10/10 my salad wasn’t even on the menu but they had it before Zack asked Jessica and she made it happen! So delicious. Thank you Jessica!
Had the grilled chicken salad and it was really good. Had fresh greens and diced tomatoes and avocado ranch dressing that is very good. Used the app to order and since it was the first time to use it, got free chips and salsa! When we arrived to the restaurant, checked and got our food quickly. Will definitely do this again.
Get a burger. Enjoy it. Don’t whine if ya didn’t listen to my advice.oh yeah. Great service from the bartender during the day. He’ll steer ya the right direction on the order.
We were seated right away. Our server was awesome. I believe his name is Will. The food was great. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and we never had to wait for our drinks to be refilled . The restaurant was clean and seemed to be well run. I'm sure we'll go again.
Whatever time of day or how I order (To Go or Curbside), I am treated so well! The servers are so friendly and easy to talk to! This has become my favorite Chili's to come to!
This is the most fantastic chilis I have ever been to. Food was great, as always. But the personalities of the staff (Ava, Jessica etc) as well as the locals made me feel like I was at home. Can’t thank them enough for making me feel at home 🙏🏻
My husband and I had the best waiter James at the Mt. Pleasant, TX restaurant. The burgers and fries were delicious and the chips and salsa were also delicious. James was not only working the bar but also taking orders and bringing them to the table and he did a fantastic job taking care of us. A big congratulations goes out to this young man. He not only works but is in school and will graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Not only is he a hard worker at Chili's but a very smart young man. If you get the chance to visit Mt. Pleasant Chili's ask for James and you will not be disappointed.
The waiter here was so kind and pleasant. His attitude and demeanor was polite. Chili’s needs attentive waiters like him.

My wife and I stopped here after a long day! My review is based on the manager and food not the waitress. She was horrible and very unfriendly. The manager was great very friendly, explained the menu and even took the time to come offer an apology. The fajitas are wonderful and came with plenty of food. The molten cake was out of this world delicious.
The staff at this Chili’s really cares about getting it right! I mentioned a food allergy when ordering, and not only did the waitress listen, but she and the manager both oversaw my food to ensure that it was prepared safely for me. While that meant a delay in receiving my food, it also meant that I went home without getting sick and the manager took the time to come to our table to personally explain the delay. The food was fantastic!!! It really does count to have staff that cares!
I can’t even remember having Chili’s as a child and is never an option for me until last night. It was above expectations! A couple things that lacked was ending delivery early for the day, the system not notifying order complete, not having anymore plastic wear, and a bit too expensive! However, the outstanding customer service and quick adaptability negated that. Shout out to the cashier!! Great customer goes a long way! The food was pretty delicious for the most part. It passed the taste test for all five little kiddos which is pretty tough to beat!
Just had one of the best experiences at Chili’s thanks to our server, Aubrey! 🙌 She was super attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and was incredibly respectful the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her job and her customers. Aubrey deserves a raise! 💯 Big shoutout to Jessica, too, for being such a great manager. Hadn’t been in over a year because it had gotten so bad. But we took another chance and now we’ve been two weeks in a row. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is attentive but not intrusive, the service is exactly as service should be, and the food is delicious. We’ll probably start going two or three every month like we used to before it became unpleasant.
Reishia (sp?) was very friendly and efficient. She made me two superb Mango Ice Teas. We both had burgers and they were excellent.
I went in with my grandmother, we had the waitress Kinsley. I believe her name was. She was extremely helpful, consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. And even went a dozen beyond to send chips and salsa home when I was just gonna bag what we had left of ours.
We had a wonderful dinner at Chili's tonight. We sat in the bar area. Food was very good and our waitress,Kyleigh, was awesome. She was very courteous and explained the menu items perfectly. We will definitely return.
