My lady and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our drinks were delicious and well served - and the food was immaculate. Our server was attentive and kind, as well as informed and quick assist. I highly recommend their RIBS, and of course you could never go wrong with a steak. They have a great selection of drinks as well! Definitely worth while, and we will be back :).

But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service — especially from our server, Dan. Dan was phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and the guest experience, he made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. He had excellent menu recommendations, timed everything perfectly, and somehow managed to be both efficient and personable without ever rushing us. The food? Incredible. We started with the famous croissants drizzled in honey butter — melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Our entrées were flavorful, generously portioned, and beautifully presented. The prime rib was tender and juicy, and the seafood was fresh and seasoned to perfection. Every bite was a reminder of why this place is a local favorite. Whether you're a visitor passing through or a local looking for a go-to spot, Carolina Roadhouse is a dining experience you won’t want to miss. If you're trying to figure out which place to grab dinner tonight, you've found it! I'm so glad we stopped here. Courtney was our waitress and was by far the most incredible and attentive waitress we've ever had. The food came out when she told us it would. Everything was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend their special the babyback ribs (they fall off the bone!) and the filet was cooked to perfection. We will without a doubt be back next time we're in town. They even brought my husband a hot damp towel to clean up with after the ribs!

Beautiful inside & SUCH a nice ambiance! Luckily we'd gotten there earlier (4:50 early!) so was able to be sat immediately. The house salad was SOOOO good - honey mustard hot bacon dressing for the house dressing & not mentioned is that it comes w a croissant type bread w what tastes like drizzled Krispy Kreme doughnut drizzle!! The Danish ribs had just the right amount of sauce & were SO tender & the best baked potato I've had in a minute! Our server Ashley S was the quintessential server - genuinely friendly, came back to check on us several times throughout the meal never once seeming rushed even though it was crazy busy!! Can NOT recommend this place highly enough!!

Walking into the restaurant was an experience itself. Larger inside then expected. The diffrent levels of seating made the place even bigger. We ordered appetizers of crab dip, came with pretzel sticks. The guest was with loved it. Great flavor large amounts of everything. The hush puppies were fried dough. Was disappointed in that fact. Miss the onion and usually made from corn meal. Wish took a photo, but one guest had the hot dog. Make sure to bring your appreciate. This meal alone enough for at least 2 or 3 people. Boiled chicken sandwich wasn't not what I expected. Wish had more seasoning but wasn't bad. The fries were no seasoning to it. Little disappointed Salads are huge and if going with the honey hot bacon beware....it's spicy but good said one guess.

We used to come here many years ago, and its been consistently good over the years. Not overly expensive as those fine dining places. But much, much better than your everyday chain steakhouse. Steaks are amazing, great burgers, the nwalins chicken was delicious. And if you just want a good l Pile of tenders... they're great too. Little to no wait, very clean seems to be ran perfectly. Service, Alex was a great waiter. I tend to cut up alot with the service help to see how they react. But Alex was a professional, explained the menu to a T, his recommendation was spot on. And my pet peeve, my glass or my families never ran dry. This young man needs a raise if anyone reads these. All in all, this was a very good meal and all around experience. Try this place out. You want regret it. 👍👍

Overall, a positive experience. The food was good, but not great. There are hundreds of other steakhouses that will give you the same food…for a better price. My wife’s steak was overcooked, but not egregiously. Not worth sending it back for how long it took to come out in the first place. My swordfish was cooked well, but was super bland. Apparently the guy in charge of seasoning the fish called in sick today. The croissants and the garlic mashed potatoes were awesome though! I highly recommend both of those. Our server, Ryan, was excellent. Very attentive, but not overly, and would actually anticipate needs before we even asked. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was just boring. It is a beautiful interior, but nothing to make it stand out from anywhere else. Due to its size, the dining room was inherently loud, but the noise level was added to by the open kitchen which contributed with lots of extra sounds. Was it good? Sure. Was it worth the 30 minute drive from Surfside Beach? Definitely not. Many other places that would have delivered the same experience, if not better, within a much closer area. If you are in the northern Myrtle Beach area, it’s probably worth a look. Value? I thought it was a bit overpriced for what you got. You could get as good, if not better, food at a chain like Texas Roadhouse, and pay half the amount. But that’s just my opinion.

First time here. Service was exceptional. Crab dip was good. Pretzel bread for dipping was delicious. Monster burger was good. Would have liked it hotter and with more chili. I did remove the bun and just ate the burger with the toppings. It just wasn't sturdy enough to support the burger. My husband had the killer dog. It was worth the visit alone. The hot dog itself was very good quality. Would definitely come back again and try other options.

We waited about 45 minutes to be seated. Not too bad! Pleasant sitting outside with a breeze on this evening that we were there. Very nice waitress with a great personality! Great service! Can’t say much about the steak I ordered a medium, and it was charred on the outside, I don’t like the burn taste at all! I really like my steaks medium rare, but the way yours red, your medium would’ve suited me, but I can’t say that the chef got it right on that night. The salad was delicious and so was the blue cheese dressing! Very disappointed in the steak! One of my friends that was with me also got the steak and she too ate less than half of it as I did. Neither one of us thought the steak was worth the price we paid! Probably won’t be trying this restaurant ever again!

So I eat at this restaurant often. Their steaks are great, very nice atmosphere. However I want to get attention from management about the quality of their salads. They have never been "fresh" or crisp, so I always pick through to find good lettuce. However today I got a to go order and the salad was atrocious! They only gave 1/2 of the usual portion and it looked spoiled and slimy, almost like it was someone else's leftover salad. Into the trash it went, disgusting. MANAGEMENT PAY ATTENTION. This is not a cheap restaurant, the quality of the salads say a lot!
