This place is my go-to!!! The food is excellent, but the best part is the bar, especially during football season. Billy, Liz, Kelso, Roya, and the rest of the crew, always make me feel appreciated and welcome. Thank you Chili's!!!!

Oct 11 a large party of us about 25-30 came in a bit late, 8pm ish for my granddaughters birthday party. We were sat in a decent time frame. The place is very busy. The server was on point, a young man I wish I knew his name. He was super server. Everything came out hot in a timely fashion. Thank you to the team that helped him and the chefs. The food was delicious!! So fresh and good. I had a smash burger and fries. The price was amazing. I’m an old senior with limited income I didn’t feel squeezed by the check. It allowed me to tip him well. Thank you Murietta chilies you rock. I’ll be back again. It’s been years since I ate at a chilies. I don’t think the chilies in my town is this good!!

Me and my partner have been coming here for 8 yrs for dates pretty constantly over the years, as well as for dinner with our family during the holidays or when family comes to visit , the food is always good and the staff is always super friendly, the bartender / server I wish I could remember her name . She’s so amazing, i can tell she works so hard , she’s always so friendly, polite and quick even when it’s clear she’s so busy . She was there last night on Monday . This chili’s is a great place for dates, and dinner with the family.

Excellent meal. The chef needs a raise. 26AUG2024 UPDATE: I drove around for about 20 minutes trying to find a place open to sit down and eat. Found them open just before 9:30p. Had some wings and a drink. So thankful they were open. Wings were great too.

Love their food it's always very delicious. Went by over the weekend and had this amazing AMAZING drink.. if u love sweet drinks try this one out.."Blackberry Tito-Rita" it consists of Tito's handmade vodka, Lunazul blanco tequila, triple sec, fresh sour and Monin' blackberry! Its bomb y'all! RYAN one of the best bartenders there and super nice and makes the drinks really good! Thank you!

Historically we have had horrible service but great food. Our experience tonight was outstanding, super friendly, and the seafood pasta was amazing.

My husband and I both got burgers. They were delightful and flavorful. We also got the white cheddar spinach queso dip which was amazing. The el presidenté margarita is worth the price-it gives about 3 to 4 glasses. The ranch that came with the food was to die for too!! Our waitress, Melissa, was amazing! So sweet, very attentive, and very personable. The only hiccup was the booth they sat us at was close to the door, which at the time we went to eat, I had the sun in my eyes for about 15 minutes. Not the end of be world but it was very uncomfortable.

Excellent service. The waitress met the needs of the table at ease despite specific food allergies. We had a few at our table with food allergies. The food came to the table hot, delicious and made to order. The hamburgers were fresh and not frozen! Definitely a place to go to again :)

I love chili's, and you never get a bad meal.... When you're there, but honestly their carryout leaves a lot to be desired. I don't really order for carryout that often but honestly the last three times that I've ordered for carryout when I get the food home it's just lackluster. Not a full order of fries and they feel like they're already old. The food seems to just kind of be something that was left over under the heat lamp and it doesn't matter if I picked it up 5 minutes late or if I was sitting there waiting for it when it came up ready it just feels like it's been sitting on the shelf already for 15-20 minutes by the time that I come to get it. Going and sitting down and ordering I've never had a bad meal and I always get great service as well as fantastic food. It's just the carry outside that just constantly leaves me disappointed. Dining in is always on point though.

Wonderful experience at chilis last night. Haven’t eaten here in possibly 10 years and I won’t make that mistake again. Had a large table of 9 and I was told 45 minute wait. No biggie that’s to be expected just rolling up with 9 people. We sat outside got comfy and before we could finish our first conversation the table was ready. Maybe 10 minute wait at most. Our server I can’t remember his name (the guy from Utah) but he was absolutely on point all night. Courteous, helpful, expedient and there whenever we needed him. The food was perfect. I was honesty shocked at just how delicious their burgers are. I had the old timer double and my son had the brisket burger. Hands down A+++. Most of the guests at the table got the triple appetizer for their meal but 9 meals total 2 kids 7 adults and not one complaint. That’s pretty good lol. The restaurant was loud enough to have your own conversations privately but not so loud you can’t enjoy your conversations. The place was packed and the ambiance and volume was perfect. The bill even ended up being much less than we were expecting for dinner and drinks. Just a great experience overall and looking forward to our next soon to be visit.