Simone was our waitress this evening and she was super helpful. We were tired and hungry and had been traveling. She helped us find what we w were looking for. We had a complicated order and it was 100% right. Drinks were refilled promptly. Appetizer was out fast. Just a overall wonderful experience.
Dined in (11/28/25) with a party of five. Two adults, two teens, and a toddler. The hostess met us at the door and made conversation about Spiderman because our son was wearing a Spiderman beanie. She observed how many were in our party , gathered our menus, and showed us to our seats. The server was a young male (so sorry I cannot recall his name). We were greeted with a smile and ordered our drinks. He offered appetizers. We wanted queso but they were out. He did apologize and recommended other options. Very nice and knowledgeable of the menu items and listened to our order patiently. He refilled drinks without having to ask and our food was served in a timely manner. All orders were received and correct.The atmosphere was quiet and calm. We were the loudest ones there lol. The manager even greeted us. When they found out it was my birthday they gave me the lava cake with ice cream. Very nice staff and excellent service. Everyone was competent and most importantly NICE. I have enjoyed every experience with them and will continue to dine there in the future.
Staff welcomed us as we walked in the door. Everything was clean and well put together. The food came out perfectly and the service was great! Very impressed with the entire experience!
We were staying at a nearby campground and decided to eat dinner here since it was raining!Crystal was our server and she made our dinner so enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about items on the menu and answered all of our questions. She continually checked on us, as well as others, to make sure we were all okay or if we needed anything. We loved how cheerful and friendly she was because we have experienced differently elsewhere. The whole server team gathered, and I believe even the manager did too, to sing their version of Happy Birthday to another customer! So fun! The food was delicious-my husband ordered the ribeye and broccoli and I ordered the Old Timer burger and fries. Our food was delicious. Highly recommend this location of Chili's in Mount Pleasant!
The food in our local Chili's has gone downhill since it first opened. I ordered a medium steak and it came out medium well but close to well done. We waited 20 minutes to be seated while the hostess talked to a table of people then it took 40 minutes to get our food. If the place was full I could understand but the place wasn't. Not a satisfied customer.
I went into the restaurant on Veterans day to have lunch. I was disappointed to see only the cheapest items on the menu are the choices offered to the Veterans. The service was good and my food was served in a timely manner.
I have been coming to this Chili’s ever since it opened, and my love for this location has definitely waxed and waned. I am a part of that generation that grew up on Chili’s, so there will always be a soft spot in my heart for it. Unfortunately, however, this specific location is a huge hit or miss. However, the bartender, James, has an infectious great attitude, energy, and just always seems to be incredibly happy. The last handful of times he’s been our waiter, he’s made sure that we had everything we needed, got out refills, and even anticipated things like to-go drinks and desserts. Whatever my reservations about this location may be, this one bartender has restored my faith in Chili’s as a whole. …now if they could just find a cook that knows how to properly grill a steak…😂
Lately they are ALWAYS out of Mac and Cheese and Sausage. I personally dont care for sitting in the bar area as it seems we weren't checked on often enough. But we do go here often.

I recently visited this Chili’s with my dad. Although we had a bit of a wait to be greeted at the entrance, once seated, our experience improved significantly. Our waitress quickly took our drink orders, listened attentively, and served our food hot and in a timely manner. She checked on us regularly, and another waiter also helped clear our table and ensure we were taken care of. I would recommend dining here—just hoping they aren’t too busy to greet customers promptly, as that would make the experience even better.
Give credit where credit due into this location during an ice storm and add a lot going on but they handled it well. Good crew and staff. Good food thank you
My dates ribs were superb. My Santi Fe salad with grilled chicken was way too spicy for me. I actually gagged a few times.
All in all, we had a pleasant experience at this Chili's despite not being much of a fan. The staff was excellent. I ordered a brisket burger and my partner ordered a salad. We came back later and ordered drinks. The burger was fine but I wish I would have just ordered the brisket quesadillas, I had that debate going on in my head (when in doubt, go for the quesadillas). My partner ordered coffee and she said it wasn't good. Our server promptly apologized and took care of it. All was well.
