L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

L&L is a chain restaurant. The one in Mountain View is better. But the food tastes great here too. However, the restaurant atmosphere is so poor. There is profanity and graffiti in the back dining area that they didn’t even bother cleaning up.

Place needs more love. Very un clean

The food is good and you get a lot for the price. They're quick and have a lot more options available than just what is listed on the L&L website. The dining area itself is not great and in desperate need of a renovation. The bathroom is also absolutely covered in graffiti. But most people pick up their orders anyway and do not dine in. I do wish they had plain grilled chicken and crab rangoon as an option.

The places isn’t really all that clean, and the food seems to be rushed at times, not consistent. When I say rushed, it looks like everything is just thrown into the plate, with no care in the world. I ordered the short ribs and they were kind of on the greasy side. The lady takin my order was rude as well and seemed to over charge any chance she got.

Do not order orange chicken its over prices ,burnt,chucks of fat , brown and green onions stuff on bottom of box. Not orange chicken. Trash! dog wouldn't even eat it, I guess the price of lettuces most be high for l&l .there was one thin peice. No sauce on burger. Burnt dry out fish sandwich. Cashier and cook yelling at each other .cashier very poor service. 2 stars is pushing it .will not be returning.

Cashier not competent in taking orders. I had to repeat my order three times and on the third time someone from the back came up and helped her to get my order . I should have had fried shrimp order. I was only given one shrimp and charged for one shrimp that is not correct for item number 30. I ordered noodle soup with green onions and I had perhaps five small pieces of onion in the full container of soup. Although everything tasted very good there obviously was some questions with regard to the cashiers competency and even the grill persons competency as who would order one shrimp?

Food is great, service is BLAHH. Treat you as if your asking for free food. Maybe they don’t know or understand customer service! Young lady taking orders is mean and bad attitude and tries overcharging. They don’t let you use the restroom if it’s take out!! Maybe some day they’ll begin reading their ratings and get it together.

We don’t accept that. She said they don’t work with the App with a horrible attitude Bathroom is trash, they don’t clean it

What I ordered was fish and Kahlua pig the Kahlua pig was average and I had no fish but it pile of seaweed I dug through the seaweed and I had no fish she claimed to me that was the fish this place was a joke I will never go back used to like this place but it's going downhill

I made an order for pickup for the bbq mix plate and it was missing the short ribs and half of the beef parts and was mostly chicken chopped into weird cuts and they tied the bag so I wouldn’t see it when I arrived. Make sure you check the plate before buying and leaving their restaurant. This is the third time they did this. I thought it couldn’t happen a third time boy was I wrong. Sheesh. And their restrooms omg you must go check that out to holy crap. If they’re not putting enough effort into cleaning their restrooms they must not give a care in the world on how they prepare our orders neither. Seriously go look. Almost threw up.

Horrible food. I believe they use cheapest meat, very poor quality food. Please don't go to this place you will get sick for sure. Very dirty place. Cashier barely speaks English. If a food place can't afford decent forks and knives, that will tell you that place is very bad. Please don't waste your money.
