Morton’s in Naperville has become a place we genuinely look forward to visiting. The atmosphere is beautifully classic and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming — you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The staff is consistently kind and attentive in a way that feels sincere, not rehearsed. From the host stand to the servers, everyone makes you feel cared for and unrushed, which is rare today. The food is always delicious and perfectly prepared. We’ve returned multiple times and the quality has been dependable every visit. Their happy hour is spectacular and one of the best in the area, a wonderful way to enjoy the experience in a relaxed setting. For birthdays, they present a personalized photo at your table, and it is such a thoughtful touch. It turns a dinner into a memory, and those little moments matter. In a busy world, it’s nice to have a place that still makes an evening feel special. We always leave happy and already planning our next visit.

If you want a dining EXPERIENCE, you need to go to Morton’s THE Steakhouse. We went to celebrate my birthday and it wasn’t just a restaurant. It was a full experience. We got a free printed photo as well as each and every person who took care of us or checked on us wished me happy birthday. It felt real, special, and was the perfect experience. Will go back any time I visit the Chicago area.

Worth every dollar! Amazing service, genuine. Food delicious, perfect amount. Loved the 60 dollar option with the appetizer, entree, dessert 🍰 to choose from. Wonderful experience!

Great place to celebrate. Outstanding quality. The center cut ribeye was perfectly cooked. Side orders are generous and delicious. One of my favorite steakhouses in the Chicagoland area

Went here for a work outing. Service at the bar and table were excellent. Had the shrimp cocktail and 16 ounce Ribeye. Tried a piece of the Cajun Ribeye and it was excellent. Staff was friendly and very professional. Be ready to pay, but the quality and service are worth it.

It might be a chain restaurant. But it sure is an upscale one! Morton’s always takes the very best of care of us when we visit. And since we have business interest in the vicinity of the restaurant, we are not strangers to Morton’s. The steaks are always perfect. The appetizers are always great. Best of all, the service is never anything short of impeccable. Sometimes I feel like I’m dining in a Michelin star restaurant because of the quality of the servers alone. Although we’ve been there several different outlets, this is by far our favorite. To top it off, unlike many others the parking here is a piece of cake? Did I mention cake? I’m getting hungry now! Sorry, we have to go get some steak now. The photos here from a private party we hosted

We made a reservation for Christmas Day the day before, so we were so happy they still had a place for us. The food and service were excellent

I took my partner here last night for our anniversary. It was literally the best dining experience either of us has had in the past ten years. They are truly unrivaled in the smallest details of the customer and dining experience. Courtney was a phenomenal server and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the whole evening. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. 7 stars out of 5.

Only thing better than a great steak is the company your with and a great server. The steaks where perfect. Scallops to die for. Oysters small bit very good. AND our server Ally was terrific. Knows her stuff and great sense of humor. Thanks, Ally, for making our dinner so much more enjoyable

Comes well prepared. Tasty food. We tried quite a few items....steak, lobster mac and cheese, crab cakes. All were yummy. Lettuce wasn't wilted. Veggies were firm and well seasoned.

This was definitely by far one of the best Steakhouses I've ever been too. Very high-end quality, food, service, and atmosphere. Super complimentary, and appealing. I would definitely come back and enjoy this place again.

Came here for my birthday - did not disappoint! (They even took the time to prepare a special menu which was a nice touch) First, thank you to our server Aydan who took care of us all night & even took time to share stories & get to know us. All the staff here were super attentive & welcoming. Food? Pretty good! I personally enjoyed the lobster bisque & the legendary hot chocolate cake (which was a birthday treat!) The tomahawk was a good, large portion to share but I do think it could have been a bit more tender. To be fair, a steak that big is challenging to cook so I still enjoyed it for what it was. Just something to consider if you’re going to pay the price you do for it. Extra credit for the photographer that took a photo of my fiance & I then had it printed for us to take home. A small detail that meant a lot. Whether it’s your birthday or just a casual date night, Morton’s knows how to make it special.

I was impressed. The staff was great from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. The Filet was great, cooked exactly as I asked. The Truffle fries and Asparagus were flavorful starters as well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a higher end steakhouse. The bread was also great, soft and flavorful.

