I can honestly say it’s been quite a while since I’ve seen decent customer service at ANY fast food restaurants… having said that, I was pleasantly surprised to encounter outstanding customer service at this particular Little Caesar’s! Not only did they treat me (a lowly DoorDasher 😂) with kindness and courtesy, but I even witnessed it with other customers that randomly walked in the door. I’m super impressed guys, keep up the good work!
We had a Valentine's party and the company at the facility ordered five combination large and also pepperonis Pizza and also cheese pizzas the Valentine party was about 40 people and your pizzas were a hit' everyone loved your pizzas . We also had Caesar salads it was a great combination and I will always recommend Little Caesars. The delivery service was great everything on time and with a great smile 😊. Thank you. Mis VJV.

I don't do Little Caesars pizza reviews. There's no reason to! Everyone knows that it's quick cheap and easy. This store though! Great service. Hot and fresh pizza. There's a few of them out there that love customers and money so the pizza doesn't strike you as a Little Caesars pizza. This store is one of them! Keep up the good work folks! Ps this place puts doesn't miss spots! You know you all have been to at least one or two Little Caesars and once you opened that box you saw a pizza with gaps of cheese missing or like few toppings or it was just sloppy made. I doubt that would happen at this particular Little Caesars. We shall see. Until next time folks

They usually have pizza ready when you walk in. Only draw back is they don't honor national chain promotions.
Morning shift is great. Evening shift is always lagging and the manager can be pretty rude with people. I get it, probably stressed but don't take it out on the people paying your checks. Without the consumers it won't work out.

Way busy at lunch time this particular Friday. I ordered on the app and it told me 30min for an order of Italian Cheese Bread. I patiently watched a gentleman load 75 pizzas in his car, explaining the wait. My order was hot and fresh, well the wait...but what a busy post covid Friday.
Very frustrating ordering process. Call the store on our way into town and get a two minute recording about how wonderful their app is and how we really should be using that but if we really really want to talk to a human and, I dunno, order a pizza, well then I guess you can press 3. Person who finally answers says "please hold" and sets the phone down so I get to listen to their kitchen ambiance for another 2 or 3 minutes before I give up and just order when I arrive. One really gets the impression they aren't that interested in taking orders. Otherwise, it was a Little Ceasars, pizza was fine and came out fairly quickly. No place to even sit in their lobby while waiting, much less a place to eat or a customer restroom.
Got 1 hot n ready pepperoni which was ok but had been sitting in too long so the crust was drier than usual and the deep dish supreme was raw i picked it up 8 minutes after calling it in and suspect that it couldn't have been in more than. 6 because it was cold in the middle and the dough was raw. I did a phone order on Monday May 6th so when I arrived in Morgan hill I can pick up my pizza and be on my way to San Jose. When I get to the store they tell me they just put it in the oven because they messed up and made it pepperoni. So I had to wait he said 7 minutes. So this takes away the whole point of me ordering and not having to wait, I don’t have a lot of time to waste in the day when I’m working. What bothers me is he said that I went ahead and put some extra cheese on it for you. But I ordered the extra most bestest which already comes cheesed up, so he basically did nothing just wanted to make it sound good. Then after the 7 minutes I go back in to the store & Marsha is ordering pretzel pizzas for Wednesday May 8th at noon (no problem with this) the guy ask here what type of sauce red or cheese sauce she was simple and said the way it comes. He talked about the 2 different sauces for 5 minutes with her and said like 12 times Wednesday may 8th at noon (I can still remember this even 5 days later) the whole time I’m standing there & he sees me he should have given me my pizza & let me be on my way but I waited they all of that. I understand its little ceasers don’t expect the world from it, but I think the service could be a lot better if bucket hat guy would use some common sense

