I don't know what this Jon Sévigny guy is talking about "salty". This food was really good. I had the Lamb Gyro and roommate had the Greek fries. I absolutely would recommend that you come here. The staff is always nice as well.
I do DoorDash and every time I need to use their restroom they never say no to me, and I appreciate it. I also love the food, it’s so delicious.
Stopped at Nick the Greek as it is always a sure quick and tastey meal. Everything we ordered was correct and delicious. We had a couple questions regarding our order, and the person assisting us not only answered our questions, but helped us select a meal with add-ons to help save money. That was so nice. Absolutely recommend.
Attentive staff at every visit. Food is hot and great quality. Veggie wrap is the most amazing thing that I could eat everyday. Their mushrooms and ingredients are cooked to perfection. Great size portions and low cost.
An inexpensive, but VERY yummy lunch spot! The cashier was friendly and efficient. Both seating area and bathroom were very clean. Recommend absolutely.
This Nick the Greek does it right! We got the souvlaki plate and everything was 10/10! Seasoned so well, chicken cooked perfectly, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend!
EXCELLENT food! These guys delivered quality food to my hotel. The falafel pita was delicious. Soft and crunchy in all the right spots. Fresh lettuce tomato and onion! The hummus and pita really delivered as well! Wonderful job. Only thing I'd suggest is some getting taboulleh on your menu and also get some spice to your menu like a chili paste. 9/10
First time there, the establishment is super clean, staff is friendly. Menu is extensive, falafels to go were delis, fairly priced and came with sauce for dipping. Can't wait to return and try other items, plus it is not located in downtown Napa, which is primarily crowded with tourist, difficult with parking especially if one has physically challenges.
This has become one of my favorites, especially in Napa where restaurants are so over priced. Great fresh, flavorful food, served quickly in a very clean space. Fairly priced and the quantity served is spot on as well.
Great gyros! Quick service . The fries are amazing as well as the bowls. Love the sauces and the pita is fresh!
You get your money worth here. Lots of flavor and good fresh selections. Garlic fries are wonderful but be sure to plan to share. Nothing fancy if dining in. Limited space.
This Nick the Greek has prettt good, fast, Greek food. My whole family loves the same thing, the Lamb Gyro Bowl. It's a whole bunch of Saffron rice with lettuce, lamb, fetta cheese and two sauces. We don't really like the reddish sauce, but the Tzatziki is pretty authentic and we order double.
I love greek food. I'v been excited for this place to open, and so glad they have finally!! I hope all are well. I have to say, I did NOT expect the food to be SO good!!! The greek fries were unbelievable HUGE, and I had to save half for the next day. The quality was just so unexpected!! I am not typically a fan of falafel, because of how dry they are, and no amount of yummy tzatziki can wash it down...but NOT here!!! The falafel was out of this world good!!! I'd give 10 stars if there were five more!!
We had lunch there today, ordering falafel pitas, an order of Greek fries, and some baklava for my hubby. The falafels were very good. Well structured, which is important for falafels since they tend to fly apart. These were easy to eat. Generous amount of tatziki and nice crisp falafel balls. Ordinarily, those would have been the star of the meal, but not today. Good as the falafels were, they took second place behind the Greek fries. Those were spectacular. Go there and get them, but plan on sharing since it's a large portion.
The person who took our order was very personable. We ordered a couple dinner plates & a large order of fries that came with sauce & meat. The hot sauce I was given was tangy as well as a bit spicy. All the food was delicious. 2nd time I've had food from there.
Accidental first time visit but loved the casual greek lunch. Super accommodating staff. Order at counter and served at the table. Menu is simple and easy to pick. Loved that meat is prepared in the kitchen and visible. That explains the super flavorful gyro meat. Ordered beef/lamb pita combo with greek fries and fountain drink, gyro salad with meat on side and veg pita that had lovely mushrooms and sauce. Great portions. The decorated baklava are tempting and ordered 3 of those.. be back..
I ate here yesterday and had the vegan option of a falafel wrap. I forgot to exclude tzaziki and the wonderful woman behind the counter made me a new one. Suggestion.... harissa for a more traditional spicy sauce.
Fresh food. I stop in when in Napa and I am never disappointed. Love the Greek Fries and the Gyro Bowl is my favorite/regular. Friendly group of guys always greet you upon entering. I never have to wait too long and it is conveniently located across the street from Walmart.