It's definitely one of the best stake house I have tried and one of the best dining experiences. Everything was perfect, Patrick was a great server and gave the best recommendations. He answered my questions with experience and even helped with drinks that paired beautifully with the food. We started with the wagyu meatballs, which were very tasty. We were recommended a porterhouse meal for two, which was just amazing. The portions are big, more than enough to share, and have extra to take home! I will absolutely be coming back again and again.

What a gem, I had the filet done medium rare and the corn souffle. The steak was exceptionally seasoned, cooked to perfection and so tender. The corn souffle was delicious, had layers of flavor and had a unique welcomed spice. The banana foster cheese cake was a unique creation that you don't want to pass on, overall a spectacular experience.

When we entered the restaurant, we were met by a friendly hostess, moved a table and handed us a menu. The waitress was Gloria - she is a magician! A sweet, kind girl, smiling. She knows her business well. No unnecessary conversations! Everything is fast and clear! We ordered two steaks - by the way, they were delicious with 3 side dishes , lobster cake and a salad. My husband liked the salad, for me it was a bit dry. Two managers came up to us in turns and asked how we were doing, if everything was okay. The food is excellent! In general, my husband and I were satisfied! We really liked the atmosphere. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

My boyfriend & I came here for our anniversary & it’s was FANTASTIC!! From the vibe when we walked in, Annissia’s great service, & the phenomenal food! I would highly recommend. We got the 32 oz tomahawk, waygu meatballs & the hot chocolate molton lava cake. We will be back!

I am vegan & was able to have a delicious meal at Morton’s!! The tofu “steak” was amazing and had an incredible smoky sauce served with it. The spinach was peppery and really flavorful. I also got a side of the Brussel sprouts without the bacon. Really surprised I was able to be accommodated and not just with a simple salad or veggies. They truly gave it thought and it was super tasty. It’s not on the menu so just ask your server :)

Great food and drinks on the patio. Staff is amazing. This is considered a high end steakhouse, I may call it higher end in quality for sure.

Dined at Morton’s the Steakhouse in Naperville this evening and it was excellent. I started with the Maine Lobster Ravioli as an appetizer; the bits of lobster, mushrooms and what looked like Brussels sprout leaf in the sauce was phenomenal as was the ravioli themselves. Next course was a wedge salad with plenty of accessories! If I had one complaint, may have been a bit much dressing for me but still delicious. Next was Wagyu beef filet and roasted asparagus; the steak was seared to perfection and a beautiful medium rare topped with compound butter it melted in my mouth. The asparagus was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Before dinner my server brought a loaf of freshly baked onion bread and it was amazing - especially when used to soak up the lobster sauce and the steak juice with the melted compound butter! To top it all off my server, Cheryl was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. I definitely recommend Morton’s - worth the money!

Wonderful time as always! The hostess took a pix of hubby and me as we celebrated our anniversary. Since we were quite full after our dinner to enjoy their complimentary dessert, our server made sure it was packaged and sent home with us! Also, they serve a delicious, soft, fluffy bread that comes warm to the table! I had 2 lobster tails and hubby had the bone-in ribeye...absolutely delicious!

Went to Morton’s in Naperville last week. I had the filet mignion. I also had the lobster bisque and the crème brûlée. The food and service were excellent. Prices were about $100 per person.

Anniversary dinner! Morton's did not disappoint. Food was delicious, service was excellent, thank you Steven. Recommended the calamari they are testing. It was the best calamari we have had. Hopefully it gets added to the permanent menu. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Morton's for a belated Valentine's Day dinner with my wife. The atmosphere was good. The service was awesome. My server was very helpful and attentive. I had the 12 ounce filet mignon. It was very tasteful and delicious.

I understand why Morton’s Steakhouse slogan told the truth..THE BEST STEAKHOUSE EVER! This evening, Ive treated my boyfriend mother to an early birthday dinner. The ambience is amazing. I love their chandeliers. The host was very friendly. Although we arrived early on the reservation, you would have to wait until your time reservation. Our server Edward was a delight (I loved his glasses. I can tell he is a great dresser although he had on his uniform). Edward was very attentive. Steven was so amazing, down to earth and hilarious which made our night special. Of course we participated in Chicago Restaurant Week. My boyfriend and mom had wedge salad and Caesar salads and filet mignon. I had the lobster bisque and salmon 🔥. There was a miscommunication with our dessert selection which Steven made our night again and gave everyone both desserts to go. We love Edward and Steven. The best steakhouse ever. We will return soon. 😁

We had a great experience! The service was out of this world and the steak was excellent! The atmosphere was so chic and elegant. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate us, and we were so impressed! The steak selection is out of this world and everything was fantastic. I highly recommend! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our special day so memorable! 💕

Fantastic food and service. Our server Monica was knowledgeable, quick and kind. Management was absolutely wonderful when there was a mix up with one of our plates. They fixed it asap and made my mother in laws birthday very special.

