Employees here are very friendly. They greeted us when we walked in. I like the fact that there is a sign on each table saying that it is clean or dirty (if someone turned over the sign after they ate). This is nice because pre-COVID it was difficult to find a "clean" table at any fast food restaurant. The burgers and fries were hot and delicious.
I didn't know Navasota had a Burger King until i drove by it, and glad i did! The employees are super nice, and i like the double drive thru lanes. The food is fresh and hot. I will definitely be coming here again.
Great service..Food is good. Got my order with no problems. They were even cool with my dog at the drive thru window..Yes you can order a hamburger patty for your dog. They will do it for you.
Very clean store, helpful staff, that awesome soda machine with hundreds of choices. Food is great, salty fries, big burger, great taste and fast service. Well worth the visit and we will be back.

I drove away without one of our drinks and had parked to get the food divided up and the lady working the drive thru came out to the parking lot with my drink!!! Great customer service and a good breakfast

The dogs get a special treat chicken nuggets after they go to the vet. Share with Mama, these things pretty good 👍. Tasty 😋.

Fantastic customer service from a very sweet lady. I wish I got her name but she greeted us the moment we walked in. The restaurant was extremely clean in both kitchen and dining are. The only compliant I have was I wanted a plain burger and got all the toppings instead but from the good experience I wasn’t too offended.

Everything was fine except the prices have gotten so high.
I'd take their cookies n cream sundae over anywhere else. Ill give it a 10 but the 3 star rating is BC they over salt which ruined our fries that I usually love BC I like a lot of salt but not so much it burns my tongue after a few fries leading them to be thrown out.
Their app wasn't working properly, and they refused to honor their app offers. Thing is, the code says "Mgr Req", so a manager has to approve. The Mgr knew this, I knew this (even though the app wasn't working - had offer before), but the manager refused to honor the coupon, as she said she had to physically see it. C'mon, you are in a customer service position and you know what the app says. She just wanted to say no. I'll call corporate and let them know. There's no common sense anymore.
Order a Whopper Jr sandwhich, repeated back to me, but was unsold and charged for a Whopper. I did not realize until I opened it then checked my receipt! $2.10 + tax more than I wanted.
Went to the one in Navasota after a long day at renfest ordered my food for a family of 5 ($40) got to the window and I asked if I could add something that I forgot and was told that they couldn't accommodate my request because it was in a rush . There was 1 car behind me and still took them 15 minutes to get my order out to me . Food quality was great , prices are affordable staff is very rude and inconsiderate.
I came here the other day to pick up the kids some food and it was hectic. There was only 3 of us guests inside but it took forever to get our orders. Also the workers were speaking Spanish about a gentleman waiting on his order and they assumed he didn't know Spanish. They were incorrect. Thankfully they were just talking about how he was in a hurry and they needed to hurry instead of anything negative so he just told them that he wasn't in a rush like she was saying and etc. But he looked back at me a few times with awkward facial expressions over the fact they assumed that based off him being lighter skinned and appeared to be white he said.
We went late because we were traveling through. The burgers weren't right and the workers were acting like you would expect from kids not being supervised or if there is a supervisor they need more training. You can tell the girls taking the orders do not want to be there and get confused if you ask for your meal fixed a different way than it comes.

I went to pick up a 40$ order that i requested sauces for and they weren’t in the bag but I couldn’t even ask for them because all of the employees including the manager were arguing at the drive thru window right in front of me. I checked my order still at the window and went to ask for sauce but at that point i was embarrassed for them. This BK has gone down hill since it opened. Not the first time I get a cold burger. Not the veggies but the meat. The cheese isn't even remotely melted. Fries are soggy and literally told the person at the drive-thru 3 times the order. Noise wasn't the issue. It was her talking to someone else. Jack and the Box for us next time.

She had not yet put my sandwich order in the register, she was still on her cell... without looking up she said "yeah, we have shakes but the machine isn't working". I said ok, cancel my sandwich and forget it thank you. I walked out. In all honesty, she may have been using her cell to report the shake machine being out... I don't like to give bad reviews, but not making eye contact or perhaps apologizing for the inconvenience I feel was inappropriate. The facility WAS clean, and there were no other customers inside. The drive-through window had several in line however. The questions below do not apply since I ended up not ordering anything at all. My order WOULD have been take out.