Enjoyed a family outing. Everything was good, except it took over 50 min for food to come out. It was a busy night, 2 orders went to another table, so they had to remake those orders, then they ran out of an item (had to make more - corn). The manager came out (she was super nice and apologized for the mishap in meals).
This is the first time I've been back in a few years after having too many disappointing food outcomes. We came for lunch and I did the lunch combo where I got a soup bowl (enchilada chicken) and half grilled chicken bacon avocado sandwich. It usually came with fries but they were not busy and the waitress allowed me to switch to black beans. The food was very good this time, perfect lunch portion and the staff attentive. The audio going on inside wasn't too loud either which allowed us to talk to each other in normal tones. Loud background while I'm dining drives me nuts.
Was better than two years ago. Gave up on it then, decided to try again. Food tasted better, but please serve the french fries hot. Cold fries are awful. Also don't make the customer asked for napkins and silverware. Waitress forget to bring our appetizer for the lunch special. So just small improvement.
Asked for well done burgers both were stopped together as u can see in the photos an both were pink inside. Food was sitting on a cart by the door so it was cold

This was a year ago... The place and most of the people are a 5. The take out I recieved last night was below a 1. I sympathized due to the situation we're in, but the food was trash. This was 5.31 Dining in was better with the food. The waiter did nothing. The manager brought our food and refilled our drinks. I am going to go from 2 stars to 3 because the food was good today and the manager that did the work. The smokehouse comba was good. It cost 17.79. A little high but okay. Waiter messed the order up and manager fixed it. This place will never be better than 3 stars unless the service and food truly changes.
Got the chicken fajitas. Chicken was rubbery . Brought us corn and flour tortillas and the corn tortillas were so dried out they were broken into strips whenever we opened the package. The waitress was doing the best she could as there were only two waitresses in the entire building as they were short wait staff. The manager was running food out as fast as they could prepare it so they were doing the best they could. However the Neverending chips and salsa was great. The restaurant was very cold.
Service was excellent. The food wasn't that great. I ordered a half order of ribs and i got 3 ribs that was mostly just bone. Roadhouse ribs are way better and you get more for a half order. Wife got steak and shrimp. Steak was great but the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery and the broccoli was crunchy and not steamed properly. We payed $47 for the meal.
Service was great for lunch and the bartender cheerfully changed the TV to one of the FIFA games for us. The food was okay, not great but edible. There weren't many people eating or drinking so we had the place to ourselves.
Food was good. But everything was all over the place with service, food coming at different times, not completely giving table drinks… Hire more staff on Saturday’s and servers can actually concentrate on their table.
I ordered the the Chipotle Fresh Mexican Bowel to go. It was not fresh. The Mexican rice was hard and stale. Maybe I should have eaten inside the restaurant, maybe than it would have been fresh or I could send it back at least but I had it to go. I ate it because I payed for it but it wasn't good, and every bite had hard rice. Maybe if you want fresh food, don't take it to go and don't have it delivered.
I order the same thing every time. They must have got a new cook because it was actually well prepared. I stopped going for a while due to my favorite meal not being done correctly. As for the server. Well she wasn't very good at her job. I ended up having to get my own to go containers off the bar and calling her over at least once because she rarely checked on us and when she did it was in passing. After we got our appetizers we were beginning to think she thought that's all we wanted because we ended up having to call her over to order, not only our food, but another beverage as well. We were sitting in the bar and I told my husband maybe we should move TO the bar and get better service from the bartender but we chose not to do that. We paid through the little kiosk and went on our way. I'll probably go back sometime but won't be sitting in the bar.