Every now and then, nostalgia calls—and this time, it brought us to Chili’s. Our group kicked off a new tradition: classic cinema and comfort food, starting with Anchors Aweigh and a takeout order for eight. Naturally, a big order like that comes with the potential for delays or mix-ups, but thanks to Matthew at the pickup counter, the experience was smooth and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, Matthew greeted us with a smile and immediately recognized our large order. Despite a very busy evening, he kept a calm, friendly demeanor, updating every customer on their order status and handling the rush with professionalism and care. He mentioned he’d only been there six months, yet his service reflected the experience of someone far more seasoned. When our order—enough to feed an army—was ready, Matthew thanked us for our patience, but really, the thanks goes to him. Everything was accurate, nothing was missing, and his attention to detail and customer care stood out in a big way. In this current economic climate with a continuing to worsen recession as well as Bidenflation, there are few restaurants you can eat at that are still reasonably priced. At Chili's, for $16.99, I was able to have a delicious Southwest Chicken Soup, Curly Fries, a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a beer. I walked away absolutely full and happy in my decision to go there. The bartender/server Shannon was great, being very attentive to our needs and always helpful. Definitely will return here again!

Well. It's a Chili's, right? So what makes this one good? That's simple-- execution. They know what needs to be done and they make it happen. We went there twice in one week. The first night, it was BUSY and staff rushed to clear dishes from a booth for us. The food was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious-- Philly-steak sandwiches and curly fries. All Fresh and Hot. They had great drink specials happening, and the staff were ATTENTIVE--- checking at our table frequently to make sure we had all we needed. The same was true on our second night there, with food brought to us piping hot, and excellent service. It might be one of those chain restaurants that could make you question whether you should be going there to eat--- but I highly recommend. They know what needs to be done, and they make it happen, and you won't regret it. :)

There were a few issues with my order on this day. But because the server was eager to smooth things over neatly and nicely, the rating wasn't lowered. Because she was attentive and friendly, I'm willing to overlook a lot. There may need to be a little more communication between the server and the assistants bringing food, as my order was switched with someone else's. Still, friendly, attentive service, good food despite the snafu.

It's a nice place to have a quick dinner. On the weekends it's definitely not the best place to hang with friends to "catch up" its a very busy place. The environment is loud as well and the spaces between chairs and booths have very little privacy. Unless you want your conversations to spread like a viral infection then absolutely choose this place. Foodwise! this place has very yummy BBQ, nachos, and not that I still enjoy drinking any liquor but their seasonal drink mixes looks so deliciously dangerous, absolutely tempting. For example this October "witches brew" for only $6, I was so tempted to try it, it looked perfidiuosly refreshing! I'm certain it's just straight up hard liquor. Children's menu are superb and very affordable, absolutely tastes better than McDonald's-quality and quantity. They do have a bar and I think it's wonderful for the sporty individuals. A nice place to enjoy a meal overall for any occasion.

The restaurant was understaffed and the service was slow. The staff was friendly but the front greater was unknowable about how to run the waiting are. She seemed lost and socially awkward. We didn’t wait to be seated but we waited to get a waitress. The soda machine was down and the lemon aide I ordered was watered down. The server put her foot in the trash can to smash it down to allow for more trash - as opposed to changing the bag. I thought this was not necessarily a good idea.

We when to chili's this week and the restaurant needs a lot of cleaning around the restaurant, you're able to see the dust around the kitchen enter and to be honest even the floor was dusty with some trash that was my only issue, Costumer service was awesome and food was a 7 no bad, the atmosphere was alright it was crowded that day but nothing weird.

I am not sure how to word, but I just don't think Chili's is a good value anymore. This is the first time I visit in 10 years and the fajita combo plate is smaller than I remember. The tortillas are no longer served on the circle plastic container with a lid (they come wrapped in aluminum foil! now). A glass of wine, $11! And the kicker: chips and sauce? $7.50! The sauce was from a jar with no taste. The chips were very salty (by design, to make you thirsty). I just don't see the point when there are so many great taco shops in SoCal. The ambiance was nice and it is a great place to catch a game and beer, but for the food, I can't recommend.

This place has really gone downhill. We decided to give it another try after since we were going to the movies right next door. We had a bad experience a few months ago, but it was through grub hub, so hoped the food would be better fresh. Wrong. The food came out cold and dry. Staff was friendly, brought out new food for us, but at that point we were over it. The manager did take 50% off of our bill, but don't plan on going back again.

