Great service hot food and bottomless fries. Just off 101👍

Had a great time! Ate the legendary onion ring tower and a specialty burger! I also had bottomless fries and a nice cold beer. My server/ bartender was great 👍. Her name is Sarah. Not only did she make sure we had everything we needed, she also made some great cocktails and margaritas! Can't wait to go back 😎

Great burgers. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich and damn it was good. I would highly recommend trying it out. Fries are great. Service was fast. My son loves playing the tablet they have. I would come again. Great kid friendly food. Not too expensive.

Great place with great servers. We come almost every Tuesday night with my large family. Something for everyone. Service is good and when they make a mistake they are quick to apologize. Always enjoy coming here. Kids love it too. Very family friendly.

Hubby and I have eaten here twice in 2 weeks, customer service was awesome both times. From the greeter to the waitresses to the Managers, we were ask how everything was several times which I loved. Haven't had customer service in over 5 years like we experienced @Red Robin in Morgan Hill, CA. Thank you for being kind and liking your job, definitely will be back😁my hubby loves the burgers🍔😄

Today was my first time at Red Robin [RR] (9/1/22). (It was a little after one when I arrived.) I'm impressed. The gentleman I was with recommended it, and he was telling me about their onion ring stack, that it was delicious. He didn't lie. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with cheddar (though our waitress, Laura, practically named every cheese under the sun--so they have great variety). Since we were splitting a stack, I opted for the side salad (ranch on the side). The burger was great, and the onion rings were perfect! Perfectly seasoned and accompanied by two wonderful dips. Even the side salad was good--crisp vegetables in a deep (small) bowl. The atmosphere was nice, too. We were seated right away. From our booth, the Giants game was playing across the room The music overhead wasn't too bad. The volume was low enough that it didn't interfere with conversation, and I was only aware of it because one song they played was by a female who could NOT sing! Still, all in all, a pleasant experience. Prices seemed to be the going rate for burger joints. (I think my burger was just over $13.) I would definitely recommend RR to anyone looking for a good burger experience (and WONDERFUL onion rings).

We had a wonderful experience at Red Robin! Our server, Carissa, was incredibly sweet and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The bottomless fries were a delightful treat, and the food arrived quickly and tasted amazing. The spacious and welcoming atmosphere made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We went to red Robin and had the waitress Carissa from start to finish, she was amazing. She was prompt with everything. Got our order right kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning. If you go to red Robin request Carissa, she’s amazing!

I had the veggie burger, onion rings and sweet potato fries. Everything was really good! The onion rings are good and crunchy. The fries were done well, not soggy. The burger was very good. I like that it’s not an impossible burger. They make it.

We had the $9.99 deal which included a delicious hamburger fries and a soft drink. Candy at McDonald's for that price and it's far better.

We have really been liking this Red Robin lately. The food has been exceptional. Our orders have all been correct, hot and very tasty. Their Whiskey River BBQ Burger is so yummy and their onion rings are some of the best I've ever had. They are crisp, hot and perfectly breaded. We have had some of the best wait staff lately too. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Excellent customer service by Joshua and loved how the manager Autumn was leading by example. Joshua didn’t skip a beat and I never once had to ask for anything as he was on top of my table and others . Thanks for the great dining experience! Oh and food was also excellent so kudos to the kitchen and all staff who was working tonight!

We walked into Red Robin at 5:20 on a Monday night. Not terribly busy, but in the middle of a shift change. Due to a miscommunication we didn’t have anyone taking our order. We flagged down the next person we saw, and Trust was our guy! He took care of everything from that moment forward and was great! Super attentive, very friendly, and accommodating. I felt like he went more than above and beyond for us to make up for our initial wait! Quite honestly, this went from not a great start to the best service I’ve had at any Red Robin ever. And I’ve been to them from California to South Dakota. Get this guy a raise because he is great at what he does! Highly recommend this location for their food quality as well. Burgers were perfectly cooked and everything came out great!