Today I wanted something other than a quick lunch so I stopped into the local Chili's. I decided on the margarita chicken with black beans and rice. The chicken was moist with a good flavor that finished citrusy. The beans were cooked well and had a decent flavor also. The rice was unfortunately cold and under cooked. They could have taken the time to clean up the plate a bit but that's just my opinion. There were only about 6 tables when I walked in so the service was fast and friendly. They always have an upbeat environment here with the music and employees.
Our visit 2 weeksw ago was bad. One person food had to be to go because it took so long to redo food because of quality of order. Manager said he would take care of the bill and then as we were getting up to leave a waiteress said here was our bill. The manager decided that he would not take care of it, but did take 12.50 off. This was an insult for the price ticket. Our male waiter switched with a female and told her he was leaving for the day. He was sweeping the floor the rest of the time we were . Had not been for a year but hoped that service had gotten better.
When arriving, being seated for 2 was told it would be a 35 minute wait @ 4:15 pm. Tables and booths we're open everywhere. Asked to be seated at bar and was. The house margaritas were off the chain great on point!!! I ordered a medium rare steak and it was well no pink showing. Then it was so over seasoned that it was beyond salty. Literally burned my tongue with the salt brine. I ordered cole slaw, and was served dry shredded cabbage with no dressing nor seasoning. Thank God for the margaritas.
Order their secret sauce burger that was supposed to come with sautéed onions and it came out with raw purple onions. Disappointed because the burger has 3 ingredients other than the patty. Seems like it should be pretty simple one to get right. The cheese was hard and burger dry. Fries were not any better some were under cooked and some over cooked. The best tasting item was the ranch. On the beverage side the beer was decent. Service wise I felt like we were being rushed the whole time from ordering our drinks to our bill even though it was not even at 25% capacity. Was very disappointed and will show the videos and pictures on my social media of the whole experience.
Chili's food is always awesome. I love the chips and salsa I can't get enough of the salsa. If I could buy a gallons of it and bring it home I would. As far as the presidential Margarita goes, they're normally good. The last time I went, the bartender made my presidential margarita with well ingredients. It was the only time that I've never liked the presidential margarita. Presidential Margarita is a top shelf product and should be made accordingly. Make sure your bartender does it right
The food was cold. The steak wasn’t any good. My husband said it tasted like it had been frozen then cooked. The Cajun shrimp pasta would have been good if it hadn’t been cold. The toast with it was hard. The best part of the meal was the girl that brought it out was nice. But that’s about all we liked about it :(
Food was great, service was horrid. Messed up the order, took forever to fix, never refilled drinks or checked on us. The "manager" and like 3 servers were just standing around laughing and jokeing while people needed tings. On the bright side, the food was reallt good once we got it, but probablly wont be back. this is the 2nd time we have had poor service here
Not a stellar experience here. When we arrived, we were told there were no burgers available as well as a few other items. A few minutes later, we saw an employee come in with several packages of ground beef. (supply chain issues?) Skillet queso was served cold. We asked for a replacement and it was lukewarm. The southwest eggrolls have shrunk considerably and other food was mediocre at best. Our server was great, though! PS Someone was vaping at the bar and no one said anything to him.
Had house salad that was barely a salad so small and don't know what was up with the cook but burger bites was well done and burnt. The hostess that sat me down seemed as if she was on some kind of meds all zoned out and staring at things everytime you seen her, wasn't that busy and floor really needed to be swept. Just not a good chili's. Don't think I'll go back lots of better spots in town.
We had a togo order. They forgot our quesadilla part of the ‘quesadilla explosion salad’. We went all the way back and added a spinach queso to the order. This (photo) is what we got: raw spinach and a tiny bit of not very melted cheese. Rather pricey for a messed up order and they didn’t even want us to come back for the quesadilla but also weren’t offering to comp us or anything.

