Chicken sandwich was fresh and hot, really juicy and crispy. Nice spot! Noise levels were moderate, and has a welcoming feeling.

I had a chance to stop in and see this place looking really good along with the service that was given to the customers. The restroom was well maintained and looking good so thank you for making my stay welcomed I'll be sure to stop in and get a bit to eat.

You can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly, even when it’s busy. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations. drive through suggested i try the spongebob meal and i did. was not disappointed. i think she is the best employee they have. Plus she had some really cool glasses.

Employees were super nice and made sure I had everything. I wanted to try something different for lunch, the wraps aren’t bad for 3 bucks it’s a bit on the high end but everything nowadays is kind of expensive anyways.

It seems to depend on who's there whether your food is good and the order is right. When they are good, they are very good, though. We order online quite a bit and the orders are not always right, so be sure and check before you leave. Their frozen drink machine is never working and is out for months, I'm not kidding. The prices are really low for pretty good food. If you join their rewards program, lots of good deals and freebies.

They were very nice. Food came quick. It was hot and fresh. I asked for more napkins 3 times. I'm a bit messy! So every time she brought me more, she remained the same sweet girl. Very hard to find these days! Customer service is a hard job. I should have written her a comment to her supervisor. But I was distracted I was with friends.

I became a regular here, and drive-thru is usually quick. Service and food have been great lately, and customers inside seem happy. The location has improved overall - no more long waits or issues with cleanliness. Thanks, BK!

Been coming here for years, using their coupons and without them Those whoppers always hit the spot!! Always had friendly drive thru service so far no order has been wrong.

All the sudden they do not take VISA cards 💳 we used a gift Visa card and now they won’t. I have been charged multiple times for 1 item here - multiple times.

I got the brisket whopper. Not very much brisket. Nothing like the picture.

Food was perfect, fries were fresh, whopper made to order, but they had only one person working the counter and drive thru and that made orders and order taking longer. I hardly ever eat out, and the fact there were homeless in an out, stealing drinks, staring at us, just made me very uncomfortable and having one hand on my purse really made it hard to enjoy my meal.

The staff is friendly and hardworking, and the orders come out right. However, the drive-thru experience is one of the worst parts of this location. The windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages, which gives a bad first impression. The entire drive-thru area feels neglected, and it makes you wonder why Burger King isn’t investing in this spot especially when they have a huge back lot that could easily be used to improve traffic flow and overall appearance. Right now, the place looks almost deserted from the outside, even though the inside team delivers good service. With a little investment and upkeep, this location could be so much better.

81 degrees in the dining room, and no trays. Does the franchisee hate customers? Other locations are busy.

I was waiting at the counter and the lady saw me and walked away. After a minute I realized I had to order on a tiny screen. When I completed the order it asked if i wanted a receipt and I put know. I waited for the order for about 20 minutes and my name was not called. I was the only one in the restaurant.I finally went to the counter and she looked for my order. She apologized and it was done .

Always get the burgers without cheese check your orders before leaving the drive thru.

Usually at this location there customer service is good and all, but today was unacceptable. The cashier guy was distracted and kept leaving the cash register and acted like he was “busy” doing something else, (and when I mean distracted I mean he messed up my order and did not listen to what I have ordered). The other employees were slow and only focused on one task instead of multitasking. They were also to busy socializing with each other and not getting any work done. It was not even busy. So they could have done their job right. Overall, I will not be eating at this location for a while and hopefully they get their act together because this was unprofessional of them.