They were swamped when we went to pick up our takeout. They gave everyone a free rootbeer float for the wait time, which was amazing. The burger is the best you can get anywhere. 😋

Update: We came back to this location recently, a few months after our most recent visit, and the difference was night and day. Not only was the food excellent across the board, but the server was the same individual we had during our previous visit, and his service was fantastic, even going so far as to assist with non-fountain drinks when the bartender wasn’t available. Overall, this most recent visit was a great experience. Everyone has off-days, of course, which seems likely what happened the last time we were in. Very good to see that our rough visit last time was the exception, not the rule. ——— First, I would like to say I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had an issue before. This most recent visit, however, was just awful. When we got there, we were set to order the advertised deal, but were told we couldn’t, because they didn’t have the “right sized patties,” and needed to get more, and we were told to order off the main menu. Weird, but we understand sometimes certain products just run out. The demeanor of the server, though, made it very clear he didn’t want to be there, and didn’t want to be serving us, or seemingly anyone else. The server passed us by multiple times before even putting silverware and napkins on the table, and then passed us by a few more times before asking for our drinks. When we were finally able to order, he seemed very bothered and impatient, even though we ordered quickly. When he brought our food and an extra basket of fries, he practically “tossed” the food on the table and walked away, the first time almost before we could ask for straws and dipping sauce, and the second time before we could ask for refills. We were there an hour, and only received our initial drinks, no refills at all. A manager did come by to check on us once, in the very beginning, but then nothing after that. We’d understand limited service if it was a busy night, but we were one of only three or four tables he was serving. After receiving an extra basket of fries, only a short time after our meal was quite literally “dropped” off, we didn’t receive any further attention for about fifteen minutes. We had planned to get dessert, but frankly didn’t want to wait another 20+ minutes, so we finally left. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we’ll be thinking twice before returning.

Great service,very friendly! Needed to use the restroom on the way to Monterey, ordered pretzel bites and cheese appetizer (The Best Pretzel Bites I've ever had! Not too Doughty top was very crispy!) They were ready in less than 10 min. Look forward to going back for a gourmet cheeseburger, haven't had one since Red Robin left the Newpark Mall in Newark,CA. Dale is a life saver. I had not eaten food yet that day. My sister suggested that we go out to eat. I was very hungry, but also didn't want to pay to eat out. I explained this predicament to Lauren and she said that she would pay. My predicament immediately vanished and I was ready to go out. I suggested we go to Red Robin because they had outside seating and I'm obsessed with the sun. I can't get enough of that vitamin D. So Red Robin is where we ended up going. To plan for this sun encounter, Lauren brought sunscreen. I also brought my keys for some reason even though we didn't take my car. When we got there we were able to get what felt like a front row seat to the sun. We both ordered impossible burgers and they were delicious. When we were driving out of the Red Robin parking lot, Dale, our waiter, came running out with my keys I had forgotten. It was like something out of a movie. He handed me my forgotten keys. We were very appreciative and then started driving off once more. When we were just about to leave the parking lot, Dale came running out once more. At this point I just thought he wanted to be friends and I was excited about the new possible friendship. I was ready to hang on his every word, but then I saw him lift the sunscreen bottle. Apparently, Lauren forgot the sunscreen. It must run in the family. Anyways, the food was great here and the service from Dale was above and beyond.

My wife and I went for the great burgers and we were not disappointed! I had the mushroom burger with a lettuce bun and a nice Guinness to wash it down. We had a short stack of sugared donuts for dessert. YUMM!

A wonderful place to dine, but also quite busy. Due to this, my interactions with the staff were unfortunately limited. I can't hold thst against them though. It just means they were doing their jobs, which I appreciate and applaud. The food was delicious and fairly priced for what was given. The time it took was also relatively quick too. That was a major plus in my eyes. The little kiosk ordering device at my table didn't seem to want to work though. Hopefully they'll get that fixed.

Went Saturday at 6pm and we were immediately seated (family of 4). The restaurant wasn't too busy ordered drinks, apps and meals all came in a timely manner. My daughter ordered a salad asked for no tomatoes (food allergy) and her salad came with tomatoes. It took 15min for a replacement salad. My husband ordered garlic fries and got regular fries. This was my first experience at a Red Robin, and I have to say it was pretty decent. Like many, I was stuck in traffic on the 101 just north of Gilroy, so I decided to get a bite to eat instead of sitting in the highway turned parking lot. The no contact pay-at-the-table was pretty clutch, and I dig the all you can eat fries. Burger was decent for what it was - would have preferred it to be a bit bigger for the price, but not a bad value overall.

This Red Robin's was pretty empty when I got here. So I was able to get seating and help right away. The waitress who helped me was very attentive but wasn't annoying. I think she noticed I just wanted to relax and eat my food so she didn't ask me too many questions. I'd definitely recommend this place. Note: The bathrooms are also very clean.

Went for lunch and didn't have to wait too long for indoor dining considering they are only open for limited indoor seating. Had the Caesar Chicken wrap and tortilla soup and it's actually really good. The burgers are always good as well. A little slow service and they weren't that busy but, overall it was pretty good.

2nd helping of broccoli tender & hot. Salmon tasty but a bit dry. Wished for more tasty coleslaw.

