Came in with family. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp it was DELICIOUS. My husband had the chicken alfredo pasta, and that was tasty as well. The food came out in a great timely manner, but the star of the show here was Andrea, our hostess. She was very attentive and never lost her smile throughout her service with us.

Very affordable food and drinks. Went there just for fun and had their never ending riblets they have 2 kinds, slightly spicy and honey BBQ. I tried both since it's never ending. Both were great. Also it was my wife's birthday and we got a free small dessert. I have included pictures of their menu in case you guys want to see what they have and their prices.

Stopped in last week for a quick drink while waiting for the rest of our party. It was mid day on a monday. Very clean and extremely friendly. Not too bad, service was a little slow. Waitress came by three times, but then went on break. Joe came by and took our order. Asked for Military discount, but only got 10% on the appetizer. Tried to figure it out to no avail, thus was reflected in the tip.

We ordered 2 for $25. We upgraded to sirloin steaks. The sirloin steak was a little tough. The steamed seasoned broccoli was salty and too soft (overcooked) . The buffalo wings were way too salty. Do better Applebees

Our experience here at this establishment was horrible and could've been much better. The fish batter was undercooked, our waitress brought me a drink that I did not ask for. We are regular guests at this Applebee’s location and have generally had positive experiences, which is why our visit last night was so disappointing. My family chose this restaurant for our after-Christmas dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was a complete letdown. Our server, Joe, appeared unprepared and disorganized, almost as if he were in training, though he was not. We ordered two appetizers; one arrived in a reasonable time, while the other did not arrive until our entrées were served. Two of our entrées—mine and my daughter’s—never arrived initially and were delivered approximately 30 minutes after the first two meals, both cold. My wife’s soup arrived about 15 minutes after the first entrées were served, and my son never received the shrimp add-on he ordered. Due to the delays and food quality, I ultimately sent my meal back and had it boxed to take home, but by the time I was able to eat it, it was no longer enjoyable. To make matters worse, we had to locate our own utensils, and the table next to us—served by the same waiter—mentioned they ate most of their meal without forks and had to retrieve them themselves. The manager, Alyssa, was apologetic and removed several items from our bill, which we appreciated. However, while the gesture was kind, it does not change the fact that this was a special family outing hosted by my mother-in-law, and it is a moment we cannot get back. We selected this location expecting the level of service we’ve come to trust, and instead, it was a very disappointing experience.

I was extremely disappointed with the service and food. 🍱 We ordered food with no shrimp Or mushrooms and still received them. We were seated with no silver ware. The spinach dip was burned. The chicken strips for my nephew were hard. The salads were withered. The drinks were watered down and we had to request more. We waited a long time for the food to be served fresh and it was not. The amount of discrepancies we experienced was horrible and disappointing. And the Assistant Manager (Peter) took 10.00 off of the receipts but it still was very disappointing. Applebees you need to do better. I will continue to go to the one in Las Vegas where I live but coming to San Diego (My hometown) and being disappointed ☹️ is sad. I brought family here for the first time and it will NEVER happen again.

Extremely disappointed in Applebees right now. My husband picked up a To go order last night and this is what I received. We ordered the 2 for $25 and I got the chicken Parmesan fettuccine Alfredo. I was struggling to cut the chicken with the knife because it was so hard and I decided to open up the chicken and find this. This cutlet was absolutely not fresh and was probably sitting there all day maybe even longer than all day and they probably microwaved it before sending it off with my husband. So glad I didn’t eat this because I would have probably got sick. DO BETTER APPLEBEES!

The following comments are that of my opinion. The food was edible but either lacked taste, was cold, too much sauce or just plain out dry. My daughter ordered some pasta with sweet chicken and from the first bite she refused to eat it because the taste was overwhelming. The crispy chicken sandwich earned its name because crispy it was and hard on the teeth. The steak with mashed potatoes was descent well the steak was because the mashed potatoes got cold within minutes. My son didn’t seem to mind his plate because he finished it, or maybe he was just hungry. My full rack of glazed spare ribs was dry and the only thing that kept the meat edible was the bath they gave it in honey bbq sauce. The waiter was nice and even though I would rate our dinner experience a 3 out of 10 today, Applebees is not somewhere I will be visiting in the near future for another family dinner. $170 down the drain. Again this is my opinion. You may enjoy the restaurant but just wasn’t for me.