Took a chance on this order and I have found my new favorite restaurant. The portions are more than generous, the freshness and quality is absolutely outstanding. I didn't know that I needed this in my life before, but I sure do now! Get the fries with all the fixings and meat. The salad is exquisite and I have a lot of menu to explore yet to report back on. Such a shame, right?
Great food! A great team that made the dishes that were music to my belly.

The food was delicious and the waiting time was not long, the workers were very kind to explain the menu to me, and the spaces, including the bathroom were clean.
The food was amazing! We’re definitely coming back. This was our first time trying this restaurant, and we loved it so much that we even tried the same one in San Francisco — but it wasn’t nearly as good as this location.”
Nick the Greek in Napa has become my go-to spot for lunch. I live nearby and find myself coming here every other day! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The gyro meat is always tender and perfectly seasoned, the pita is warm and fluffy, and the tzatziki adds just the right tangy touch. The service is quick and friendly, making it a great place for a reliable and delicious meal. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, perfect for both a quick bite and a relaxed lunch. If you’re in Napa and love Mediterranean food, I highly recommend stopping by. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Yum! I ate here two days in a row. First time I had the lamb and beef gyro. The meat was super flavorful and the veggies fresh and crunchy. The fries are seasoned with Greek spices and are yummy and addictive. Came back today and had the falafel. Their falafel is light and moist, not dry at all. The restaurant is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe I’ll go back tomorrow! So happy I have another quick and fresh lunch choice.
Yum, yum, YUM! They have amazing gyros and the Baklava Greek frozen yogurt is unreal. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious and healthy Mediterranean food. I always get takeout and it's ready within 10 minutes. Fast and fresh.
Perfect place to grab a quick dinner. The plates were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The dine-in counter service was friendly and expedient. I forgot to take a picture because I was so hungry and it was so good! 😂

Great food. It is a fast food place, so that being said: it’s hard to beat in comparison. I did however, have a hair in my fries. But I will say if we’re back in the area we’d likely stop there again. Portion sizes are substantial. The greek fries are a must. Of course the Gyro is super. And the salad with chicken is quite delicious. Seemed like a hit with the locals, good foot traffic. Definitely check it out.
The first time I was able to finally try this place was when they opened their location in Napa, CA. That was a minute ago. Ever since that first time, I've always had pleasant interactions w/ whomever is working in the front. Always so friendly when I come in and order. I haven't eaten inside yet, but it's kept pretty darn clean. The actual place is next door to a popular liquor store in Napa, centrally located, across the street from Walmart. Always parking, usually in the front. I've had their pitas (beef/lamb & chicken, plates (beef/lamb & chicken), gyros (chicken) and Nick Fries (chicken). They had baklava back in the days, I didn't care for, but I didn't see it on their current menu. Nick Fries - fries are always crispy and piled high w/ all the fixings. Everything is tasty and consistent as far as the amount given per order.
Nick the Greek is probably the only local Greek chain that comes close to the food in Athens. Service was fast and the cashiers were super friendly. I ordered the pork belly gyro wrap with Greek fries - the wrap was good except for a few fatty pieces of meat. The Greek fries were the unexpected highlight of my meal: well seasoned fries with fresh feta cheese and green onions. The baklava was light, flaky and the perfect amount of sweetness. I also sampled the Frozen yogurt, which was really good. If I'm in the area, I would come back again. Hopefully, the new Santa Rosa store will open soon.
It's a chain and this one met the expectations. The service was really friendly. It could have been cleaner. The food was as expected.
The portions are accurate for the price. The food was well seasoned and flavorful. Parts of my salad were brown and chicken was dry but overall acceptable.
Great location right by the movie theater . Staff were very friendly food had great flavor . Only draw back owner/manager black polo older gentleman not really welcoming .

Ordered online - quoted 5:01 pickup time. Arrived on time and then proceeded to wait over 15 minutes. Others waiting in front of me… What happened? It was one gyro? Ordered extra fries…have no idea if I got them 🤷♀️. Place wasn’t busy - but the table I sat and waited by was very sticky. If you’re that slow…maybe clean all the tables?
I decided to edit my review from 5 stars to 3 the last two times I have ordered... the food and service has changed.Seems like they are skimping on certain items. The gyro bowl used to be really good but lately not so much.
Clerk was efficient but not at all friendly. He brought down the mood. Gyro was okay but not flavorful enough for me. I may try again with a different menu item.