Short on staff, but bery friendly. only had to wait 15 to 20 minutes, the service was great and so was the food. Food was good and hot, just the was we like it. Love there onion rings ❤️. We tried the pretzels bites for the first time, they were really good. We'll order them again . Prices are reasonable .

Convenient and never have to wait long to be seated. The last couple times my burgers haven't come close in flavor like they used to ... my fault for not mentioning it to my wait staff. Other meals and fries were yummy as normal. Atmosphere is good and since this location is never really busy when we've gone, it doesn't get very loud. If you're seated by the back window, you get a view of the adjacent foothills.

We were seated quickly and had our orders taken shortly after that. It took a while to get our appetizers, but after that service was fine. The food was delicious. I have a few dietary restrictions, and they were able to give me a meal that suited my needs. I thought it ended up being a little pricey, but I enjoyed the food. Our waiter was also very nice and quick to help us out.

I took advantage of there $10 meal. Great bargin. So much so that I returned a week later, but to find that they altered the $10 meal by serving much less than they usually do. The hamburger shrunk by 50%. I'm very displeased with this meal. Maybe if they include the "Happy Meal toy," it's supposed to come with we can order for the kids.

Red Robin is predictable that's why I went. Good enough for the price and the atmosphere is fine. This specific location was remarkably busy for a Sunday afternoon. I enjoyed a simple Sunday after my meal.

Great burgers, sumptuous sides and mighty milkshakes. You can count on Red Robin to deliver some mighty tasty food. We like the mushroom burger and endless steak fries. We recommend spending a couple of dollars to upgrade those fries to garlic fries. Milkshakes are great but you better be really hungry because they give a very generous portion. Deserts are delicious so if you can, save some room to enjoy them. Returned in December 2025 and there is a fantastic $9.99 deal for a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. You can customize & upgrade for reasonable amounts. What a great deal !!!

Good burgers and awesome fries (try them with the house seasoning). Service is always a gamble: on some days, you'll get a very attentive and prompt server. On others, you'll wait for a long time before being served. I like this location because it tends to be less crowded than other Red Robin locations. Also, this particular restaurant is not as large as some other stores of the same chain.

This location is consistently average but a welcome respite on a long drive. Tap beer selection is good. Burgers are consistent. We recommend the clucks and fries in addition to the burgers. Service is lacking in that they are slow to get your table order. Once the order is in, they are good because you can check out on your own using the kiosk on the table.

The staff was awesome. The Ribs were Ok for a not BBQ place, maybe a 3.5. The burger, Gourmet Burger was cold with room temperature fries. We sent it back. The replacement burger was smaller than an In and Out patty. Not sure where their big juicy burgers went. Wont return 😔

Went in on a Wednesday evening, ee were seated quickly, however, we waited a good 15+ minutes for anyone to even bother to acknowledge us. Finally our order was taken, but the only other time a server or anyone came back to us for anything was to deliver or food order. The food and atmosphere are Red Robin yummmm good, luckily.

We did a to-go for the first time tonight. The service was speedy enough. The food was good enough. My complaint is with the “Classic size milkshake being only about 8oz. It is served in a 12 oz cup with 4 oz of whipped cream. No question that this is less than half the size of a classic milkshake in-store. It is the same price as in-store. When I brought it up to the server I heard “tell me about it”. Guess what? THAT IS WHAT I WAS DOING! A bit more employee customer service training might be good. Along with bigger to-go shakes. Sorry to be petty but the size would have been ridiculously small in a kids meal.

Food was good but the service was trash.

Recently, we visited Red Robin because we were craving their food. The wait time was reasonable, about 30 minutes. After being seated, our server took a while to acknowledge us. He passed by us multiple times without informing us he’d be coming soon, which was disappointing. When he finally arrived, he took our drink orders, and we knew exactly what we wanted to order. Our appetizer arrived promptly. However, our two children’s meals arrived significantly later than ours. Unfortunately, my husband had already finished his meal by the time theirs came. This was a major disappointment. Management came to our table to apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture, but I was too upset to stay. I was ready to leave and requested boxes for takeout. The manager asked what I wanted her to do since I was so upset. I didn’t know what to do, but I’m a reasonable person and wanted to pay for my food. However, I kindly asked her to take care of the children’s food since it had arrived so late and they were uninterested by the time it got there. I’m so disappointed with this visit that it makes it difficult for me to want to return to Red Robin in the future.

Haven't been to any Red Robin's in years. Seems to not have changed much. Burgers and sides are good. They say bottomless but seems they purposely keep you waiting. Sure did bring the check quickly though, which was wrong and needed to correct the overcharges. Plenty of burgers and beer places now to choose from.