I think one of the worst situations that could happen at a fast food restaurant is that it's super slow and completely wrong on the order. Long, hot, horrible day, to be stuck in line for what felt like forever. To receive food that was wrong. I didn't want to have to go back due to i was just passing through town and I was served wrong food. Which didn't fill me of course. So ended up having to stop again for food when i was already super hungry and reluctant to even stop at BK. Now was having to stop again cus they failed to double check my order while they were not even busy at all.
The ladies at the drive through were all gathered around and made us rush to order and wouldn't stop laughing even the manager on duty was even childish and telling us that they were training but if so why would they be laughing and be disrespectful towards customers? I don’t mean to be a Karen but that was disrespectful of them.
We didn't even get that large of an order and sat in the drive through line for 55 minutes. The food, as you would think because it took so long, was not actually that great. This Burger King has disappointed me greatly, and I'm never going to Burger King again.
The restaurant was showing false advertisement. By having the marquee advertise "Spicy nuggets are back". But when I placed my order for spicy nuggets in the drive thru the order taker said they didn't have spicy nuggets. That was the main reason why I went to burger king. I'm not going back again cause they might not have what I'm ordering..
I did not commit on this place, and would never say Burger King has great food. Not sure how my name was attached to this review, considering that I never eat at Burger King. So, for that reason, it gets the lowest score possible.
The worst customer service!! I was trying to get my iced coffee and the person who took my order was rude and this happens every time I go for my coffee and it's always the same! I'm not trying to be rude but if you don't like your job you could just find another and stop treating people badly because we pay for our food!!
Horrible! Don't waist your time or money. Poor quality, poor service! Stale bread...order was incorrect and didn't put straws in bag. Traveling so couldn't just go back.
Second time they messed up my order, they asked if I wanted a medium or large combo I said LARGE and I also wanted small onion rings but they just gave me the small onion rings and a small drink with the burger, very upset. I should’ve checked the bag before I left but I thought I was clear. Will not return.
Had high hopes for added variety when it comes to places to dine in Navasota. I'd have done better to just fix something at home. Burgers were barely room temperature, cheese wasn't even melted, no attempts to warm the buns and salty! Even the BK attached to Exxon in Magnolia does better. So much potential for restaurants in Navasota, especially with easy access to Hwy 6, sadly this seems more like wasted space.
Have tried to like this location. But, they never get the order correct, and all I want is no Mayo ! Burgers are never hot either. So much for have it your way like advertised.....don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
I tried the chicken wrap yesterday and the lettuce was questionable. That was the only thing I had last night and then I woke up sick this morning and have beeb super sick all day with food poisoning symptoms.
This Navasota Burger King is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve been 5 times, and without fail they have either screwed up my order or told me they do not have the item I want, that is clearly part of their online posted menu! They are rude and very unprofessional!!!
Ordered through the drive through. Told the guy we needed a few minutes to order and he didn't show back up for 5 minutes. We ordered and waited at the window for 15 minutes and not a single person came to the window to let us know it would be a little while. After waiting 20 minutes at the window with no one coming to speak to us we left with no food.
1 star is WAY TOO GENEROUS… Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes, I was the ONLY car in drive thru. Figured they were making fresh food. After having to tell them they got the order wrong on the receipt waited longer just to get my food and fries are ice cold, chicken fries were so hard and cold couldn’t even bite into them.. This is unacceptable, people inside more worried about laughing and playing around than they are taking care of customers. Do better Burger King, it’s not that hard.
Your location has a young lady in drive thru named KAREN, she has the nastiest attitude with customers. My uncle ordered something that was a little higher than normal so he asked what was the price for a different size immediately this young lady started puffing hard like he was bothering her then when my uncle asked her what is wrong she replied I can just give you a refund...Really WHY IS SHE in the drive thru if her attitude is like that. Maybe she needs to be cleaning the lobby, bathrooms and taking out trash with that trashy attitude if she doesn't want to deal with people doing customer service!! I have over 20+ years in customer service and never seen someone so rude Do better service BK SMH
we had ordered a large moca iced coffee and when we were trying to get the lady's attention at the window, she cut us off saying they added the syrup in there when we were gonna ask if this was actually a large. she had Said that they had rang us up for a medium when this wasn't even a medium it was a small. Wrong order was given to me at the window. I was driving and was down the highway before I opened the food bag . I called them back their reply was " we have your order at the window, no sorry no nothing as if they really didn't care. That's the 3rd time I have been there. Each time it wasn't good. I will never go to them again !!!!
So here's the deal with the Burger that has the chopped beef & yes the combo will cost $$ and I don't believe it's worth it absolutely didn't waste you money on it

The drive-through, even if I order 1 burger, takes close to 15-30 minutes. They are slow and likely understaffed. However, the staff they do have is rude; the reason I'm writing this review was because this one worker didn't smile once, talked monotonously, and was eating food in line sight of the window instead of helping prepare my order or helping other customers. If I'm being honest, it isn't worth eating at.
