Good food as always, quick service. Has a playplace, it would be nice to watch my kids and sit outside with the dogs when traveling but there were no tables or chairs in the outside area. I understand but didn’t appreciate it this trip.

McDonalds in Yreka is awesome. The food is usually hot and fresh. The employees put in their all, they are friendly and kind. If there is a mistake they gladly fix it. Been there many times since 2018, its my happy place for when i need a pick me up, last minute dinner or a place to relax and let the kids play in the indoor playground.

This is a cool McDonald's, it's one of the only one's I've seen in a long time that have the playland area for kids. This place was pretty when we came. The store is a big size and they keep it clean. One worker was sweeping and the manager had the other one check the restroom. They seem to take pride in this place. I'm not sure why it has such a low rating. I placed my order on the kiosk and used the restroom. Restroom was clean. I took a few pictures for my review and my order was up in no time. My order was piping hot and fresh, and complete.

Great dining experience! Staff are professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my quarter pounder, it’s on point, moist and warm. McDonald’s Yreka in California is tidy and spotless during our visit, washrooms are clean as well. Easily accessible from I-5 Cascade Wonderland Highway, very close to Yreka Junction, at Fort Jones Road and Moonlit Oaks Avenue. Great location in Northern California.

Stopped here for a bathroom break to Oregon. Restrooms were very clean. Gal in front said hi and was very friendly. Didn't buy anything though. Staff was interviewing a candidate out in the lobby.

Friendly folks, clean and not too noisy. Free RV parking overnight in their gravel overflow lot with good security. Restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday but small bar food is generous and tasty.

There food is very high quality and I have been impressed lately by their good customer service. There used to be some very unprofessional employees and now, not so much. Only one complaint was that she asked us to wait a moment and proceeded to take the orders of the cars in the other row, ignoring us past our turn. We asked "what's going on" to which she replied, "oh you can order when you're ready". Like we asked her to wait. Food was fast and good. Proof that this McDonalds is run by humans.

The play area was very dirty. Toilet paper that was wet was all over the slide. We were greeted very quickly and our order was ready very fast.

I’ve found the food here to be generally on the better end of McDonalds, although sometimes it’s extremely busy, like 8 or more cars in each line sometimes with the math sometimes off so one line never moves but the other moves faster with people arriving later passing people who’ve been waiting longer. Not sure if that’s the restaurant’s fault or human selfishness trying to rush to first in line. Service itself seems quick. Normally I don’t comment on other reviews, but I noticed someone showing photos and complaining about missing game pieces. As was clearly stated in the app and monopoly rules, many items (including those in the photo) come with DIGITAL game pieces in the app, not physical pieces on the item itself.

I travel a lot and this is one of the better McDonalds that i have frequented. Its new and generally clean. The kids play place is unique and my son loves it. Its 3 levels tall with jungle gym and fun equipment and obstacles. I have never waited terribly long at this location and i have been several times now. The bathrooms are ok, they seem to be a little dirty but they are decorated nicely and spacious. This is why i give it four stars instead of five. I recommend the artisan grilled chicken sandwich. It is pricey but that is because it is higher grade food. Real white chicken meat and an artisan roll. The drive through has two machines to speed things up. Overall, if you are in the area stop by here if you are looking for fast food.

The only time my coffee is absolutely 💯 % correct is when Amber is working. And how they treated my very good friend Rob is ridiculous. But the food is consistent like McDonald's should be and the time is most of the time under 4min.

I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal and an extra sandwich and upgraded the drink to a mccafe iced mocha. I spent 19.70. The same amount of food is about 12$ at burger King. The prices are outrageous.

Made by grandson a pancake order at 10:20am. for CURBSUDE as we're driving in and 6 minutes away per GPS. WE GET STUCK AT THE LIGHT like it cycles through 2 sets of letting all lanes, but the turn into McD one. As we're sitting at light my order was canceled at 10:31, so I call explain an she says ok come in ask for gabby, so unload, walk in to packed like all tables full, 5 people waiting to order, 6 people waiting with pick up slips ask for gabby girl says she bust just wait, gabby is expediting orders so when she calls order out, I start to let her know issue she gets short with me, says you didn't pay, I say yes but you canceled so it's trying to send back, I can pay again if need be as a guy is days g she probably ordered at cut off than noo, I ordered at 1020 I say and try showing her bank notification of payment, she gets more irritated an snaps at me we got it ok, bags up order those dropped on counter says check it before you leave., ohh yeah there was 2 pancake orders not 1 so wait for 2nd order an finally walk out at 1048. As I was waiting, 2 more people came in with order cancel issues.