Feels very disconnected between the wait staff with all the electronic ordering and purchasing. The busser helped more us than anyone and cleaned our table.

It's a chain, but if you gotta do a chain this is the one to do. The food is always good and they have great service at the Morgan hill location. The fries keep me coming back. Fries are endless, although the amount they serve with meal to start is so little. Good news is they bring more if you ask.

Never had been to a Red Robin before. Food was mediocre, and the service was the same. If not worse. Although they are very nice, but need some help in the remembering part of the job. Coffee is horrendous, even after they made a brand new pot. More like coffee flavored water. And again to their credit, they were very nice, and they took it off the bill. But don't order their coffee because it's a total waste of time.

Food was standard quality for RR. Asked for no pink and well done burger. Was overall cooked to order but there was minor pink on the edge. Unusual place for pink from an overall charred patty. Fries were hot and great texture. Important: witnessed an employee wash their hands incorrectly and was in clear violation to health standards. Manager: re train and reiterate the importance of proper hand washing for ALL employees. not just cooks. You are responsible for folks health and poisoning can take weeks to recover. The employee needs to properly and thoroughly wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. This employee was all over the restaurant touching multiple high touch points for customers. Please do better. Facilities overall clean. Attending wait staff were very friendly. Public: Late last year the Health department has given this location a 86/100 safety score with one major violation of potential contamination and a minor violation for unsafe holding temperature. Mgmt go ahead and reach me if you need details of the employee mentioned.

Stopped in for as late lunch, at the Morgan Hill R.R. we were seated quickly and our server was quick to give us menu's and take our drink orders. I ordered the Burnin' Love Burger, cooked medium. Our orders were prepared rather quick and hot. I was a little disappointed with my burger as it didn't have any pronounced flavors. Chipotle mayo tasted like thousand island dressing, not much heat in the fried jalapenos, the bun was a Kaiser cornmeal roll without jalapenos in it, rather a blackened whole jalapeno stuffed in the burger. The meat was a perfect medium, but my opinion is this burger was a miss on the taste profiles. We did get drink refills, refills on the fries a d the service was great. Next time, I think I'll order my favorite, the Royal Robbin.

Great service, yet horrible food. We ordered two burgers, fries each, and shared onion rings. The onion rings were great, the fries were only okay, but the burgers sucked. I ordered the garlic fries which sounded delicious, but was disappointed to find it only a little bit of diced minced garlic (the kind you would get from a jar) and some dry shredded parmesan cheese on top. Both of the burger smelled burnt before it even got to the table. Ordered it with "a little bit of pink" (you had the option of either "no pink" or "a little bit of pink") yet it was somehow still over-cooked and burnt. You could honestly get much better food almost anywhere else.

Went to eat here tonight and the burgers tasted stale and dry. Quality has definitely gone down.

Went in and asked to be seated in the bar. I was waiting for a friend. I was told that I couldn't be seated for at least 15 minutes because only 2 servers showed up and they were trying to get caught up. I asked for a menu and was told no. When finally seated (after a 20 minute wait and an empty restaurant), the waiter seemed very perplexed about us being seated in his area. The food was subpar at best. My burger was undercooked. My friends mozzarella sticks were barely melted. I used to love Red Robin, but I dunno if I'll be going back after this experience.

Our server was amazing. But every single thing was taking forever to come out. When things arrived, they were cold. They "ran out of mac n cheese" so one of my kids meals took about 15 min longer to arrive. My food was actually cold, not just room temp. Our server apologized and said he was sending the manager over, which we didn't ask for, but even that never happened. We couldn't wait any longer and left.

​I visited this Red Robin and had a disappointing meal despite the staff's efforts. My shrimp arrived burnt, and though the manager was very kind and replaced it immediately, the second batch tasted terrible. Additionally, the ribs tasted like hot dogs, leaving me unable to finish even half of my plate. I left with a full table of wasted food and no desire for a to-go box. While the management is excellent, the kitchen quality was a massive letdown.

The food was a bit too expensive for what it was. The service was super slow and they weren't slammed with business. The whole place seemed a bit "sticky". When the waiter finally brought our change he apologized for not having any coinage and just rounded up to the nearest dollar. Not the best experience.

Rude and scatter brain manager. We called to find out how long of a wait there was. We’re told 15 minutes. We are 3 minutes max away. Went right over. Waited behind a couple for 10 minutes at the hostess stand. They asked to sit and the bar and were rudely told no and argued with. The bar tender “doesn’t do food” and it was at least 30 minutes. They walked out. She turned away from us as they left and we stood there for another 5-8 minutes before she came back. We had 6 people-4 kids, 2 adults. She says 30-45 minutes. We said we just called and asked and we’re told 15 minutes. Her rudeness and conversation went down hill from there. While all this were going on, there were 3 parties waiting in the lobby. When we sat down she told us we could stay!! The parry of 4 behind us also left because of what went on. If there isn’t enough help, shut it down. If the staff can’t be professional, get rid of them! She said she had been there 13 hours and was tired. Don’t waste your time!

