Love the wonton tacos you can almost make a meal out of them. Always consistent quality and generous portion sizes. I have dined at the in Santa Rosa location by Costco on 3 occasions over a 4 year period and each time our orders were either forgotten or the wrong meal delivered. The Napa location is best never had a problem as with the Santa Rosa location

This was our first time visiting this location. We received a very warm welcoming from the staff. Our service was quick and the waitress checked on us throughout our stay. The food was served hot, well put together, and very good. We will visit this location again when in the area.

Been going here since I was a kid, had a large gap of years where I didn't visit but started again recently and I love it. Plenty of gluten free options, if you time it right, half price drinks and appetizers and it's always laid back and fun. My family of 4 ate here for under $40 which was a pleasant surprise as well.

Great service most of the time. However, our server forgot to refill our drinks in at least two ocations. Other than that everything else was really good! Today the service is great since they have to maintain the social distance between tables. Which helps on getting service much quicker!

Just went to dinner here and it was by far the BEST dinner I’ve ever had that I did not cook myself. I’ve been to Applebee’s before but it was not like that. Whoever is in the kitchen tonight is getting DOWNNNN. Everything was cooked perfectly, so on point. I had the blackened Cajun salmon with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes. The salmon was like butter on the inside but not flaky and nice and crispy on the outside. The spinach artichoke dip was AMAZING and the hottest I’ve ever had it. My husband had the burger and chicken & shrimp from the 2 for $22 menu. The chicken was cooked perfectly to where it was juicy but not pink, the onions were caramelized but still had a little texture to them. I ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade that came out like candy, so good. And the service was impeccable. I wish I remembered our servers name because she was so nice and so quick. Overall best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Better than any expensive 5 star place I’ve ever been. Will DEFINITELY come back to this location.

We love Applebees and Jen at the Napa store is our favorite bartender period, as she is fast thorough, thoughtful, entertaining and all about the business at the same time. Our food is out to us in a timely manner and any concerns Jen is there to handle it. She is simply awesome 👏 🤩❤️

We were visiting Napa to say our final goodbyes to our grandfather, and we decided to stop in on our way to the funeral home. It was a nice and refreshing break during a very emotional time for our family. The servers were very kind and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. As the saying goes, great service can make the food taste even better. I have visited Applebee’s a few times before, but I must say the level of service my family received during this visit was truly amazing. We sincerely appreciated the care and kindness shown to us during such a difficult day.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s on Friday night thanks to Alycia at the bar! She was super quick, friendly, and attentive despite how busy it was. I came in by myself for dinner and felt totally comfortable and welcomed, I’ll definitely be doing that again. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the signature triple chocolate meltdown never disappoints.

This was my second time dining at Applebee's, and it was much better than the one I went to in SF. I went with their All You Can Eat special, which had riblets, boneless wings, and chicken tenders. While the flavors of riblets were too salty, the service made up for it. Our waitress was attentive, checking in with us regularly and asking what we would like for our next refill.

First time at this location. This is a well oiled machine. Food was great, service was great, restaurant was very clean and staff and managers very warm and welcoming. They really go above and beyond here. A group was there celebrating a birthday and WOW! The staff and manager came out with a tambourine , sundae and got the restaurant involved in singing happy birthday to the birthday girl and even had a very cool and festive birthday frame for photo ops. This will be where we come for birthdays and nights out for dinner. We were totally impressed and very surprised. Great job Applebee’s! This is our Applebee’s and look we look forward to coming back.

The Strawberry Salad with Chicken was delicious. The patio dining was very pleasant, with a nice breeze. However, the service was somewhat slow, even though there weren't many diners at 2:30 pm.

There were loads of diners enjoying food and drink when I was having an early dinner at this location, probably the most crowded restaurant I've seen since Covid. I had the Chinese Chicken Salad with Grilled Chicken. It was excellent! And my Mom ordered the Crispy Chicken, which she also enjoyed very much. Each and every ingredient was very fresh, the number one requirement of mine when it comes to salad.

I have dined there many times. They have short term specials. Lots big tvs. I go there for sports also. I'm very discriminate. I have favorite menu items. There beef has been poor for years. But after my complaining it has improved . Best & tastiest entree is the hot skillet chicken with onions , and mushrooms topped with garlic butter and shrimp & loaded mashed potatoes. A nice side of veggies is only 1,99.