An absolutely wonderful place to dine, the staff is incredibly professional and not too prying at all. We dined in the bar and took advantage of the “Power Hour” specials which made a fine dining experience very affordable. Their bar is stocked with excellent choices, had a nice scotch conversion with our hostess. We will be going back for the full “steak and side” experience soon. Once again, the staff’s professionalism was just astounding, well done Morton’s Naperville!!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. Food was outstanding as usual. I wanted to give a special mention to our server Stacy who was exceptional. She never rushed us , was very efficient as I noticed she had quite a few other tables to tend to, and has such a calm approach. I will certainly be back. Thank you.

Take your pick. Food, Service, and environment were all top notch. My son’s always pick this place for their Birthdays and we have not been disappointed once. You get what you pay for and this place does not disappoint. Steaks, Seafood, and deserts were all cooked to perfection.

It's my husband's favorite Steakhouse to go to He's VIP here. The service is awesome! The food as well is good but a bit pricey here. Nothing to say, everything is good here.

Was in town for business and the team decided to eat here for dinner. Unfortunately I was only able to take photos of our desserts. I ordered the seabass and my colleague got the filet mignon and we split our dinner together.

I stopped by with a few friends and we sat in the bar area. The staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the food was just average. We asked for a dry steak, but it was served covered in liquid, which wasn’t what we ordered. The flavor was okay, but overall it missed the mark.

We celebrated a birthday. The restaurant's atmosphere was cozy and warm. The food was served on time, and the server was very attentive. The management team was professional and looked out for customers. We ordered a tomahawk and dry-aged ribeye. The steak was over-seasoned, and the quality of the meat was not the best for that price.

Lauded steak house missed its mark for me. Service was poor. Seated right away with reservations with drink menu. Server went thru spiel with hard sell. Drinks and appetizers pushed several times. Server disappeared. Hard to ask manager to send over. Had to request menu. Salads not consistent in garnish. Dressing in chopped not evenly coated, dry on top, soaked on bottom. Table bread delicious, refill not offered. Server not educated in type of beef. Temp in meat not as requested. Dessert ok. IMO not worth the $$$

This is an edited review for me. This has been a go to restaurant for me for business meetings until tonight. Very weird experience. The bartender Campbell like the soup was very nice, but yet fell short when under pressure. Shortly after we were seated and things only got worse. Our waiter seemed like he could sell ice to an Eskimo, but yet had no idea how to listen. He ran through the menu from top to bottom, made all his recommendations and stressed them over and over and over again, but when we did not choose the seafood tower or the scallop wrap and bacon, we still got the scallops wrapped in bacon. Kudos to the management for comping the dish and finally bringing the tuna appetizer, but why did that have to happen. Then there is the menus that were never taken from the table from the moment we ordered to the end of our meal and the mess up with the drink orders where our guest obviously and definitely asked for an orange, but got a lime multiple times with his drink, and the pork chop that was overcooked and undercooked, and never delivered anywhere near the time we ordered our food and also the fact that we were the last guests in the restaurant because our waiter never took our order in a timely manner. The sad thing about the whole experience is that they weren’t busy and they were plenty of weight staff to help us. But this service and kitchen were both way way way off.

We were surprised to be disappointed! The food was just... not great. The steak was over charred, the sides were pretty greasy? Salad was good. I'm as surprised to write this as you are to read it.

second time coming to this location, the last time was about 10yrs ago...no wonder we will never come back! its a pretty upscale restaurant, not too expensive but we are the only table that brought kids lol and no kids menu in Naperville a 14oz dry aged ribeye is $67 and a 12oz filet mignon is only $69; my favorite 36oz tomahawk ribeye is only $144; not bad at all! Our server was great, greeted us as soon as we sat down on a busy day, took our order and everything was according to our request! the taste, well, the food is very average, especially if you consider this an expensive restaurant! I ordered my ribeye as medium rare but the two sides are more like well done LOL and the middle of the steak was more medium, NOT medium rare at all! the filet was cooked to medium rare but way too dry! We were told the chopped salad is a huge size but not really. The lobster bisque was a little too salty. the cold water lobster tails we ordered. I thought it was cold but they actually grilled it so it was too dry for our liking... the only food that were acceptable were the macaroni cheese and the french fries LOL overall, this reminded us why we never came back for ten yrs lol. wildfire and sullivan steak house are much much better when you compare them to similar steak houses!