Ordered through DoorDash around 9:30. They threw the cheese and tartar sauce and pickles on the side of the filet o fish. Ordered for my girlfriend. She sent me a picture of it just thrown together. I get it's late. And I'm sorry it was a large order so late, but at the same time.. I spent almost $50 on this order. The dasher Shannon was wonderful though. Perfect five star dasher

Last time I ate here was by far my worst experience with this restaurant. 1st I ordered a bacon cheese burger with nothing but mayo & ketup. There was no cheese. They said come back to get it fixed so I did. This time had cheese but all the fixings as well. They said come back to get it fixed. The 3rd & final time when they we finally able to fix it correctly. I went to get my son from the play area & the manager (Sunshine) thought I'd left the store & she decided to talk bad about me. As I was walking back to the front of the store I over heard her telling a fellow employee that I'd complained so much that they'd had to fix my food 3x & she knows they got it right but she also knows I'd find something else to complain about with my food. When she seen that I hadn't left the store yet she immediately stopped talking about me but by that point the damage was already done. I was eating there or taking my kids there like at least 2x a week & like I said that was my last visit over 1½ months ago. I haven't had any issues with burger King (yet. Lol) I was mad & offended to say the least.

Trash on the floor in front of the counter and under tables showed the place had not been swept or wiped down. Cleanliness could be improved. Sad that the transient population has forced McDonald's and others into treating their customers like four year olds asking to go to the bathroom.

Could be 5 stars except for just 1 issue. They always forget something on your order. Checking the bags when they give them to you helps you catch this before you leave but so many times I was in a hurry and left and realized after I got home that they forgot a few things.

Went through drive through. Ordered sandwiches and an apple pie. At the fist window, the gentleman working informed me there were no pies. It would take 8 minutes to cook or we could change to cookies. I said ok to cookies. Paid. Pulled forward to the next window. Was handed my bag of sandwiches and was informed that they needed me to pull around and wait two minutes for the cookies to bake. I asked why have me change from a pie that was not ready to cookies that are not ready. I asked if we could substitute a hot chocolate. Just looked at me like a deer I. The head lights. Get it together. No pies, no cookies and cannot comprehend the fact that it's a wait for either. Figure it out. First guy was great trying to fix the issue. Second not so much.

Blue vest lady up behind counter says she will be right with me after serving guests in front of me. Cool. Ready to order she keeps finding stuff to do, I get it morning time. She comes up to register fiddles on it doesn't look my way. Not even once, goes to talk to her coworker. Even coworker notices she's not attending to me. Comes back up still no eye contact with me, finally looks over at me says "ready when you are" I repeat I would've had no idea you didn't look my way one bit. Takes my order got a thank you and a quick turn away. No have a good day nothing. I get it, it's morning. Some of us have been on the road hours before you started your shift. A little decency a little uplifting goes along way.

The food was ordered conveniently and quickly through the available kiosk. There were undesirables wandering around outside which was a bit unnerving. Tents in the parking lot right beside. The food was fairly decent price still for fast food for 6. The burgers was better than expected. The fries not so great. The people working were all attentive and quick. BIG ISSUE -- while we were eating, the TV was showing an inappropriate show on CNN. It was some kind of sex exposé. Very graphic to the point we had to send the kids away. The on duty manager quickly came out and turned it off. CNN should not be the entertainment in a family restaurant. It's fake and now apparently filth.

Almost everytime I go there they mess up my order or forget to give me something I order. My husband ordered a double quarter pounder but received only one patty. This has happened quite a few times. A few times they forget little things like fries. I ordered two happy meals and only received one drink. Two day later I ordered two happy meals again but they only gave me one. Than tells me if I want to order another one I have to get back in line through drive thru because they were "busy". I wouldn't have mind because it wasn't busy. There was only two cars behind me. I just figured its a waste of time because they always mess up my order or forget something. I ordered a drink and as the lady headed it to me I saw a piece of hair on the cup. The people are nice but the service could definitely be better.

I will just tell you my experience...I ordered the glazed chicken tenders and they came out swimming in glazed they were not glazed they were floating in glaze. I also watch the lady standing there for 5 to 10 minutes waiting to get her order placed for a child that was waiting in the car and there were people that were not busy serving other customers or taking orders but they didn't help her. So based on my one visit in this McDonald's I would not recommend going to McDonald's here.

We went through the drive thru and we got sent to the 1st window to wait because they had "1 minute on the fries..." so we pulled forward, waited 8 minutes or so and my food and my fiance's food was wrong. He asked for no tomato and he had 3 tomatoes on his burger, I asked for sweet tea, got unsweet, and we all got cold fries...NOT GOOD!