I like their menu offer for two meals and appetizer for $22.00! Sitting at the bar when not ordering drinks was my mistake. Next time I'll wait for a table instead to have a more comfortable dining experience. They have TV screens lined around center of restaurant/bar So if you want to watch the game it's possible from a table. Ask to be seated near bar.

Pretty tasty meal. The menu has an option for just about anybody including a fair amount of specials like 2 entrees and an appetizer for x amount. Go during happy hour to save a little dough on your drink a and appetizers as well. This is conveniently located and usually doesn't take too long to get your meal and be out of there quickly. The service was excellent during my visit.

We were here for someone's 21st birthday, and this place was packed! Our party alone had at least 25 people. They kept up with our orders. They allowed my cousin to decorate the area and even allowed a cake from outside. We only ordered appetizers, but oh my, those little tacos were to die for! The food was yummy but the drinks were better!

Good food, nice and clean. Got seated right away. Waitress was super pleasant and attentive. Only complaint I would make is that when we placed our order, we also placed an order to go for when we were ready to leave. However our "to-go" order came with our order that we placed for dine-in. I would definitely go back again though, as a to-go order is a rare instance

It seems that every time we go, part of our order is wrong or not placed. We now request Amber because then we get our food. The cook is getting everything right, unlike before when paper was left on the steak while cooked, then served. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The manager is awesome. We lost a bracelet $$$ during Christmas, and she contacted Amber, the server, to ask if she knew anything about it. We received our bracelet back. Honesty goes a long way.

Corporate comfort-food, nicely done. Despite being a big chain restaurant, this one manages to feel like a genuine neighborhood eatery, with a lot of local regulars. Food is at the exact mid-point between McDonald's and French Laundry. Know what to expect and you won't be disappointed. Great service from a generally upbeat staff. Nice.

Food was great but service poor! I had to wait forever for my check despite it not being a busy hour. I gave a 4* because the servers seemed to be new and undergoing training.

My mother and I have been coming here since it first opened. My older sister even worked here for a long time. So we've had our Red Apple card for a long time. We were told by my sister and a few others to never get a new one because they changed their discounts. (Old card says 20% off. New card says 10%) technically if the card we have says 20%... they have to honor it. So today we were refused the discount. We were told to get a new card and we refused. Totally wasn't our server's fault, but the manager was too busy to see us. Not sure if I should keep coming back.

As we arrived we were told to wait 10mins when we actually waited 20. The assistant manager was very disorganised and didn't know what she was doing. When we were seated all the waiters were round the back and then they all stormed out leaving only 3 people left in the restraunt. Who had to serve the rest of the customers by them selves. After 10mins they finally came back and they didn't look happy. Although the bar tender who stayed seemed to be very happy and the customers seemed pleased with his service. When the food finally came my pasta dish took 10mins longer then the rest of the dishes served. Having said all this the food was fantastic and very filling. EDIT: I would contact however were flying back to England

Waited 10 mins (it was slow)for a server.. ended up getting the hostess to get my drink. I asked for decaf tea and got caffinated tea. Ordered double steak and eggs, only got one piece of steak. However, management came over, apologize, and fixed the problem.. when time to pay the bill, I had an additional charge for something that I never ordered. Server did take it off... just make sure you get and pay for only what you order... other than that the food was good.

Food is uninspiring. Staff were barely friendly and inattentive. Place was freezing cold at 5:30pm customers were going out to their cars for hats and gloves. When asked to turn heat up waitress responded she was plenty warm.

It was fine. As long as your expectations are not that high, you won't be disappointed. Very similar menu and format to Chili's, Macaroni Grill, and many others. They are open late, so that's a plus in a sleepy little town like Napa.

It's a convenient place to eat when arriving in Napa after 8pm. Food was very basic, typical chain restaurant food and taste.

I almost always have a great experience at Applebee’s. We ordered for pickup. We inspected the food when it was brought to the curb-side pickup spot. The garlic mashed potatoes were missing. I went into the restaurant and let the host know. They quickly brought a to-go spud cup. We get home…. My wife issues me my beef dip meal. I swear that the meat was double grilled. Almost beef jerky style. I ate a few bites and then set it aside to eat the boneless wings instead, which I LOVE! A couple of negative hits this time. I hope they get it better next time.