Father's Day Dinner. Waitress was good, food and manager poor. Mini burgers on Trio were burnt and hard as charcoal. Like leftovers on grill for 24 hrs. Requested to have them redone. Waitress returned the burnt to kitchen and asked to redo. Waited 20 minutes. Manager said he'd get taken care of... still more waiting. Bill included a charge for replacement and charge for the Rewards of chips and salsa. Asked for manager but never came. Went to front desk and finally an annoyed manager showed up. Much more discussion until bill was corrected. $70 WITH TIP and manager treated us as a nuisance. Very poorly managed Chilis.. worst we've ever experienced.
I ordered tonight on the app and picked it up. I really wanted some asparagus, so ordered an extra side of it, besides the two side items that come with the meal. When I got home, we had everything but the asparagus, but was charged for it. I live about 15 minutes away, so called them to let them know. They suggested I drive back up there to get it. By the time I would have gone and got back, my other food would have been sitting on the table at least 30 minutes. Tole them no, I was not coming back. The the guy on the phone got an attitude and ask "Well, just what do you want me to do?". I said, maybe some customer service? They lost a customer over a $3 side dish.
We placed a group order online and we were told that pick up time would be 2:58P. I showed up at 3:15P and only one order was ready. I then waited another 15 minutes for them to “finish making the other two orders”. Probably because they were too busy lip singing and dancing around with the radio to pay attention to what was happening around them. I am all about having fun at work but not when it results in you being 30 minutes late on an order. I get back to work, literally 4 minutes up the road and the two orders we were waiting on for 15 minutes were ICE COLD. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN IN A 4 MINUTE TIME PERIOD!!!! I called the manager and made a complaint as to which she offered to refund us our money by mailing us a check. Each order costing $15-$18. Wanna know how much money we each got back? NONE. We got a $10 gift card to chili’s and honestly, what a freaking joke!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone EVER.
It was horrible! When my order arrived it looked great until I cut my burger in half the beef patty was undercooked. Then I had to wait 20 or 30 minutes for another one to arrive, and it was overcooked and un- seasoned. My fries were cold i had to eat them without the burger. The toppings were on the bottom bun. I would not go back to this one ever 😒 😤
Margaritas were good. Chips greasy. Ask for different ones 3 X's to be told by our server they were all that bad. Manager brought chips greasier than first batch. Buffalo salad had so much blue cheese almost uneatable. Server never once ask how we were or came back other than to set up kiosk for payment. Women's restroom had toilet stopped up when we arrived and when we left. No second drink or anything else. Server could not help me use digital gift card. Overall terrible food with worse service.
Manager on duty on 8-23-22 at 21:50 was unprofessional, rude, and condescending to not only myself and my table, but to her entire staff as well. My colleagues and I were enjoying dinner and drinks. When we stepped outside, we were made aware by the bartender that drinks were not permitted outside. We happily obliged. We returned to our table, & found our drinks had been poured out and after conversing with the bartender, we put it aside and ordered another round. While we were outside, the manager on duty proceeded to lock the door and refused to allow us back inside the building in order to pay our tabs. There were many other patrons in the building still finishing their meals, yet she decided to single us out and refused to allow us to simply pay and leave. As someone who has traveled all over the country, I have never been treated so poorly as a guest and I will not be returning. Shame on this establishment for allowing this type of conduct from their employees.
Ok, so I walked in and they didn’t put us on the list until like 5-10 minutes we were in there and we were the only one waiting to go on the list. Second the waitress was very rude. He basically threw our drinks at us, and we had to wait 30 minutes for a refill on the sweet tea. The chili was horrible, they put little to no cheese on there. When I got my chicken crispies, the breading was not cooked all the way. The waitress never said sorry about the wait on anything. Meanwhile 3 men were aloud to come in without a mask. The waitress was nicer to them and the vibes were horrible, didn’t look sanitary at all. ☹️
We ordered ribeye Medium and BB Ribs for to-go and we received Ribeye Rare which we had to cook after bringing it home since it was raw and the ribs were missing 1/4 of the quantity. Never ordering again.