Ordered the 40 nuggets and 2 large fries but got more like 2 midium fries. As for dips asked for honey mustard but got honey. Oreo mcflurry wasn't even half the cup and then they tried to say it melted um not in the 1 minute since they brought it out, had to go through drive-thru to get it fixed @ $4.39 it needs to be a full cup... Its not the first time we have had some problems. Last time there ice cream was down but didn't say so on the app lost money they didn't refund the money, even when they seen the order and new it was down... The night shift needs help because its the only time we really have problems

The food was good, the manager was good, but the lady who took my order in drive through was very rude and kept interrupting me.

The last two orders I received literally tasted like cigarettes. Someone is smoking in the walkin. It was the lettuce and tomato. It was disgusting and sad. The nuggets were fine. The Big Mac and Chicken sandwich were awful. It never used to be this way. I'm not sure what happened.

If your African American do not go here The lady was totally rude and discusting towards me but was totally nice to the white lady in front of me all I told her was hold on I don’t think my card went through and she was like yum yes it did and shut the window on me and walked away before I can even say the salsa not in the bag then the lady bagging the food was calling a Mexican guy inside Jose after he told her twice that’s not his name and she was just laughing before my situation happened not colored friendly I advise you to stay away from here this literally just happened and I’m the friendly person on earth I was not rude in any way

I don't know why, but the food here is consistently off. I wouldn't say it's "bad" necessarily, but it definitely isn't great and this is something I haven't had issues with at other locations. Probably one of my biggest gripes is the use of oil that is long past its use lifetime, bordering on rancid. This gives the fries and nuggets a nasty, bitter taste and this isn't a once in a while occurrence...it happens all the damn time. Secondly is the soda fountain drinks. Order a soda and you're likely to notice a very bitter, almost soapy aftertaste. This too happens nearly every time I order here. I was told by a former employee who worked at this location, that the nasty taste plaguing their soda fountain drinks is due to residual traces of the cleaning chemical the chain uses to clean out the fountain drink lines at the end of each day. This could be easily fixed by simply flushing the lines more thoroughly before reconnecting them to the soda/water mix but nobody seems to address it. Service is fine, employees are friendly enough. But given the prices of the food, I just can't justify eating here when 90% of the time what I order tastes horrible. I'd rather go to Carl's Jr across the lot and get a real burger and fries that I can eat.

Well ... what can I say but that I was starving, in a hurry and it was the easiest drive thru. Ordered the chicken tenders and they were pretty good, Service was good too. *Update... After many trips, I'm starting to realize that I get sick every time I eat there, I'm Done! No more Micky D's for me in Yreka.

I went into the store to order a salad. No one at counter so I thought I would try the kiosk for the first time. Selected my salad easy enough but I had cash. My order number wasn't coming up on the serving board. Others order online & the drive thru w/ their quickly completed. After more than 10 minutes waiting I asked manager what w/ my order as he handed someone their meal. He looked at my order slip & computer. The issue was I hadn't paid for my meal yet (I had the cash in hand the whole time). I refused to pay & walked out. The staff don't check the counter for people needing help & apparently a cash paying customer isnt important. Kiosk big fail! 😕

I would usually eat here once a week until I got food poisoning. Ever since Oct, 2014 I and many other friends and family members have been getting sick from this location. I even gave them a second chance and got sick a second time. The timing and consistency makes me think they either a current employee or new hire since October isn't practicing sanitation.

If you are looking for the worst McDonald's then you will find it here. The parking lot is small, hard to access and had smaller than average spaces, and then you go in. The floor had trash pretty much at every table, there were no truly clean tables, just some that were less dirty. The drink station was being worked on, I think. This is based on the buckets, tools and repair equipment left unsupervised, but this one little kid was helping until his parents made him stop. The food was typical fast food from an old gas station, it matched the order but had clearly been under the Lamps for a while. We did have to remind the person we ordered drinks and she was hesitant to get them for us, but in the end we navigated around the repair equipment to get our drinks. We mentioned the cleaning issue and her answer was, "she is supposed to do that but she isn't very good" as she glared over her shoulder. All in all a pretty big disappointment as it was a new looking building, or at the least recently remodeled. I was even surprised that after making a complaint the manager or supervisor didn't stop by but they were nowhere to be seen. I would skip this one or at least just hit the drive through.

