I went on a Tuesday because personal pan pizza had a special price of two dollars per pizza. Both the car line and the lobby line were very long. One employee for dining room and one employee for drive thru. The young lady was very knowledgeable and nice but overwhelmed. I waited fifty minutes for my food. The food was cold already.

Square cut not correct. Pizza made incorrectly. Not well done as requested. I was told I had to drive back the 15 min. To return the pizza and have it remade.

Stopped by here and tried the lunch buffet. It was the equivalent of what you would get from CiCi's Pizza or Little Caesar's Pizza. I expect better from Pizza Hut, considering that they have much higher prices. The staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was typical.

The wings are so good here. Nice size and good sauce. The lemon pepper fries are so good as well but this is the puny order they gave me when I ordered online. Come on that is so ridiculous!

I called today at lunch to place a to go order. The lady was very rude. I looked at the menu and called and placed an order and was told I could not have the order I was asking for. She told me I could only have 3 options and I then asked if I could have a substitute as a side and offered to pay extra for it and again very rude she replied no you can not have that. I told you what u could get. Then before I could say anything she said have a nice day as she was I guess going to hang up. I informed her how rude she was and told her I hoped she was not rude like that with other customers. I then decided I would take my business elsewhere and that’s what I did. Very poor customer service

We waited for over 15 minutes while the lady in the kitchen stared at us didn’t acknowledge us at all and when the delivery driver got back reeking of marijuana like he had been outback smoking he said we could sit anywhere then he ran in the back not coming back to help or get anyone to help us so overall the service here is total shit I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone go to Hempstead Pizza Hut if you want decent service

For poor and slow service, this is the place for you. Preordered 45 minutes early and waited almost 20 minutes past the scheduled time. Box deal was not in a box so the pasta was on top of the pizzas. When I got handed my drinks what do you think happened. Yes, the pasta slid right off the pizza box. No assistance was given to help so I cleaned it up off their floor. Then I was told that the manager said that they were not going to replace it. To top it off they do not have Parmesan cheese nor crushed red peppers to go. I should have gotten pizza hut in College Station and driven down. Don’t waste your hard earned money or precious time.

Ordered online for pickup. Got a message saying my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived lobby door was locked so I had to go through the drive-thru to pickup up my order. Waited behind a car for almost 15 minutes. When I received my order a chicken, bacon ranch melt with bbq wings. Everything was cold, the wings were horrible and the melt had a few pieces of chicken and tasted horribly

When you order a pizza and ask for a specific style crust. You can expect not to get what you ordered. It’s like you pay for whatever they want you to buy. They don’t even have the decency to call and let you know that style crust isn’t available. Or even let you know when you’re picking it up that it’s not what you ordered, but you’re still going to pay for it.

Food and timing was great. Well except for the salad. Super small and was given the wrong dressing. We normally order online. But this time we were already out so we went in to order to go. The cashier acted as though we were bothering her. She seemed so miserable. I mean if you do not like your job leave. We have the same issues when we pick up at the window as well. But we pass it off because it is just a hand over. The food has been decent and getting better to bad the whole thing is ruined buy a counter/waitress who hates her job. Be glad most people order in. Please fix this or hire people who actually want to be there. Thank you.

Mar. 24, 2024 - Last 4 pizza we bought was dry, burnt, hard crust, vegetables black on pizza. Unappealing and tastes bad. Leaves burnt taste in your mouth. Crust so hard and difficult to chew. Sauce seen in picture blackened and burnt. Vegetables unrecognizable and only color of green peppers and white onion and brown mushrooms is black. Refund needed. &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& Older review: Honestly, BEST PIZZA EVER!!! 🍕 The service was wonderful and fast and very polite and professional, and the pizza was even better. Thank you very much. Price was outrageous 😳. $36 . for 2 large pizzas. But enjoyed the leftover pizza. Can't you do something about price? We rarely eat out and Love Pizza Hut.

Just got home after ordering my pizza...ordered Double pepperoni and jalapenos. Special note: cut into squares...none of this happened. I got like 10 pepperoni...not cut in squares...when it is all done online and specifically spelled out of what the customer wants and pays for...there should not be room for error...it was not like you misunderstood me...or did not hear me...it us spelled out for you!!! UGGG...so frustrating!

Ordered a large hand tossed double pepperoni and one supreme. The supreme looked good, but I think they gave us a pepperoni they cooked the day before. It was returned and we were given a replacement. It was only single pepperoni this time, but at least it looked edible.