Sunday morning at about 11:45am. Came in and was seated slowly. Hardly any one else there. Very slow service. About 40 minutes later appetizer arrived then main course. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was over an hour and a half.

It was Applebee's. They had a hard time getting our order right. Our meal came before our appetizers, we agreed to have them after our meal and then they forgot to reorder them for us. That was ok because we wanted to stay to watch a whole baseball game.

Pretty slow service. Seems like the carry out staff never know what's going on (even when you tip them) and the service is always slow. The food is okay for the price, which is why I keep returning. But I'm not sure why they aren't serving ranch with chicken strips anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️ That's lame. Also, why is there no chicken in these chicken strips?

Service service service. They young lady who was there server needs a bit more training. After seeing she brought an iced tea with no ice. And no silverware. I ordered a steak medium rare and it came well done, still no silverware I had to ask for silverware then she was gone for a while, walked by dropped it off like I wasn't there and left. I had to call another server to show my steak was over cooked. My server was busy talking to the bartender. The manager actually brought the 2nd one over and it was cooked correctly. Not the best grade of steak as it was chewy and stringy. The broccoli was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were good too. Pict 1 over cooked pict 2 replaced meal.

My friends hamburger was bleeding even though she specifically asked to have it well done. My husband's ribs were cool. We took them home to warm up. We had to repeatedly ask for extra napkins, and the coffee he asked for when we first ordered drinks

The food was nothing special. My family and I agreed we would've had better tasting food going to one of the local fast food restaurants.I ordered a mudslide and my son ordered a milkshake. By the time we got them they were straight liquid & semi warm. The waiter was decent and professional which is the only reason I did not give a lower rating. We will not be going back to this Applebee's.

Online orders are running 45 longer than expected. Done in wait time is 30-45 minutes. Ridiculously understaffed. Only operating at 10% capacity (7 tables in use and the bar seats are unavailable) because, according to the hostess, the manager didn’t want to call anyone in… told employees to make it work. The manager is also making elderly customers and women with small children wait outside in 90+ degree weather. Very disappointing

Horrible food that tasted like it was a frozen meal barely heated. Not many vegetarian options. Service was attentive and friendly but sadly the meals were so bad. I’m actually was in pain after eating half of what they call a healthier meal: shrimp with stir fry veg and rice. Restaurant was extremely cold and customers had to wear their coats inside. Poor management is to blame.

Our family went this past weekend. Service was very good, our waitress was very patient while taking our orders. The food was a disappointment, I have been at this Applebee’s before and have not been disappointed. This time it did seem like food was placed in a microwave and just heated. I would have given this place a better rating but the food really disappointed. One more thing, it seemed like the people in the back had their own thing going on because you could hear the music playing very loud.

I was celebrating my birthday with my parents and the waitress that helped us was really rude .we were trying to give her our order and she was always rushing us and being interrupted by other tables that she didn't take there order and they where there first I felt bad for them . And we also had other waitress helping us more than she did . She gave us this attitude of I don't like doing this . Food was good for us the adults . I don't recommend ordering kids pizza Nether of my kids where interested in eating it . I love pizza so what ever my kids don't it I would not this time do .Thank good for the mash potatoes .

Stopped by here around 8pm on Sunday. It was actually super empty, we were seated quickly and our host was pleasant. Got an appetizer sampler and a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was alright, I thought it had a bread texture to the coating but my bf didn't think so. Maybe its just me. He said the bacon tasted old and I believe him (hes a cook). The appetizer was just okay, mostly got it for the spinach dip but it was kind of underwhelming. It did not have enough salt, the consistency was a little runny, and it didn't have enough artichoke pieces in it. The rest of the items on the plate were fine though. Overall 6.5/10, not due to service but due to food.

Sub-par food today and the waiter didn't ask about it at the appropriate time. Fish was hot and our fries were cold. Bizarre burger and too heavily breaded onion rings. Not good recipes. The hostess didn't say one word to us, entering or leaving.

After being seated, we waited over 10 minutes before someone asked if we wanted something to drink. After that, our waitress disappeared and our food was served by various staff members. When my drink was low, nobody offered me a refill. The food came out late and finally the server returned at the end to see if we needed anything.

