This place is perfect for picking up simple beverages and getting a nice kickstart into your day. The "kitchen" is clean and the floorplan of the cafe is neat and tidy. The baristas are extremely helpful, creating delicious drinks and warmth every sip! (The reviews from 1-2 stars are insane and rude, please take note; you shouldnt expect to see Mt.Shasta from this angle its impossible and highly idiotic) Would highly recommend! ⭐

After a trip to the ER, we needed a little pick me up before the drive home. Although the customer service was very good, the wait was a little long. My daughter ordered the largest iced caramel macchiato money could buy. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it had a pool of caramel at the bottom that would make you weak in the knees. Haha, well worth the wait.

Great location in Shasta City, CA! Easy to get to off the highway. The staff at this Starbucks were extremely friendly and helpful! The inside was very clean and had plenty of room to drink your coffee and do what ever you needed to do. There is a large boars inside where you can see all the baristas favorite coffee drinks, which I found interesting because it was full of ideas that weren't on the menu.

Very busy shop, the staff were busy and double charged but gave full refund upon request. I like the coffee & settings here.

Coffee and service were good, not sure I would pay $20 for a reusable shopping bag but it was cool looking. Major dislike is dogs inside restaurants or coffee shops. Clearly this is not a service dog, not everyone wants to enjoy their coffee with someone else’s pet!!

It was not crowded and I also noticed the eye play between the employees as to who should go and help me. I ended up ordering my normal beverage and it was good, but I lost interest in the way I was approached. Still, I fairly tipped them.

Lid wasn't put on right and popped right off, coffee wasn't stirred so bitter on top and sweet on bottom, and coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. I know every cup of coffee isn't this bad, but they sure picked my cup to fail on in every way possible.

Two stars because the coffee tasted like Starbucks. I brought in a travel mug that looks brand new with the smallest amount of Starbucks coffee at the bottom from the night before. Zack: “ I can not use that cup.” Why? “ We can’t use dirty cups or cups with build up.” Its just a little coffee. I will dump it out outside. “I already saw it so I can’t use it.” My coffee cup is cleaner that Zack’s t-shirt.

Sensory overload from the moment I walked in. When you open the door there’s a fan that immediately kicks on which was loud, music was loud, hand dryers were loud. Food was subpar.

She then said “well I pumped 4 pumps of chocolate in it” and I said “it tastes like a flat white or something”, she then visibly got upset and said “well I’m sorry you didn’t like it but it was a mocha” in front of all these people inside the store. The lady next to me was shocked how quickly she was to just discredit me on the spot. She didn’t even take the time to look at the drink I brought in. I also observed her talking to herself and grinding her teeth and having darting eyes. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what but I don’t feel like she should be treating people like this when she’s the one messing up. I’ll gladly take the extra time in the morning and just go to the Weed Starbucks at this point.

Don’t come here!!!! Manager is extremely discriminatory towards anyone who looks slightly shaggy or above. Called the cops on some poor hiker passing through for “loitering” but the dude literally bought a drink and had his backpack inside. Even the cops were pissed at the manager. Pink hair shoulder length manager. She made a joke to another customer about how they were lucky the hiker didn’t steal their bike. Absolutely ludicrous. Not cool experiencing this kind of service in such a cool new town to explore.

Morgan the manager has horrible customer service skills. I was treated like I was homeless person trying to rip them off when I went into the store to try to fix my drink after the drive thru made a mistake on my order. Avoid this Starbucks location if you can. Poor management and bad customer service all around

Consistently the rudest employees of any Starbucks, I frequent & I travel so that’s a lot of locations.

Drive Thru is NEVER open. Walked up to cafe and door was locked. All the employees coming in and out to chit chat with someone sitting in their car out front. Starbucks needs to shut this franchise down if the workers are never even operating the way a Starbucks should be. What's even the point? Workers just wait around doing nothing and getting paid. Don't waste your time. Drive a couple more miles down I-5 to the Starbucks at the Weed location instead.

They made my drink wrong and when I asked to have it remade they didn't even fill the cup all the way and still made it wrong. I would not recommend this starbucks if your looking for good coffee that doesn't taste like a cardboard box from a dumpster.

I have been to many Starbucks all over the country and abroad. I’ve been to this one twice and both times it had homeless people inside and outside the store (making it uncomfortable). This is also the first one I’ve been to that doesn’t allow dogs inside. The shift leader “G” claimed she did not want a dog fight because they were understaffed. Maybe they’ve had dog fights in the past? Weird thing to say. There are better coffee shops in Shasta.

While traveling through Mt. Shasta I came to this Starbucks with my wife and dog like any normal day to grab a coffee. My dog was just relaxing getting pets from other customers. A dog came in and our dogs sniffed each other. The other dog growled at our dog who was just saying hi and was taken out by it’s owner.. A few minutes went by while our dog was just hanging out on the floor and we got kicked out of this location. That’s a first out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to with my dog and spent money there that they kicked us out. If you want to go to a Starbucks with your dog skip this place as they are not dog friendly!

Morgan is the manager always ask for a blonde pour over today I feel she was challenged with me asking her for the pour over it made me a dark coffee instead you gave me a lot of attitude when I asked for oatmilk . Not the first time it has happened been there a few times same thing I have a few friends here that also go there similar experience. 🤮

Ridiculous wait time. Staff are rude. I stood in line waiting to order. When it was my turn the lady taking orders walk away to make coffee rather then to help the counter people. If you are in a hurry, don't stop here. They are sloths.

Very disappointed in my 30 dollar order. The venti and grande apple crisps had a small amount of flavor but the venti and grande pumpkin spices had none. The one pictured tasted like burnt coffee and the grande which had no coffee in it just tasted creamy. Would have gone back through the drive through but we had already waited 20 minutes before ordering and are running late for a meeting. Next time we will be trying our drinks before leaving.

Communist Starbucks installed a communal sink for the bathrooms right next to the sitting area so homeless can't clean up. This type of layout is from a Communist Culture in Eastern Europe. The world is not getting better, only the rich are getting richer and the poor getting poorer.

Not recommended the sugar plum Danish. The one on display is way bigger and smcost almost 5 dollars

She even did a whole demonstration proving that the milk curdling was normal and then threw away the demo coffee. Waste for absolutely no reason. No soap in the bathrooms either.
