We ordered 3 shakes, 2 medium & 1 large. It took 30 minutes for them to bring 3 shakes to us. Service was disappointingly & unacceptably slow. When the shakes were finally brought, they forgot to bring straws. We had to walk out of the car to track the staff down to get our straws. Only positives are the shakes were half off & the shakes themselves tasted great.

One of the employees kept us apprised of our status which was nice.... however.... the grilled cheese has ONE slice of cheese, the burger was a hockey puck, and the salted caramel bites were raw. If not for the fries (overcooked, but edible) and onion rings, the entire meal would have gone in the trash. 👎🏼👎🏼

Constant wait everytime we go there-most of the time when its not even busy. Then whenever you want to pay with cash magically not a single employee knows how to do math. The last visit the employee( William) must have assumed that the money I gave him meant he could keep the change for himself. I had to ask him for my change and then wait another 10 minutes for it. This location by far is the worst one that i’ve been to.

Waited a whole 35 minutes in a stall and still didn’t get no service went through drive through and still no service

Horrible, rather just go to taco bell across the street fresher food and they actually get our orders right

This is definitely the wrost experience I have ever had at a sonic. First I just ordered two drinks and that took 10 min when it wasnt busy. Second my drink was a cup of ice with a splash of coke. My wifes drink wasnt even what she ordered. The part that causing me to never go back to sonic ever again was the staff. The women work snatched the card out of my hand and had then had the audacity to lecture me back how my card isnt working. You would think in 2026 a major chain would have chip readers or tap options but its just to advance for sonic

SLOW is an understatement. I have never ordered and received my food in under 20 minutes. Today it took 23 minutes for one burger. Then they shorted my change - handing back nine dollars instead of $9.67- and disappeared back inside never to come back out again. It is faster to drive further to another fast food establishment than it is to wait.

The wait time in drive thru was awful. Just really awful. At least 20 minutes of waiting for them to take our order and that's being at the speaker itself. So we left. Never ever went thru that at a sonics before.

This store is aggravating... The last time I was here my chili cheese coneys looked pretty rough. Took long to get to the car. I went up to where the employees were to ask for an I went up to where the employees work to ask for a fork, I was noticed by an employee but ignored for like 3-5 minutes, when they finally did, I was told they only had a spoon… What fast food place doesn’t have a fork? Tonight, it took so long for one burger that I gave up and left. It said the order was on the way to my car, Nobody was coming, Finally, I got out of the car and walked up to the window, When I looked in, I can see a female employee dancing around rather than working. Place was not busy enough To have this kind of wait. If you have all day, you can patronize this sonic, Otherwise skip it. Employees don’t seem to give a damn.

SLOWWWWW! The drive through was so slow, we mine as well have parked in the little slots and pushed the button to order! Also we asked for ranch for our mozzarella sticks and were judged for it lol! We also said can we get cheese sticks and she felt the need to correct us. Weird.

Have pulled in here several times over the past few months and have yet to order anything because I’ve waited for over 5min for an answer on the intercom every time (drive through or parking spot). Couldn’t tell you how the food is because it’s been years since I ate here but I can tell you the service is terrible. I probably won’t ever pull in again to this particular restaurant.

Terrible service, terrible management. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes, then when I finally had to get out of my car to get the attention of someone, she can’t find my order? They were not that busy. Totally wasted my entire lunch break waiting for food I didn’t even get! Never ever returning.

We tried to order food for 10 minutes. Started at the drive through. No one would speak to us through the intercom. We then went to the car bay, and we pressed the button for service and no one would speak to us through the intercom. Then we got out of our car and up to the foot traffic walk up service platform and still no one would speak to us through the intercom when we could very clearly see people inside. We ended up leaving because we assumed that if this is how they receive orders, I could only imagine how they fulfill orders. We were very disappointed and we hope this isn’t a normal customer experience at this location.

Went to Sonic for lunch, and it took them 20 minutes for me to receive my food. I should have checked before leaving because they gave me a simple cheeseburger. As you can see by the receipt, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. They will rip you off. Never trust this location.
