it i decade to take it for my son. That's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. We went more for the drinks 🍸 not the food. The food was OK, but my husband rice wasn't cooked fully.

They say they improved Chili's by making the portions bigger but when we got our food the plate was near empty. Very disappointed. We added Onion rings to our burger but didn't get them til the end. I had trouble adding my deal with the plenti points and I tried twice by myself, twice with the waiter, and three times with the manager before she acknowledged it wasn't working. They did give us our deal and the waiter we had was sweet but everything else was not good.

I had a Fajita trio tonight and the best part of it was the flour tortillas. Is it normal for sour cream and salsa to have ice on them? I could not even bite into the chewy (rubberish) meat. This place has gone down hill and I will never visit again. This food is so bad I would not recommend it for dog food.

Today April 19 myself and one other person went in the restaurant. It was empty except the bar. The server fella told us we could not be seated due to only one server working. My response was but the place is empty and he replied “ yeah well we’re expecting a large party so we hope to see you some other time”. I have never been told to leave a restaurant that’s empty. So no I won’t be back.

Stood at the front of the counter for about 10 minutes & nobody sat us down! Were definitely not busy! And sat in the red seats waiting like 10 minutes and still nobody came. Never going back to chillis again! And we are morgan hill residents and have always came here to eat, But wont come back because we were racially profiled !!!

Wanna wait 40 minutes to get seated? Wanna order food and drinks only to get food delivered cold 40 minutes later? Wanna return it because it's cold and still have to pay $19 for the two margaritas that were part of the $35 dollar dinner deal? (I'm fine paying for my drinks. I believe I was over charged for them though).

Curbside order pick up is a joke. Waited 20 minutes for my food after I arrived at the time they told me to. Wasn’t even greeted until 15 minutes after I parked. Oh, and out of the 4 spots they reserve for this. Only 2 were being rightfully used. The other spots were dine- in customers & I had to wait in a fire zone for a to go spot to open up. They need to be better at enforcing that.

Food was so salted it could have been from 3000BC how it was preserved. Food was not fresh, what would have been a 5/10 mid meal was an assassination on my cardiovascular system. Now they have little wifi pay hub things that did not work when we were there had to get the server to replace it and ultimately just take the card and pay manual. What's the point of this sit down if you have to do more work than at a normal restaurant. I don't mind pay myself if it works but it's going with a lesser tip. All you do is disrespect the servers letting this ipad from wish dot com color the experience negative when the servers do their job.

Bad Service!! A man with tow-tone dyed hair and a red head at the reception keeps putting me off because of a table, 30 minutes. Tables were not cleared late. The guests´dirt was simply wiped away, very hygienic. The other staff was also very unprofessional. We left again. (Sunday January 7th ,2024).

We used to be regulars here, and knew all the staff over on the bar side. The seating was always faster there since you just grab an open table or booth. I hear it's hard to find good help with the economy like it is right now, but heck on a cupcake the service has gone down so badly. It seems like the company has a hard time holding on to good managers. They should get a clue on how to do that because the quality all around just isn't there anymore. I don't blame it on the staff so much as the direction or lack of that from corporate. We'd rather spend our hard earned money on locally owned restaurants anyway.

The food was terrible. My order had the wrong sauce, my daughter's soup was gross, the hubby's steak was way over cooked, and my little's quesadilla was made with pepper jack - too spicy for a kids meal item. The service was lacking. Our waiter was inattentive, even though there was hardly any customers. The restroom was filthy. I'm sorry, but we won't be back.

We stopped here for lunch today. Went in and made eye contact with two employees but nobody came to seat us. Not that terribly busy and no one waiting. Without any acknowledgement after 5 minute we left and went to Red Robin. Maybe short staffed but no excuse to completely ignore a customer.

Host is nice and showed us to our dirty and sticky table with garlic bits and water puddles on it. I had to sweep off with my hands and go to the restroom and clean off… the chips and salsa and drinks came out fast… some of the chips weren’t fried enough or they were stale but there was big pieces which is good cause some places be handing out crumbs… I wish I got my drinks with my food so I can have my soda with my burger… water would have been also good to just have… also we didn’t get fries with our 3 for me combo… we didn’t have a computer to pay to leave so we were just stuck there upset wanting to leave… wasn’t even busy so I don’t know how they did not try to give us good service…

So I came here before and had a good experience. Nice waitress and good service. Tonight I came with my boyfriend and son. Everyone was starving. We got out drinks and ordered. We got sat in a VERY cold booth. I had to get a blanket. Then my son who had a jacket was also shivering. I also want to note that our waitress ONLY came to us 3 times. When we ordered drinks and food then to refill drinks. We then proceeded to have drink refills after an hour of waiting. We then finally get our food which my boyfriend felt the food and said it was cold and that he wanted us to just leave. But my son was hungry and so was I. We waited over an hour. I didn't want to wait longer to get food. I'm assuming the manager came over and said that he heard that we were unhappy. Which we were. He then proceeded to say that my boyfriend was being hostile when he was explaining his and our frustration as a family that just want to eat. The manager? Came back with a receipt and told us to pay right then while my son and I were eating. He did not apologize once. My boyfriend was not rude in any sense. We just wanted to eat. Then all the employees then started to huddle and stare at us and talk badly about us as we were walking out. Don't come here. The manager says this is a family establishment but we did NOT get treated as such but we have to stay silent for how poorly they treated us? They were rude. Everything they did tonight is a HUGE no no. I am a waitress myself and never would act as unprofessional as every person here tonight did. The waitress kept going to the table next to us but ignoring us. I really wish something would be done for how we were treated because this is absolutely not okay. We didn't even get treated as humans. I will make sure to tell everyone about this experience as will my boyfriend. Do not come to this location at all. This is my warning.

We got burgers & fries, & they were good. We ordered chips & salsa & after waiting way too long for them, I asked the waitress if we could please get our appetizer & explained that we ordered it to have before our burgers come out. She was so rude & replied with a bad attitude that the kitchen was so far behind. I still had to ask another waitress for our appetizer because our rude one still didn't bring it out. My daughter had to ask a different waitress every time she needed a drink refill because our waitress would not attend to us. After not having dined here for years before this experience, I was quickly reminded why I stopped dining there...terrible customer service!

This place used to be the place to come for great food, but lately, it's been pretty bad. I remember when I could just walk in and sit at the bar, but now we have to wait. The staff is great and is trying to do their best, as I saw all the employees were super busy. I noticed that the manager was just hiding in the back and not helping the staff. I didn't say anything, but the other family that was waiting noticed him just standing there and not helping out the team. I believe in team members working together, from the boss to the person cleaning the floors. I hope you guys bring back the policy of the bar being for walk-ins, not waiting. The last time we came here, we walked out and went next door to Red Robin.

We went in around 3pm, 10/19… bar had dirty dishes piled, dirty floors, and the host (young man) did not acknowledge my husband and I, we had been waiting for 5min. A larger party went in after us, and server went straight to them.. so we walked out!! We went to Red Robin near, and service was AWESOME. and attentive..

Visiting from out of state waited 15min no one even greeted us at the table even tried checking in but still no one came to greet us. Ended up going to Red Robin across the way and had a fantastic time.

Ordered some bone in wings to go along with other food items. Specified on the Phone bone in wings got all the way home to boneless wings. No one in my household eats boneless wings. Called the restaurant was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then no one ever came back to the phone. Terrible service.