The cooks and the people preparing food should really wear hair nets. I moved to Mt Pleasant in August of 2019. I have been to Chili's 3 times to eat. Each time there has been hair intertwined with my food. The hair is not sitting on top so I can pinpoint it to be mine or the servers hair. The first time it was packed down in the middle of my rice and the other 2 times the hair has been fried in a chicken strip. Just disgusting.
This place has gone down hill. We love chilis but will not be returning to this location. Always takes forever to get waited on even when there’s no one there. Decided to come try it again since my husband and I were having a date night and it’s the only thing really open late besides fast food and we got our drinks quickly but after that we were there an hour and no one took our order within that time. They were busy but tables that came in behind us were getting waited on and their food. By the time someone came she said it wouldn’t take long for our food so we ordered and when we got it they didn’t even have the order right or ask if we needed anything so we just left.
Went with my daughter and my mom to have a nice piece full dinner and instead was harassed by one of the employees who were sitting at a table by the bar with other people, tried to walk in and out of the bathroom and when doing so I’m being talk bad to and called names and the girl turning around in the chair watching me and then staring at me mouthing things from her table to the point I had to speak to the manager about it! The restaurant may be somewhat decent but some of the staff are not!! We come here almost every week or so or order food from there and take home and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had I would be speaking to the owners of the facility on how their employees affect guest coming in!
We have tried to eat at Mt Pleasant a couple of times. We did not get seated either time. Only one server for the whole restaurant. The management needs to really figure out how to run an eating establishment or get someone that knows how. Even if people call in sick, there should be backups to call. Sunday night ishould have plenty of employees working. We got a gift card for Christmas but I guess we will use it at another location.
No stars for this place. We walked in at 11.00am today, Sunday, the floor was filthy . One of our group headed straight for the restroom & said it was filthy. I told the waitress to bring a check for my drink as we wouldn't be staying & we told her why. She wasn't very nice about it. She didn't even apologize. While waiting on the check, I saw what I thought was the manager peep around the corner & stood looking at us but he never came over. If the dinning room floor & bathroom are dirty at opening time, then there is no telling what the kitchen looked like. We waited in the parking lot for them to open & just us and a couple came in as soon as it opened. My point is it didn't get that from today's business.
It was my grandsons birthday. He choose Chilis because he likes eating there...... The service was NOT good at all. The waitress waited 30 to 40 minutes after she took our order to put in the computer. For the kitchen to start cooking it. People that came in after us placed their order ate and was gone before we even got our food. I understand. The situation of today because of everything going on. But i was NOT impressed with this visit.... It will be awhile before i go back if i do .
Horrible. Had to ask someone to even come take drink order after waiting 20 minutes. There were 12 of us and they brought food and said I think we have it all. 5 people were literally missing their meals. Then they brought 4 and had to go turn in the order for 1 more person who ended up having to eat by himself because everyone else was done. Then I sent mine back because you could tell it had been sitting back there. It was cold and hard. Pitiful service and food!!
I placed an online order for just 1 dish, a simple chicken pasta. I checked in via curbside and waited for about 20 min after the pickup time, nobody ever came to bring the food out. So I go inside and asked one of the greeter if the food is ready, and eventually the people at the to go counter finally brought out my food. All in all the service was not bad but the ridiculous wait time as well as the almost raw uncooked chicken is horrible. Just because it’s a busy night doesn’t mean you don’t cook the meat thoroughly. Also the servers need to make the committed food pickup time.
Unedible steak and broccoli dinner and a shiner bock cost me $30 some of the worst food I’ve ever had. I didn’t even finish my beer. Do not recommend tasted like it was out of microwave bag steak was horribly salty and undercooked. Just don’t don’t go there terrible.