Pretty bad experience here. I had been waiting 15 minutes for my order and nothing. I asked a guy behind the counter for my order and he didn't have a clue on what order he was on. By the time he got my order my food wasn't hot anymore. The most disappointing thing is that he was the manager and didn't even apologize for the bad service. This order was placed 4/26/2019 at 6:15pm. At this point I won't go back to this location again. Employees need to understand fast food. Cooks are fast, I bet they had the food ready in 5 minutes but employees at the counter including the manager need classes or replacing.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King. The Filipino gentleman behind the counter needs to work on his attitude big-time, I can tell customer service does not run through with him. My second time coming here he has attitude I’ll be spreading the word for people to not come here anymore. It shows you guys don’t value your customers or care about them

The restaurant was soooo dirty. Not a single clean table to sit at, where you serve the drinks was a mess......spills everywhere and all the lids and straws all over the place. The women's bathroom door was not working. Everyone working there was standing around talking. Maybe less talking and more cleaning would be good for this place. Definitely not going back! 😫 I wish I would have taken pictures. Doesn't deserve even 1 star but I had to at least choose 1 in order to post my review.

On the fried pickle ranch burger they used regular pickles. I ordered pickle fries and they were out so I asked for my money back. The woman handed me the change which was like 32 cents and then closed the window. I waited there for the remaining $4. She opened the window asked what I want, I said the rest of my change, she screamed and said that she already gave me all of my change. I got the later half on this convo on recording. I showed her that she only gave me a handful of coins. The Burger was nasty and there was hair in it. The meat was dehydrated and rubbery. Trying to get a refund but they won't answer

The Internet is wrong. This place is not temporarily closed. I come here all the time to buy food for my grandparents. Today in the drive-through after placing my order I Gave the manager ( Middle-aged, Hispanic woman) my cash and she rejected it because she said they don’t take torn bills and neither does The bank. I told her the bank does And she said, “well then take it to the bank and then come back.” The bill barely had a tear smaller than an inch. We Ended up going to Carl’s Jr. down the street and had no issues with the same bill. Edit: This morning is the second time that they get my order wrong. How hard is it to read a menu and make the order right? I’ve worked fast food. It’s not that difficult to make a burger the way someone orders it. I don’t live very close so it’s not like I can come back. I have disabled family members and only eat certain things and when the order is incorrect, it makes it very hard because they will not eat. You people get paid $20 an hour starting If you can’t read a screen, find a better job maybe cleaning toilets.

I visited on 11/27 at 2:40 PM. This was absolutely the worst fast food experience (and possibly the worst dining experience) ever. The fries were cold and needed to be replaced. The kind gentleman didn’t know how to use my coupon, so he asked the female employee for assistance. She made gestures indicating she was annoyed, threw her gloves in the trash and provided assistance. Feeling like a burden, I asked her if there was a problem or if I should go elsewhere. She didn’t even look at me or respond. She was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of this, I was afraid to request fresher fries and just ate my cold food. I’m not sure of the female employee’s name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag and was wearing a mask. She was so rude. The management should be ashamed of this woman’s behavior. Thankfully, I’m only visiting the area for the week and won’t have to return.

Yo this place closes before 11. Don't waste your time or effort. They left the door unlocked while they were doing closing duties and treated my wife and I were trying to break and enter the joint or do some kind of crime. We just wanted a burger, not to be treated like criminals for THEIR mistakes.

Every time I've gone here they have always forgotten 2 items. I order for a family of 5 and always end up returning because of a missing item. They do give a dessert for the mistake but if going here please don't leave without checking your order especially if your Spending over 50 dollars

I only gave them a one start because the customer service was good but they really need to clean the dining room it's so dirty and dusty and I always see homeless in there sitting. I'm not trying to be mean but I would never ever eat inside because its probably full of germs. They need to hire people to clean it.. and it's a shame cause I know they just had a remodel and this is how they treat it after all that hard work..

Waited over 25 min in the drive thru. Literally wanted to get a snack before driving home to Point Loma. Couldn’t leave because we got trapped. Absolutely ridiculous. Please don’t go here it was a nightmare. My poor baby was crying in the car and we were stuck!

While waiting at counter to get it corrected they take forever to acknowledge you. I don’t understand how working a fast food restaurant is complicated? It’s a job a high school kid can do.

Today, Tuesday February 3rd 2026 I went to get my morning coffee around 6:30 am and I was completely grossed out by the manager. Her hair looked like she rolled out of bed and came to work. I have never had any issues with my food or coffee but today I was very disappointed. Needless to say I didn't even take the coffee.