I usually enjoy Morton’s, especially the Chicago location, so this was disappointing. The martini was very good, but the Bubbles & Bites experience fell short. The sliders were served boxed upside down (see photo), no truffle fries were included, and I was given Prosecco instead of Veuve Clicquot and told that’s just how it comes. I didn’t speak up in the moment, but looking back, this didn’t meet the brand standard I expect.

Didn’t appreciate the bartender on Thanksgiving. We asked for a straw after ordering 2 old fashions. We got such an attitude and were told we don’t give straws out automatically but if you ask we can give you one. So we asked and then said what size do you want. Really!!! He then told us that they are cutting back on costs. Wow. $40.00 for two drinks and can’t get a cocktail straw. We use to go there all the time but the new regime isn’t as welcoming any longer. We can and will spend are money somewhere else moving forward. One interaction can ruin a relationship that quickly. Hopefully you address the concern with the bartender. We were the first ones at the bar on Thanksgiving.

We went for my elderly mother’s birthday which fell on Christmas Eve. She chose Morton’s and made sure to make a reservation weeks in advance and also made sure they knew it was her birthday. Arriving was a bit chaotic, a 7:30 reservation we arrived at 7:15 and didn’t get seated until almost 8pm. We were a group of two and right away noticed larger groups arriving after us getting seated before we were. There’s also no general seating in the lobby-bar area and the bartender was not thrilled when my mother took a seat but didn’t want to buy a drink. However there was anywhere else to stand or sit. The service continued down from there. We both felt large groups got so much more attention and we were brushed aside being a small group. The waiters attitude seemed to change when we declined wine service and he didn’t know about the speciality drink featured on the Morton’s website that wasn’t a wine. Nor did he bother to check more into it when my mother showed a screen shot. We asked about the bread appetizer multiple times as we were starving which was never volunteered but other tables got theirs well before their dinners. This finally came out AFTER our steaks were served. Amazing tasting bread as well but served so late when we could have had it while sitting waiting for our steaks. To be fair the steaks were fantastic. Really a journey of taste for your pallet. Incredible taste but the service was so bad it overshadowed the meal. I had to constantly ask for drink refills or flag someone down when we needed something. Unless it was water, which was kept full. The staff did come and take a complimentary birthday photo which was great and they also had acknowledged my mother’s birthday at check in. However the two large groups on either side of us had birthdays too. They were given speciality deserts with a lit candle. I asked the group next to me if they made a special request and was told oh no they just mentioned it to the waiter mid meal. It was disappointing our waiter didn’t deliver on this, even after commenting about how our birthday photos came out. I ordered 2 crème Brulés from the waiters assistant since he was constantly unavailable. After a half hour I asked for a follow up of where ours was. They then brought out ONE - even though I had order two a half hour ago. Nor could they bother to put a candle on it. I was so upset at that point. The joke of service provided when they don’t see non stop dollar signs is absurd. They run to the large groups that are probably considered cash cows in their eyes. It was so awkward as the food is really good and the service was just a nonstop mess. My opinion - avoid this location if your a small group. Maybe other Morton’s locations are not as sales focused/upselling orientated. But to the credit of the chef and staff making the actual food - it was very very good - bravo incredible quality food. I just hope the kitchen staff are getting the recommend 18-20% gratuity on the bill as the wait staff did little to deserve it. Morton’s needs to secret shop their locations and get a better grasp of what the average customer experiences. The manager did come check on us but was very difficult to comment on the service when waiter is standing right behind him.

I'm so sorry to say this but we ordered the all inclusive plate for $89.00 each. 3 of them. The only thing that was good was the steak. The potato was old and like glue, the lobster, shrimp and scallops were overcooked and like rubber. The desserts were just average. This was for my brother's birthday 🎂 and it was really spoiled by the food. We expected much more than we got.