Noisy smelly and the service was slow, not clean Floors, food overpriced undercooked. We gave them a second chance and they came up very short again, so never again.

I should have read the reviews before we stopped here..We were there for 45 minutes before we got served. There was only 6 people in there and they were all served. Our entress came at different times. The fries were cold and dried like they were leftover from lunch. Probably reheated. We had to ask the waitress for straws. We went there for fish and they said the fryer wasnt working yet we got fried hot chicken! Didnt make sense. I ordered an avocado hamburger with basically no avocado . These hamburgers are completely overpriced! I also ordered the new cheese fondue. The waitress gave it to me with nothing to eat it with. She said you’re supposed to eat it with your fries but by the time I got the fries with the burger the cheese fondue was so cold. For what we paid one would think they would taste great. But I will NEVER take my family there again. The purple hair waitress needs more experience. We didn’t even eat the food. We asked for boxes and took all the food home and fed it to the dogs…This site destroys Red Robins reputation.

We stopped here on our way to Pismo beach. Our server came and got our drink order after 5-10 minutes of waiting. She then took our order and we didn’t see her again until we were done eating. Someone else brought our food and our condiments. We had to stop random people for drink refills. They never came back to see if we wanted more of our all you can eat sides. We ordered drinks from the bar and they did not bring them until we were done eating. The manager brought our ticket and was very rude and took forever! I would not suggest eating here! Worst service I have ever experienced!

The service at this location was horrible! Paid for endless salad and fries and got None of it! Waitress hurried us up so she can clock out and took over 10 mins to get someone to help us get to go boxes. And I like Red Robin!

Onion rings were the best item we ordered, but napkins and table settings were delayed because our server was playing hard to find. Chicken sandwich was prepared with green, unripe tomatoes, and the side salad was lackluster. This is a region with abundant agriculture, and it's reasonable to expect fresh, flavorful produce. Men's room was gross with a hole in the wall near urinal and overflowing garbage can. No, I'm not going to notify you of bathroom condition, get your staff in there and take a look on a schedule. Overall, experience was poor, with environment of apathy.

The employees were very unprofessional sitting on side lines talking loud cussing like it was a social gathering for them instead of work. We were very disappointed because we love Red Robin there food is usually amazing but the atmosphere today was very upsetting.

Absolute trash! After eating there I’ll say it was the first time I’ve ever tried to vomit. Stomach pains soon after eating here. It’s very dirty inside & smells unpleasant. Eat at your own risk.

Worst service, terrible drinks, overinflated prices and we were the only ones in the place. One confused waitress. Food was okay but not commensurate with the price point. Will never go back there again.

We went on a non busy day our food was cold, burgers weren't fully cooked our server would avoid our table as much as they could i had to literally get up and hunt down any server for them then to tell me I'll find your server to then disappear too. The service sucked, our food was again undercooked and cold and soggy by the time we got it, and we paid through the nose for garbage! My family and I were so disappointed we vowed to never come back ever. The very first time we had ever been there and this was the last time. I was disgusted by the lack of quality in the food, they need to change there slogan from Red Robin yumm, to Red Robin YUUUCK! if you're serving cold and undercooked food, especially chicken tenders there's an issue with that. They need to reevaluate this franchise and make it better. It ruined my son's 18th birthday. Even the Mac and cheese he ordered came out of the bowl completely that's how solid cold it was, we paid our $180 check for 5 people which was ridiculous and then for the system to ask for a $30 tip for a non existent server, ha! Ridiculous prices, for crappy cold food. I could've gotten a better burger at in-n-out.

So they changed the bottomless sides. Used to be able to choose between sides. Now they charged us an extra 10 bucks for sides. You are no longer able to switch between bottomless sides. Big mistake. That was the best part. Guess time to find a new place to eat.

My order was wrong and I never got the opportunity to have it fixed since my server, Ashley, was spending more time conversing with her colleagues than attending to the tables. I had ordered the bottomless side Caesar salad but never got a refill because Ashley never returned to our table after the food was dropped off. It took another server seeing us looking lost for 10 minutes to come by and ask if we needed anything which was simply a to go box for my daughters meal for us to be able to leave. Unfortunately based on this experience we won’t be back which is sad since my spouse loves Red Robin.
