The food here at this Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty good. Some of the wings were a tad over done but overall they were good. I ordered the Caribbean jerk sauces wings and lemon pepper dry rub. I wasn’t a big fan of the Caribbean Jerk but I will definitely try a different sauce next time. Good thing I ordered the Lemon pepper as that’s always on point. We also ordered some chicken tacos, pretzel bites and mozzarella sticks to round off the dinner. Service was good and the waiter was attentive to all of his tables that I saw. Overall this was a good experience.

I stopped here for lunch with my daughter on a Saturday around 2 in the afternoon. It wasn’t too busy and we were seated right away. We order 20 traditional wings (naked-no sauce) mild sauce on the side, with blue cheese and ranch. We also asked for a side order of the chili con queso. I didn’t take a picture but it looks like they changed the recipe and it was too watery for our liking. Too watery to really be able to dip anything in it. The service was great and fast.

I went in today to get the buy some get some free promotion with the app. I asked if I was able to do that for a takeout order and the girl that helped me said that there is no buy one get one free there’s only a 50% off as I’m reading on my app buy one get one free and she didn’t attempt to ask anybody else if they buy one get one free is something that is offered. I read the description of it. it didn’t say for eating there or takeout so I’m just a little confused. I love the food. It just sucks when I see something I came in for and I couldn’t get it.

I ordered 12 boneless Mango Habanero Wings with fries and Dr. Pepper. The server was giving ok service. He forgot asked me if I wanted ranch or blue cheese and I also forgot to mention it. So when my food was brought out, they assumed I wanted ranch. Then I realized I didn't have utensils at the table. I then got his attention that I wanted blue cheese not ranch and that I didn't have utensils. He had a coworker bring to our table like 5 forks and like 4 knives and that server walked away quickly. Then I kinda laughed with myself because I thought it was insane for them to not really care about the service or work they are doing. I was sitting with my friend at this point and she also said why so many. Anyways the wings were good, in the past the wings were not too crunchy, BWW must have changed the supplier. Another thing I let the server know is that my friend ordered the fries and hers had more smaller pieces and she wasn't enjoying them much. I've gone to other BWW and the service is a bit better than this one. I hope management begins to coach the servers on how give better service and making sure the table has what it needs.

Been coming to this location for a good while now. Have always had good service and am having to change my review now after two bad visits. Last time I was here our waiter treated us trash and focused on the table behind us because they were buying drinks. This time waitress went on break and we sat there for 20 min with no one ever checking on us. Waters empty, no bill, had to wrap up my food in the paper and go to the front to pay and ask for a to go box. Manager came out to talk to me and apologized but didn’t offer us anything. Food order took 35 minutes or more to get our food. Food was lousy, French fries were cold, old and hard. Chicken looked and tasted like frozen chicken that was heated. Chicken coating was hard to bite into and again it was cold. Eat at your own risk. The ice cold water was the best.

CARLA is the worst manager I've seen- rude & condescending to both employees and customers. She cannot read or do math. She does not want to hear what you or the Buffalo app have to say. You also can't use your reward points on Tuesdays I guess for free traditional wings. The Tuesday special is BOGO buy one get one free on app- but at this buffalo you pay for "buy one get one 50%" just FYI. It's the attitude from the old manager that is free... The one in Menifee has different owner& management; it totally shows in quality and atmosphere.

So you can't order food over the phone for pick up if it's over $50, the owner here wants you to order through a delivery service and pay more. The excuse was that they have a lot of people order and not pick up...I guess the owner thinks very low of the good people here in Temecula/Murietta. I'm here now wasting time, time that I could have saved had I been able to phone in the order and pick up....45 plus minutes for pick up... ridiculous!!!! Terrible leadership at this place.

Worst lunch with my husband only one other table was occupied 40 mins to get order, food was cold and metal trays was warmer than food. Boneless wings looked like butchered chicken tenders. Atrocious experience. Made us wait 45 minutes after seating us to tell us we wouldn’t be able to dine in and we would have to take our food to go. I had to get my daughter fed and they still had people inside the restaurant while they told us this. Their reasoning was they couldn’t get the order in before their time limit at 10:30 quick enough. Never have been treated so poorly at a restaurant in our lives and we travel and eat out all of the time with the family. Was embarrassed and disappointed. We ended up leaving after speaking to the manager who had 0 empathy or remorse and started the conversation with “there is nothing I can do” We left and took our daughter to a fast food drive through which ironically had amazing service and felt refreshing after being treated so poorly in bizzaro-land.

Horrible! This place will make you bulimic it has such low quality food. The girls working here are nice but it took forever for our meal to be made and the food and service is garbage. We were about to walk out and saw the food coming. If I wasn’t starving I would not have ate it. And now I know to starve rather than get sick off this food. You’re Better of going to Wendy’s (and I don’t even eat fast food) because this was the worst quality rubbery chicken and cold fries. Seriously like Instagram weird food status. My stomach hurts so bad after eating this I feel like throwing it up so I don’t have to digest it. Too late. Wont be going back. This place is a dive and will probably shut down soon. #horrible

As soon as we got there and the host made a 😬 face when we said for 2 we should’ve left right then, however we eventually did walk out when it was an hour later (not exaggerating) and we only had water when everyone else that got there after us was halfway done with their meal. Went across the street and got sushi, much better service and finally ate. Unfortunately I have only ever gotten bad service from BWW, not just this location but all of them, so the likelihood I’ll be ever returning to one is about 0