The lady working this morning was not only grumpy but very slow. We pulled up to order our meal and waited a minute or two for someone to greet us. We awkwardly had to say "um, hello?". She said she would be with us in a minute and that's about how long we did we wait before she came back on to take our order. We waited another 5-10 minutes just for our food to come out, which doesn't sound too long, but there was only one car in front of us and we only ordered 2 biscuits.

the service is not good, took forever for them to get me an extra sauce or a refill on a drink. some workers payed no attention to their customers and even ignored requests.

My meal was UNDERCOOKED, instead of a full refund I got refunded for one burger and some stupid excuse. Then the manager just passed of a makeup burger I did not want. I wanted a full refund, I was too scared to eat any of my food. They also forgot to give a receipt so she said she couldn't help me. I'm extremely disappointed, grossed out, and scared we might get food poisoning. By the time she even gave the remake I did not want my whole meal was cold anyway. Lady was extremely unhelpful, and needs more training in customer service maybe.

I give this place a zero star if you had zero Stars I can't rate the food because I wasn't allowed to eat food because I was told that they were closed 40 minutes before they were supposed to close this is not the first time this has happened this happens several times as a matter of fact I pull up their 40 minutes before they're supposed to close and the online says that they are open I drive from hornbrook all the way down here to get something to eat and I'm greeted with a hand across the throat saying we're closed we're closed. How can a business that advertises their open until 1:00 and then when you get there at 12:20 they say they're closed

Employee told me to leave because i had my emotional support animal. I've been in there multiple times and have never had a problem. Because of him, i felt like i couldn't be back in because i physically couldn't stand it without my animal. My animal stays off the ground when I'm in restaurants. I never want to go back because i feel like I'm not welcome anymore.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It didn't seem like the workers were communicating & were just avoiding the cashier position. I placed my order almost 30 min in advance and still had to wait about 15 minutes to get my full order or partial, I should say when ingot there. They told me to wait for my shake and another 10 minutes just go by with no reply. I said screw this and just walked out.....Extremely disappointed in the service and will not go there, nor will I recommend any of my coworkers to go there.

I and another car were in the drive through at 12:15 waiting because the lights on the drive through signs were on and it says here open until 1 am. They wouldn’t answer when the other people were calling on the phone until I called and a guy said they were closed and hung up on me. I called again just to double check the time for future reference (??) and another lady answered, she had the decency to let me know they have different owners now and different times. So they close on Monday at midnight, I guess. Didn’t sound welcomed to ask about other days hours so I could update google for everyone else, let her go so they could close up. Owners have some customer service training to do.

Horrendous. $15 for a Chicken burger with hot chocolate; small, burnt, and the chicken tasted rank. Plugs have been removed, no charging possible.

Got a quarter pounder ($7) to go. Hamburger killed to the point of no return, hardly any ketchup on the burger, let alone anything else. I haven’t had a decent burger from this place in years, so I guess I won’t be going there anymore. I remember when McDonald used to be really great! Not the case any longer.

Midmorning on 6/24 - 10 minute wait in the drive through, lukewarm breakfast, watery orange juice, and they got my order wrong.

They don't even know their own hours of operation! The website says breakfast is served till 11:00 p.m. this is the only McDonald's in the state of California that stops serving breakfast at 10:30 a.m.. do not believe their website. It is a lie. You would think for being the biggest fast food chain in America they would know when they're actually open but they don't.

We ordered 1 sausage egg mc muffin and 1 ham mc muffin at 7:00 am. We were extremely disappointed with this order because both muffins were very hard were we could not bite the muffin. It was dry as a bone and tasteless. I was choking on the muffin, can’t believe they get away with giving this horrible food to customers. Someone needs to retrain these people.

Wasted 25 min with the worst service. Asked for the management ohhh on lunch. They were to busy? Zero cars! This was the white city location... 25 min with the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen.

This place is totally going in the garbage. It used to have an awesome place for kids to be able to play, but it is always closed. There’s no real place for the kids to play and if you have to wait in line, you’re there for at least 30 minutes if not 40 minutes placing your order online is not even worth it because they cannot find your order. They haven’t even started on it even if you order 20 minutes prior.

On a 16 hour drive home from Disneyland I stopped in with my family at the curbside and got back on the road , by the time I was able to get to my food and have my kids content I realized half my meal was missing as well as my nuggets looked like they had just came out of the freezer still basically all white I would highly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s at all cost , slow service , missing food and even though they take a while apparently none of that time is spent frying the foods

Long wait at the drive-in and had to repeat 10 times i wanted an apple pie, and sadly, the girl still did not understand. Had to leave. Will never come back

Just got my daughter a happy meal here. They charged for a 6 piece, but we only got a 4 piece. Didn't realize it until we got home. My daughter isn't very happy with it