Well to say the least after giving them a year and half break because last time we came we ended up walking out hungry because we waited for food for a hour that never got put in that Chili’s still has not changed! When we walk in with less than a half full parking lot us and another group are told there is a wait due to short staff, no big deal right? No wrong we saw our waitress three time when she took our order, when she dropped off the chips and salsa with out a side salad that was ordered and at the very end when she handed us a tablet to pay and as she did I tried to get her attention to get some tops for our dipping sauce and got ignored. The food we waited over 45 minutes for as people that came in way after us got their food 10 minutes after they ordered. Our food was cold and the chicken was not cooked all the way and they tried to microwave french frys. and if you get through with your drink you might as well walk up to the bar and get it refilled because your not going to see your waitress to have them refill it. worst restaurant in mount pleasant!!!
Service was horrible. The food wasn’t that bad. They were out of stuff and they charge us for stuff that we didn’t ask for. The atmosphere sucked. We had to ask for refills. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. We asked for them to put the game on and they put poker on. Just horrible. Just really, really horrible. I’ve never had customer service so horrible. Charged for things we didn’t buy. Ridiculous. Don’t go there.
Was able to get a table but never did get any service. as I was leaving tried to explain to the host at the door and he just smiled and laughed.
Don’t waste your Money, took the wife and family to the Mount Pleasant branch and the tables were dirty and some not even cleaned up yet. Was not busy, my wife ordered fajitas and beans were almost cold and after asking 4 times for the tortillas that she was supposed to get and everyone was done they brought them. Desert was supposed to be warm…. Was not. Food was less than average quality.Never been to a Chili’s like that before. Horrible Management l would say.
WARNING...do not eat there. Jordan the (manager) is beyond rude. I placed an order tonight for 3 Fajita dinners. All shrimp on all 3. When I got home we opened the bag. Crushed chips and one small container of hot sauce for 3 people's dinner. Then opened the 1st container of food. Maybe 12 small shrimp, uncooked bell peppers and onions. Guess what??? That's it!!! No rice, No beans, No tortillas etc... 2nd and 3rd dinner were exactly the same. All missing the food.. I paid 75.00 for 3 dozen shrimp??? I don't think so!!! I called and asked if I could speak with a manager. This is where Jordan the manager comes into the picture. When I asked what my 3 dinners come with, he didn't know and sounded like he had to ask. When I explained to him what I received he interrupted me and said, well what do you want me to do. Very Rudely. I said how about 1st apologizing for screwing up, 2nd offer to replace all of the missing food, or how about re making my order since half of the food is missing. He said, I'm only going to refund you 18 dollars that's all I can do. All the time acting as if I'm a huge bother. Then I asked for their Corporate number. He said , hold on. Put me on hold thinking I would hang up. He finally got back on the phone and said 6 or 7 numbers so fast I couldn't get them. I kindly asked, will you please repeat that. He hung up on me. I immediately loaded the Crap back up and returned it. Jordan was there and I was greeted by a , do you need something. Horrible way to speak to anyone. He really should consider a job where he doesn't have to deal with people or their problems. Finally was able to speak with a Different manager. Supposed to be above Jordan. Wow, he actually acted like he wanted to help. He apologized for their mistake and after I demanded a Full Refund was told that he couldn't do it tonight but that it would take 4 or 5 days. If it's not, further action will be taken. Please Jordan....do everyone a favor....GO HOME!!! Learn what Respect is.
Absolutely horrible experience. I don't generally give reviews. This place needs it as well as attention. Would love to think it was just a one time incident. First, upon getting served a female waitress said "f"@k you". In assuming she was talking to the bar tender who was right there as well we let it slide. But, when the very arrogant,obnoxious and drunk group continued to be served and one of them walked up to the bar when no one was there and drank out of the pitcher of water used to serve all customers and sat it back down, that was a bit much! Even worse when bar tender was informed by another customer and then went over to the table laughing with them. Awful!!!