Went in today and we waited for our food for over an hr. We ordered appetizer.. boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. We only got the mozzarella sticks before our meals we then got one of the meals and a kids meal. After 20 minutes we got another of our meals and the other kids meal after 10 minutes of that we got our last meal needless to say we all didn't eat at the same time and then 10 minutes after we all had our meals our boneless wings were ready. The chicken and ribs were under cooked. I'm not sure if they had new people working the line but this is not acceptable. Our waitress was good. Theres only so much she could do if she didn't have the food to take to us. We could tell she was getting a lil frustrated with the kitchen people

Food was gross and took 45 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a spinach and artichoke dip. The cheeseburgers were soggy by the time they got out, dripping grease within the first couple bites, and the fries were stale and over salted. I asked for a sauce when our food arrived but finished and paid before the waitress ever brought it to the table. Unfortunately, this Applebees is definitely NOT worth the time or money.

I really don't recommend this Applebee's. Every time we come here...there's always an issue. The last time we came here a server got in a fight with an elderly customer and got fired. This time I specifically asked that there would not be any bacon on my burger. Again! I still got bacon on the burger! I can't eat pork. I told this to the server. The kicker was when she brought the burger back to the kitchen, I decided to time how long it took for me to get a new burger. She was at my table three minutes and 42 seconds with the same burger. Just no bacon. You could see the bacon marks in the cheese. It takes 4 minutes on each side to cook a medium burger. After that, she never came back to our table. She acted like she knew we were going to complain and not tip so we had to keep asking for a box, the check, and when we paid...we gave her a hundred dollar bill. She brought back the change with no possible way to leave her a tip. We had to ask for change for our change so we could tip her. I have never not left a tip. However, sadly this is not the first time I left this place hungry.

I used to argue with my friends that Applebee's was good, but after a recent visit, It changed my mind. Our food took 40 minutes to come out, my brother's steak was overcooked and mashed potatoes tasted like wet paper. I ordered their featured chicken sandwich. you would think it would be good because its featured, but sike no it's not. Licking the floor at taco bell would be more flavorful than our food was. My mother also said the womens bathroom was nasty. The highlight of our visit was watching the cornhole team play on tv with a guy who had no arms or legs

I honestly wasn't expecting much from an Applebee's but somehow they still disappointed. As a group of three, we waited over an hour around 7pm on a Tuesday night to be seated. The hostess originally said it would be 30 minutes. I totally understand and support COVID restrictions and difficulties but there was ample seating both inside and outside of the restaurant with multiple parties leaving during that time frame. The hostess and staff never acknowledged the wait time to us. We also waited over 10 minutes once seated just to get our drink orders. My veggie burger was dry and crispy?? and there was no cheese even though I asked for it. The waitresses were pleasant and nice but not the fastest. There was one staff member working take out that was hustling hard. I thought maybe the restaurant was busy or under staffed but I actually heard one waitress say "I'm glad it's slow tonight because I start a new day job tomorrow. I didn't make any money tonight". We also had 3 different waitresses because ours went on break during the meal, which is fine, but we waited and didn't have the best service because of it. I also overheard a manager and waitress talking about this location saying "the management isn't good" and "it used to be a lot different." I still tipped over 20% because it isn't the service staff's fault and these are tough times but ... literally NOTHING went right during our trip there. I thought I was being Punked.

While dining at Applebee's today, my girlfriend and I we’re served by a wonderful waitress. However, when my girlfriend ordered an alcoholic beverage, she was asked for her ID, which she presented. Surprisingly, her first drink had no alcohol, but the replacement did. Shortly after, the manager loudly questioned our waitress about the situation. Loud enough for us to hear from our table, which felt extremely unprofessional, especially since he kept staring at us after. When leaving, we asked the front for the manager's name, and they hesitantly mentioned "Jose." Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, compounded by the unprofessional behavior and the substitution of the drink without explanation.

My wife ordered a classic burger and told the server no bacon please extra pickles. We did this because the last time we were there we ordered the same thing and it had bacon on the burger The manager at that time told us to make sure we tell the server no bacon. So we did this time. No where on the menu did it say the classic burger comes with bacon. So she ordered it and said no bacon. We get a burger with Bacon. We sent the burger back telling the server we asked for no bacon. She took it back to the kitchen and 3 minutes and 42 seconds later she come back with the same burger with no bacon but you can still see the indentation of the bacon in the cheese. She never came back to the table. Never asked if anything was wrong. Never got us a refill. She did however ask if we wanted to order desert. Lol. My wife can't eat pork. So she left hungry. I ate the burger and took the meal I ordered home. We had to ask for our check. We had to ask for change to tip her. She has many chances to ask what was wrong and why my wife wasn't eating since we had to ask for her to keep coming back for a box, the check, and change.