1. Store opened 5 minutes Late . 2. Once inside, it was another 5 minute wait with no acknowledgment of myself or the other customer waiting inside . 3. When we got help, The guy working with the bucket hat . tells people the Pizza is $7 . I gave him 10$ and he gave me $2.92 change back “if u give me 7$ that’s ok but since it’s a $10 bill the total is $7.08” I told him u should have told me the total is 7.08 instead of $7 . U can’t change the price after I gave cash . I woulda used my card instead . after another 5 minutes of telling me how his pricing works ,he finally gave me 2 dollars and 1 dollar in quarters . ( still $3 so I wasn’t mad ) I planned on a quick 5 minute trip . Which ended up being 15 minutes I will never come here if that guy is working.
They said they’re open all they but when I got there no one was there and the door was closed.
Absolutely horrible management. I ordered food 3 days in advance for Christmas eve and 15 minutes before my pickup time they canceled my order. When i arrived as i was already on my way to pick up dinner for my entire extended family the manager informed me he decided to close an hour early as he was down $700 on the day and that i placed my order to late and that they were closed. Funny thing tho i called 3 days in advance when i placed the order to make sure of the closing time with that manager. And the order was placed on the app. I will definitely be calling corporate to complain as that manager had the entire day to cancel the order and waited until it was within 30 minutes of the pickup time on christmas eve. Our family's money will never go to this location again after this!
This Little Caesars has gone down the drain! Whoever is managing it needs to get fired! Orders takes forever and the staff are rude! The lady that was taking my order rolled her eyes at me when I requested my pizzas to be fresh and not the hot and ready ones that they have sitting in the warmer. Poor customer service. Please re-train these employees. Just order the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza and see what you get lol. It won’t be anything like how it suppose to be or look like. Just a plain pepperoni.
Waited online for 45 minutes. After letting whoever answered no that I just ordered the pretzel combo for my kids and they gave me a regular cheese pizza no pretzel no Pepperoni but they charged me the price for what I ordered but didn't follow through with completing my order correctly nobody gave me A refund nobody answered. Extremely disappointed. Zero customer service.. should have went somewhere else for a quick meal.
Placed an order through their portal app. Set to be ready between 6:50 and 6:55. I got there and it was packed full of people, both online orders and walk ins waiting. I finally got my food and walked out around 7:25. They were prioritizing walk in orders over portal mobile placed orders. When I finally did get my food they were all cold, it was only a cheese pizza and crazy bread. Both seemed like they were made and just sitting for a long time before being handed out. The cheese pizza was also burnt on the edges. I understand it was a busy Friday night but they have been around for years and should have a better system. Several of the employees have been there for a long time. I don't recommend ordering from this location, either drive further or spend some extra dough and get pizza from a better restaurant in Morgan Hill.
It's a shame I can't give a zero rating; their customer service is terrible, especially the two ladies at the front who speak to customers with absolutely no manners. Unfortunately, I asked to speak to the manager to complain about their treatment of customers, and guess what? One of them is the manager! Please, management, evaluate whether you're employing the right people to provide excellent service. 👍
The 2 older ladies that work here are no bueno. They look at you and don't say anything to help you out. Even when you signal for their attention, I got ignored. Checking their phone was a priority before coming to the front to help me.
Placed an order the day prior but the morning of needed to cancel (8 hours in advance and called right when they opened) and the person who answered said to call back in an hour because she didn’t know how to cancel. I did call back and they put me on hold for 12 minutes and when I tried to call back they didn’t answer the phone. Looks like I will be filing a dispute charge with my bank.
I think this has been the worst experience I've ever had at any Little Caesars! To start the lady taking my order was not friendly at all. Second, I requested a special pizza with bacon, pineapple, and jalapeño. One order of crazy bread as well. Got my pizza and left. When I got home the box was wet inside. At first I thought it was grease running from the cheese. It turns out it was more like water or could have been pineapple juice. The bacon didn't look crispy either, it was wet and soggy along with the pizza bread. Oh and the crazy bread was hard and stale. This was after 12:00 pm and they had a couple customers in the store . You would think they would have fresh bread. I'm never going back to this store!!! Disgusting, in the trash it goes!

This is what i recieved from little ceasars using door dash for 30.62$. 2.00$ for each topping. Never again. The missing peice i was eating while i made this post. And realized i lost my appetite.

My son and I bought a pepperoni pizza tonight, after a long day in a hot warehouse. They sold him the pizza, and we drove 2 blocks to get home. We sat down to eat right away. The pizza was a good temp., but not slices were not cut completely. It was hard, brittle and tasteless! In my opinion it had been in the warmer for far too long. So disappointed, I called to let them know. The guy that answered said their pizzas are discarded after 15-30 minutes. I told him that i thought this pizza was forgotten for a few hours and was disgusting. All he did was repeat what i had said to a coworker. Will NOT be buying from Morgan Hill Little Caesars anytime in the near future.