Service was horrible 😫 They complained about our table was too loud but keep in mind when a game is on people are loud ( Dallas Cowboys and Seattle) to be exact. So while the dude manager was over there talking to us because the lady manager wouldn't come back out after she racial profile our group. The bar area was super loud and I said excuse me but do you hear the bar area over there and he replied WE DIDN'T GET A COMPLAINT ON THEM ITS YALL smh but ok I get it. It took and hour for two people at our table to get their meals and thats after they brought out the others food. Never again will I go eat here again 😒
Our server was super nice and trying her best, sadly though the overall place just really sucked. The food was mid.
We will never go back to this chili’s again. Service started out good and it started going downhill fast my daughter had a starter with her meal and we waited 15 minutes for it to ever come out (we had to remind our waitress) so given that it wasn’t busy we had a waiting time for our food 45 minutes and we didn’t order a steak to order. The waitress was almost nonexistent barely came to our table. I ordered fajitas and my tortillas seemed like they were reheated before they came. And we didn’t even get our dessert because our waitress took forever bringing it to us!!
Rude bartender watched a girl wait for 20 min for a door dash order befor she was even noticed. Drink sat at bar for 15 min before brought to me
Our appetizer did not come before our dinner. Our steaks should have been med rare. Both of our steaks were both med well done. Our to go order was missing part of it for our child who was at work. Bad service and food over all. Sure we eint be back.
Took the waitress 20 minutes to come to our table, 2 out of 4 meals were delivered to the table, the other two came about 15 minutes after. Didn't eat together. My chicken and fries were cold, my husbands burger was burnt. Waitress never did a check up on us to see if all of our food was delivered. Poor service. Won't be returning. I hate to waste $70 for cold food. Her name was Ashley. Update: they gave me $30 to come back. What a joke.
I can't rate their food or atmosphere because we walked in and were never greeted or seated. After nobody even acknowledged our presence for a few minutes we decided to leave. It wasn't even busy and there were plenty of servers in sight. Perhaps they aren't allowed to seat customers and leave that for the host/hostess, but a guest should never be left unrecognized. They not only lost my business for this date night but for all subsequent date nights.
My husband and Iwent last Saturday and it took an hour before we could even order our food. The bartender was super busy …There was no help for her!! that’s management fault she had no help. She was trying to service a full bar. I ordered a glass of water how to get our own utensils. Finally our appetizer came out we did eat so we sat there and sat there to order our main entrée and no one ever took our order, so we just got up and left. We did pay for the appetizers and the beer was completely out. My husband wanted a Coors and they had none that is management fault!. The bartender was super nice, but she could not handle a full bar of people no manager standing around seeing what was going on. This is ridiculous. You don’t run a place of business like this.!! It’s our only Chili’s and we try to visit there often, but I will not go back until things change. !!! MANAGEMENT!!!!
Slow Service and not followed up with to see if anything was needed. Food took way too long and two out of three orders were wrong and did not taste good either. Won't be back to this location. The one in Sulfer Springs is great.
I wish there was a zero star! My sister and I wanted to eat dinner there but we ended up leaving. They sat us quickly but after 10 minutes with nothing, not even water we left. It wasn't busy, there were 3 wait staff standing around talking and we even heard them trying to figure out who our table belonged to. The table behind my sister was waving their hands around teying to get help. They were terrible! I guess they didn't need my tip & I can tip very well.
My wife and I came in during the height of lunch time, around 12:30 on a Saturday. Parking lot was pretty empty, that should have been the first clue. First thing we noticed when we walked in was the restaurant did not smell good, like someone had thrown up and was just cleaned. We were seated and our drink orders were taken like normal. Then 15 minutes go by and our waitress was nowhere to be found. We decided to leave as the wait was too long.
I guess manager Jeremy was to busy flirting with younger staff then to come apologize to me when bartender told him about my experience! $11 sandwich, the lettuce is all over the fries, sauce is a little dab and more off sandwich then on it! Bar was sticky, bathrooms were horribly nasty and smelled of urine, how is this place ran so poorly? This place definitely screams “manager doesn’t care” !