Giving one star because no stars is not an option. I requested a table vs. a booth or high bar table chair because I have an injured knee, and I am a big person. Booths are generally too small, and high chairs cause my intense pain. The staff inconsiderately said they would accommodate. The staff's approach to customer service as poor at best, quite rude, and indicative of a negative mindset towards potential customers.

Terrible experience. We weren't greeted by the host. We had to walk up and ask for a table. And then once we finally got a table it took the server 15 minutes to come to our table. We finished our appetizers before I got my drink from the bar. And I had to ask a couple times for water. There was also a free appetizer promo going on and we asked our waitress about it and then she never came back to our table. We asked someone else to speak to a manager and he was nice and gave us appetizer coupons but overall it was not a good experience at all.

The service is so bad it will be hard to come back. Management has failed. Hard to give a lower star rating. I asked for a water. I am still waiting. Been over 15 minutes. Plenty of staff just no customer service. Pretty embarrassing.

Instead of the customary “Hello, how are you?” it was more along the lines of “What’s up with you?” While I understand that friendly interactions can be positive, it felt somewhat unprofessional. After placing my order, I waited for an extended period, approximately 20 minutes, for my food to arrive. During this time, no one approached me to inquire if I needed anything else or if I was satisfied with my experience so far. I also observed that the waiter seemed preoccupied with socializing with another individual, possibly a fellow employee, outside the restaurant. This behavior, along with the fact that other waitstaff were engaged in conversations and using their phones, created an atmosphere that did not reflect the level of attentiveness and service one would expect at a restaurant. It wasn’t until approximately 30 minutes later that a manager finally appeared and took care of my bill. This further extended the wait time, making my overall dining experience less than satisfactory. I understand that service can occasionally have its challenges, but I hope that Applebee’s can address these issues to ensure a more professional and attentive customer experience in the future. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope it contributes to the improvement of your establishment’s service quality.

The order had four entrée sized containers and two sides in round containers that were packed in small bag. When I got home all of the lids were off and everything had mixed together. There were only two small pieces of chicken in the one entrée, maybe two ounces total but my partner said it tasted good. Now the steak, that was the worst steak I have ever attempted to consume in my life. Not only was it less than six ounces, and I paid extra for the eight ounce, but it was just fat and gristle, you could barely see any red in at all. It was so gamey a knife was useless on it, and I'm so concerned about the quality I won't even give it to a dog. I wasn't expecting high quality meat, but my god there was maybe two bites of edible meat. The folks that greeted me and brought me my food were very nice through. Definitely won't be back.

We had dinner delivered to our hotel room. My husband’s steak was quality and everything was warm. My steak was full of gristle and fat and was not edible. We are not from this area, we traveled from out of state. Does this restaurant choose non quality meats to deliver and keep the quality steaks for in restaurant dining?

First time here and it was not a good experience. The Hostess saw that it was 5 of us and I told her for 5 but she put us in a 4 people table and just put a chair at the end of the table for our 5th person. Our awesome waiter came then we asked if we can move to a more space spot and he did and that was so nice of him. But after he did that the girl that sat us on the 4 people spot started giving him an attitude and started giving us attitude too. She do know that customers are the ones paying her for her job right? That kind of person should not work hostess if she will give attitude to customers. She will chase away the customers

This has to be the worst Applebee's around they are slow we waited 40 mins for appetizers. They pay no attention to what you ordered cause it's all wrong when you get your plate after waiting a hour 2 of the 3 plates came out my plate was sitting in the kitchen till I said something then he didn't even know what I got then comes to the table with the worst looking food I ever seen lost my appetite after that the manager didn't want to come out to see what was wrong when we requested she came out she was rude like we were the problem customer service and kindness goes a long way MARY.. I will NEVER be back to that Applebee's at least till this manager is gone. You know it's bad when you get better customer service at fast food where we ended up going. If you absolutely want Applebee's go to Vallejo there the best one to me around. This location used to be good but that's what happens when you put a manager somewhere and thy don't care.
