Pro's: Pretty damn good sandwich. You know how Pizza factory has just something special in its pizza flavor?... well, this place has that same magic in its sandwiches. Cons: dayum...almost 17 bucks for a foot long (but at least it's bomb). And, it's one of those places that asks for tips on the screen during checkout. Ultimately: Recommend.

Wow...so good! I've been eyeing Rockin Jays for months. I finally said, "that's it ... Im trying it today." Best sub best sandwich anywhere in the Inland Empire. For someone who grew up in the San Fernando Valley earing Dan's Subs on Ventura Blvd this is as close to Dan's that I've had. The bread that Rockin Jays uses is so light and with amazing flavor. I got the Italian Coldcut with the works. Everything on it. The special Italian dressing is to die for. Just a great eat. I would highly recommend it. Also, the customer service was top notch and a really nice open atmosphere making it a great place to grab a bite. Highly recommended 100%. Guaranteed to become your go-to for a great sub!!

I had heard great things about this place and finally got the chance to try it while my baseball team was playing nearby — and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the space was large enough to comfortably accommodate our big group. Everything about the experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I’m in the area!

Plus they have hot subs like the meatball which has that awesome flavorful marinana sauce. Don't forget to try the garlic bread or cheese bread they have you won't be disappointed. Amazing turkey sandwich.... Very tasty. I also ordered the roast beef..... That wasn't that good it was missing flavor in the beef But the turkey was great

You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and it all just comes together so well. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving a legit Italian sub. Friendly staff and cool vibe too

Sort of looks like a 1990s pizzeria inside, you kind of wonder where the video games are. I ordered a gangster Reuben sandwich, and though it’s a very good sandwich it’s not really a Ruben. The bread feels like it would hold up to very wet sandwiches or being dipped in soup

Came in 1/18/26 for a pick up order and there was a mistake. Came back to the store to get the corrected item and the supervisor on duty Came forth and gave us our order but also included some other things to make up for the mistake. He was very kind and the courtesy was much appreciated. Customers are not entitled to receiving things but his recovery was genuine, kind and turned the experience around. The sandwiches were good, the turkey sandwich was oddly not as flavorful?? Sauces helped but it was a miss that day. The space was packed. Maybe a lunch rush hour on Sunday afternoon. Take out seemed like a good call. Will be back! And thank you for the ace customer service experience.

Jenny makes some okay grinders But it’s not as good as Submarina or Jersey Mike’s Shoot not even as good as Benny’s with that being said I don’t think I’ll be back. My sandwich had some great Bacon 🥓 on it but that’s not enough

To make things worse, the sandwich was toasted, even though I specifically wanted it cold. There was no signage or explanation that subs are toasted by default, so that was a frustrating surprise. The wait time was also excessive, just over 20 minutes for two subs. For a quick-service spot, that’s far too long. And with my sandwich priced at $17, and the total bill over $30 for two, it just didn’t feel worth it. Disappointed with the experience, and unfortunately, we won’t be back.

The new owner will gladly display artifacts and logos built up by the prior owner, yet my rewards card that helped keep that location in business is worthless. That’s bad business. That’s unethical . I won’t be coming back.

Ordered a meatball sub, and all the cheese was stuck to the paper that it was wrapped in, so I basically had no cheese on my sandwich. Asked for a side of pepperoncinis, and they gave me a big container with one tiny little pepperoncini inside it. I always regret going here.

Very disappointed with my first and last visit here. Ordered an Italian sub and the bread was over toasted… eating it was hard to do … cut the roof of my mouth. Also, my food took forever to come out, I think they forgot my order. Everyone else was getting their food before me- and I didn’t order anything out of the ordinary… just a regular Italian sub. Won’t be back