Most of the food is good. I didn't care for their brisket, but if you order off of their 3/$10 menu, you can get a ton of food for a great price. Selected beverage, select starter, and select entree with sides. Will be back

So I have been coming here since it has opened, and we have always loved our neighborhood Chili's. However this evening when we went in and we started to order our regular food... We were informed that many of the items we were ordering have been removed from the menu... It started off with my Bloody Mary (they have removed this from the menu and don't even have any bloody Mary mix), then my wife tried to order her usual bowl of chili, and wouldn't you know it even though the place is famous for the chili they removed the chili entirely from the menu, then we were also informed try not to order any corn on the cob as that have been removed from the menu as well. If you're going to have the barbecue plates.... And still post pictures of corn 🌽 that used to be included... Please offer corn for the barbecued plates. Anyway, the server was pleasant as always.... Another famous item that they removed from the menu is the all you can eat chips and salsa with salad and soup.... Evidently you can no longer add on the super salad to that combo... It was just kind of weird to go in and see that they had completely remodeled the inside and removed many of our favorite items from the menu. Still good food. 👍

I’ve been here a handful of times. The service isn’t terrible but I wouldn’t say it’s great. The food is always cold. Literally, every time. Today I ordered a sirloin steak cooked medium and got a super well done chewy and dry steak. My server never asked if it was tasting okay so I didn’t complain, after all, it’s chilis not a steak house. Anyways, my margarita was terrible this time and last time. Sent it back politely and asked for another and it was pretty bad too. Used to love chilis until I moved to Murrieta. Also, the managers were talking about me right in front of me very rudely. I never complained and was super nice the whole time. Unfortunately, I probably won’t go back.

Take out orders were awful. The soup was watery and my entree had less chicken than the kid's meal we ordered but they container was filled with fries instead . Both the crispy chicken as well as the fries tasted like they'd been fried in stale oil. The to-go margarita had less than half the alcohol than it should. Lastly, since when does Chili's no longer offer the chili for the burgers? That's unacceptable and unAmerican. This location has been a let down the last few times we've ordered from here.

Food, atmosphere, etc. all ok, but I want to warn people: they charged me $2.99 for "Ziosk Game Pass" and I didn't notice it until I reviewed my emailed receipt back at home. I didn't play any games on the table tablet and anyway, if they do charge for playing the games, they should warn you of the fee, first. Very sneaky, and no other Chile's has done that to me. I guess I'll be avoiding this particular Chile's in the future.

Service was good from right when we walked in. Promptly seated at a clean table. Appetizers and drinks delivered quickly. After the entrees were delivered the good things stop. The brisket was very dry and chewy, like beef jerky except you don't want to keep eating it. We had two orders of fries, both had a different cook and seemed to be from different batches maybe? Bottom line, they weren't fresh or tasty. We decided not to have the order remade because we still had things to do and after yet another let down we may just end up giving up on Chili's altogether.

I really hate to leave this kind of review because I’ve had great experiences at this Chili’s in the past—but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. Our server was inattentive and seemed more focused on chatting with other staff members near the entrance of the kitchen than taking care of our table. He forgot things we asked for more than once, such as forgetting our utensils, drinks, and boxes. He was especially hard to flag down, also he was constantly scratching his head, which was gross. Additionally, I’d recommend avoiding the booths near the front entrance. Associates constantly hovered over our booth, leaning in so close that it felt like our personal space was being invaded. On top of that, we could clearly hear inappropriate and cringeworthy conversations, including male staff members 'attempting' to flirt with female employees and oversharing about their personal lives. As someone who has worked as a server, I get that downtime leads to casual chatting, but this felt unprofessional and incredibly inconsiderate of guests dining nearby. Again, I’ve had good times here before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. However, the combination of these two things happening at the same time compelled me to change my review for this location. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but this experience really impacted our ability to enjoy our meal and the atmosphere. The only positive note was the kitchen staff who brought out the food, she was very nice.

Restroom is very dirty the urinal stinks and smells it’s very disgusting It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time

Awful. Ordered an IPA and got some kind of light beer instead? No big deal, mistakes happen and the waitress took care of it-reluctantly. Ordered the southwestern egg rolls and the dip was all over the place. Thought nothing of it until I found a half eaten French fry in it. I ordered the salmon which looked pretty good. Went to take a bite and the fork looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. Asked for a plastic fork and 20 minutes later she finally came with one. At this point I was just over this place altogether. I understand the job isn't easy but this is easily the worst experience I've had at any restaurant.

Placed a Togo order for a birthday tonight. Ordered 3 honey chipotle crisper meals and 1 rib meal. Came home missing 1 honey chipotle meal and received someone else’s burger. Unfortunately 3 of us don’t eat beef. It says it was packed by Abby. We live 30 mins away so this is terribly inconvenient. I’ve been calling the restaurant to see how we can get this 1 meal refunded but no one is answering. This is fun!