The person at the register was super nice or I would have rated 1 star. We’ve ordered from here on DoorDash and it was really bad—fries seemed like they were hours old, the meat was cold, the pita was stale. We thought maybe it was just bc food takes a while on door dash sometimes. Decided to retry today and went to the store to pick it up in hopes it was better. Nope. The fries were beyond stale and the meat was cold even though I had just ordered it. Both times we ordered lamb gyros and Greek fries. The baklava + froyo was delicious though (recommended by the person at the register!)
I ordered this on door dash and the fries were extremely dry. They tasted like they were a day old and reheated in a microwave. The bowl ingredients didn’t taste fresh. I wasn’t sure if that was because the gyro meat tasted processed or the greasy dressing completely ruined the salad. What an awful feeling to spend so much money on bad food.
This review is specific to the "Nick the Greek" location in Napa. I have gotten pick up from Nick the Greek twice. The first time we thoroughly enjoyed our food, we got a beef/lamb gyro and a falafel salad. The food was well seasoned and the portions plentiful. With our first good experience in mind we decided to order again, this time getting two of the beef/lamb gyro. This time the food was awful, it was cold despite picking it within minutes of it being ready. The meat was burned, the fries were soggy, the gyro had tons of onions but barely any of the added veggies that we paid extra for. The gyro was not filled, leaving both of us hungry - not a great feeling after spending >30$ on dinner. I am very disappointed in the Nick the Greek location in Napa - I do not think we will be eating here again.
I've been here twice so far. We had the lamb/beef gyros the first time, with greek fries. The gyros were good! The fries inside of it were superfluous, but overall the gyro was tasty. It had an appropriate meat/pita/veggie/tzatziki ratio. I could have done without the fries inside of it though. The Greek fries were not very good. Sad, limp fries tossed with a heartburn inducing amount of raw scallions and garlic, and a pathetic amount of feta. Wont order those again. Second time we had the beef/lamb gyro bowl and falafel. The gyro bowls were good, but had WAY too much rice and not nearly enough meat, tomato, cucumber ( I had 1 piece of cucumber in my bowl....) lettuce, feta etc... it was basically a big bowl of rice with a little bit of toppings. Not worth the price... The falafel had good flavor, but the chickpeas (doubt they were fava) didnt seem soaked enough. A little dry... a bit too crunchy and raw. Flavor was great, but they all had a conspicuously similar shape that looked as though they were mass produced. It's a chain, clearly. And Small World is a much better choice, in my opinion.
How’s this place have 4.5 stars? Do people know what good food is? Bad quality food. We had gyro plates of different meats. Lots of fatty pieces, dry, overcooked. Salad had a sweet un edible dressing. Blah Won’t be coming back
I’ve been here multiple times and I constantly see extremely long wait times I once saw them making and bagging up a large order and there were only 2 workers in the store 1 person cooking and 1 taking orders and bagging them and the store was full of people waiting for their food, these poor workers look over worked this is clearly bad management this is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant .
I placed an order for delivery around 6pm. My card was charged. It’s currently 9:39pm. No call from the restaurant and no answer when I called them. My mother is handicapped and I’m too ill to pick up. We’re eating granola bars for dinner tonight.
I love Nick the Greek and I usually go to other locations. I was in town for work and I stopped by this location to get the same exact thing I always get. This location was very bad compared to the other locations that I usually go to. There’s only 2 employees working. One at the front and one cooking. The restaurant was packed with customers waiting for their orders. I ordered through Uber eats pickup and my order was still late. The food was also not as well prepared as other locations. I got the ending of the beef/lamb meat and it was chopped into blocks instead of thinly sliced like it should be. This complaint is more for management since it looks like they are poorly managing this business. Bad food and long wait times.
Since you will not respond to attorneys then I will leave a beautiful review here for you and your restaurant. I placed an order through door dash for beef/lamb gyro pita on in mid-October. There was a screw in my food that I bit down on and chipped a back molar. Also, I almost swallowed the screw. My attorney has been trying to get a hold of your claims department as well as the franchisee who owns the business. No response....I have the uneaten portion of the sandwich with said screw in my freezer. I will continue to pursue this and I may see you in court if this does not get resolved!

I received undercooked chicken - it was jelly in texture and tasted raw. Filthy bathroom. Long wait times. This is not like any other Nick the Greek I've been to. It's not a one-off experience, I've been to this location five separate times. I reached out to let corporate know and received no response or acknowledgedment. I would love to try this location again, but I've already wasted over $40 here. At this point I'll only walk back in if I see an "Under New Management" sign or if I see it's consistently busy (I never see this place busy - I only ever see a handful of people at most).