Waited 30 minutes for our food ,we kept getting different waitresses one left home then one took over then she left then someone in the kitchen came ,our order was taken wrong, and our appetizer was cold and it looked like it was reheated several times before it went to our table. When I said something the lady that looked like a manager told me you should taste it first then you cab ask for to remake it ,which I thought it was a very rude response. The restaurant was very busy saw everyone munching on chips for 30 minutes or more . Didn't know who was our waitress so we couldn't get refills on our drinks

Unsafe dining area.. my mom had a very bad trip over a parking stop that was unmarked and in the middle of a walkway (outdoor dining in parking lot) clear tripping hazard.

This place is not a good destination for good food go somewhere else unless you want to overpay for bones

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Chili's in Murrieta. My family and I visited on a somewhat busy Sunday evening, which we understood might cause a slight delay. However, after being seated, we waited over 40 minutes without receiving our food. Despite multiple attempts to get the server's attention, we were continually ignored and given no updates on our order. It was absolutely ridiculous to wait that long, even considering the moderate busyness of the restaurant. Frustrated and hungry, we finally decided to leave without ever being served. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will never return to this Chili's. I would advise others to avoid this location if they expect timely and respectful service.

$30 + $20 tip for 2 margaritas with barely any alcohol. Dont waste your time or money here.

Took 20 mins just to find my server for a box ! Didn’t even show up asked someone else. Waited longer for my server to ask for to go cups and a lid for my salsa . ONCE AGAIN DIDNT SHOW UP still in no sight . Asked someone else and she only brought out a salsa LOL . WAITED AGAIN FOR TO GO CUPS ( glasses were still fill as to why I was waiting so long just for cups ) FINALLY OUR SERVER COMES ASK FOR THE 1st time how we doing so we asked for lid and to go cup and what happens HE GOES TO THE OTHER TABLE AND BRINGS OUT PITCHERS OF WATER AND TEA waited an extra 5 minutes Finally asked the same lady who brought out the box with red hair ! SHE WAS AMAZING !!! She should’ve been our server , wasn’t a pleasant an experience . I wish I could have tipped her instead she even asked us earlier during our meal if we were ok . Well when we left finally our server asked if we were good ( server with man bun and beard ) table ! 5 star to waiter with red hair you’re amazing !!!

Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the food here. The food comes as described, most of the time very delicious. I have been here several times with my girlfriend. I am 19 years old, and am treated differently because the servers don’t think we will tip. Which is funny because I tip 20%-25% always. I took my girlfriend for a little birthday brunch because it’s one of her favorite places to go. I told the server it was her birthday, it took over 4 asks for them to sing happy birthday to her. The place was empty, there was one other group there. Not only that, but it took serval times to get extra sauce. They did not check on us, no refills, and constantly looked at us like we weren’t going to pay or something. That’s one of the many times we have had rude service there. Just because we are teenagers, doesn’t mean we won’t tip. I will not return to this place and would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Temecula. I do hope that one day I can return, but I have given too many chances to this place. Ridiculous.

Very Dirty and disgusting location. They brought me my Coca Cola refill in a used cup covered in someone else’s lip stick. I’m a man I don’t wear lipstick. It’s disgusting. They are even looking at the cups or bringing you back your own. They will literally refill someone else’s cup with what you order and bring it to you. New nightmare unlocked. Health department needs to take a very hard look at this place

Food was a zero star rating the ranch was prob left out for days and one cup had barely anything in it so we should thank them for sparing us the sickness. We were regulars here but we will no longer be going back when called to talk to a manger to voice our concerns the manager was more rude than when we went to pick up our food so tomorrow we will be contacting a general manager

Went to go try the new wicked drinks with my sister and mother just to be disappointed! Once are drinks arrived it was underwhelming because it didn’t come in the nice cup for pictures we got this (look at picture.) We thought oh maybe they ran out or something but a minute later the table next to us got the same drink with the proper cups one thing I noticed was that the table next to us were young girls who were white where at my table we are older ladies who are Mexican truly won’t be coming back. I also asked the table what they order and yup we did in fact order the same thing

If I could give -100 stars on the service my partner and I received on 10/31/25 night, I would. Our waiter was rude and felt like she was rushing us when ordering. My partner felt like she was annoyed by him when she would look his way or when he would ask for something. When we were given our drinks, I asked for sugar packets; the girl (not our waiter) asked me if i wanted "thisorthat" (naming the two sugar packet options) when I said "both", she immediately said "no, its already really sweet with the mango syrup", in a tune that made me question if it's because I'm a fat person?? Honestly I didn't even want to drink my tea anymore. Our whole time there felt weird. We normally love CHILI'S and most times I leave with a bag of chips and salsa. The service made us lose our appetite. I took my food home so I wouldn't feel bad about spending money. But sad to say, no longer coming to this location of CHILI's. APPLEBEES would never do this to us.
